However from the moment I walked in to Greenhithe Dental Boutique the level of comfort and professionalism by far out weighs any form of fear. Each and every encounter has been a pleasant one. Dr Savs was great at my initial visit and when Dr Talha took over, he was just incredible. One of the most pleasant, reasonable and calmest dentists I've come across. Positive experience: **3 Stars** Making the appointment was straightforward, and there were no issues initially. I did request an earlier time and was offered one for the weekend. However, when I accepted, I received an email 40 minutes later stating the spot had been taken. This was a little frustrating as I didn’t have enough time to respond, and a similar situation occurred when I was at work, where I had already mentioned that I prefer text communication over unscheduled calls. **Treatment** Rebecca’s work was excellent—calm, gentle, and peaceful. She provided a pain-free experience, something I’ve struggled with in the past. I would gladly return for her care, as it has really changed my perspective on cleanings. The only discomfort I experienced was from an unrelated cough I’ve had for weeks, but there was no intense lecturing, which I appreciated. **Payment** While Rebecca recommended a dentist checkup, I felt a bit uncomfortable at the reception desk. The gentleman there was very pushy about booking me in for a dentist appointment without giving me time to research who would be treating me. I’m not comfortable booking appointments with people I don’t know, especially without the chance to look into their background first. I chose this practice based on a friend’s recommendation, specifically for Rebecca’s work, and I wanted more time to make a decision. What upset me most was the feeling of being pressured to make an on-the-spot decision, especially given my financial situation. I’ve been saving for this visit for four years and have been dealing with stress, anxiety, and a recent redundancy. I explained these circumstances when making my booking, but I’m unsure if I can afford further treatments right now. I prefer to take my time researching before committing, as it’s a big decision for me financially.

Positive experience: Customer service was kind, attentive and professional. Lovely clean waiting room and facilities. Great bundle deal for check up and hygienist clean and they took time to communicate what I was doing well and what could be improved. Only downside was the actual hygienist clean was, I felt, rather rushed and therefore not very gentle. I’ve had lots of hygienist cleans (and regularly) and this was definitely the most painful.

Fantastic experience: Was recommended by family to go and see Rebecca for a hygiene clean of teeth. What a comfortable experience.. Great care and advice. I get nervous in the chair. Fantastic experience: During the Stat holidays, Rodger lost a large part of his tooth. We phoned the emergency dental number and Julian from Greenhithe Dental phoned back promptly and set up an early appointment for Rodger with Joy. Rodger was hugely impressed with the efficient, pleasant and professional way that Joy dealt to the problem. He was thrilled to have the tooth fixed so quickly particularly as most of the country were away on holiday. They are to be highly recommended. Rodger also remarked on the quality of the magazines in the Waiting Room.

I’m very anxious at the dentist and previously had to use sedation but I managed to get through my appointment with a super calming and supportive dental team so I didn’t need any sedatives. They took their time, helped me calm down when I got really anxious, encouraged me to take some calming breathes when they saw me getting a bit nervous. Was a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I came to Greenhithe dental to get Invisalign to straighten out my teeth. Dr Talha was amazing from day one, he was very thorough and informative, I knew what to expect every step of the way. The team were all super friendly and made sure I felt comfortable with every visit. The clinic even set a payment plan up for me so I could pay as I go instead of having to try and pay for everything up front. If it hadn’t been for that I would never have been able to get this done. Fantastic experience: I have had long time not to check my teeth since COVID-19. This mean my teeth is not very good condition visually and orally, and I have been totally out of track. However, the Greenhithe dental team’s way to manage the dental issues and communicate & consult with me is excellent and I could be on track for the dental care. Moreover, I feel comfort by the kindness, text/email notification, and quality clinic from the team. The location is remote from central area and a bit far from my home. It would be nicer if the place is closed to.

Finally got around to having much needed extensive repairs to my teeth and feeling much better about them now! About to embark on getting my teeth straightened with invisalign - wanted straighter teeth forever but would have never considered it if it weren't for such great staff that work here!

Once X-rays, pictures etc were done and cleaning was carried out the dentist then explained a summary of what I needed to get done in future visits, how much it would cost and answered any questions I had.
