Fantastic experience: ER Dental Pyes Pa - There was no surprise costs, up to date technology was very impressive and the treatment plan proposed incorporated low cost options to high cost options that included pros and cons. I left my appointment with sound information to make a good informed decision about my treatment going forward. There was no pressure to proceed with the proposed treatment options straight away eaither. I would highly reccomend.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good visit with Verner this morning . It was my first visit with him and he was very professional, and a good communicator . He is very knowledgeable and clear in explaining the process that he planned. I had X-ray and thorough oral examination and he showed me the X-ray results and then explained and discussed treatment options and plans. I highly recommend this dentist and his assistant was very supportive

All staff welcoming, patient and happy to fully discuss appropriate dental care and interventions with view to future likely care required. They give Mum confidence as the clinic is calm and well organised.

The staff I encountered from reception, right through to the dentist, were all exceptionally, friendly, positive, very experienced and a pleasure to deal with. The practice is modern and way exceeds any practice I’ve been to in the past. Definitely didn’t expect to rest in a massage chair while waiting for a crown to be made, or to be offered a cup of coffee after my appointment at a previous visit. Would totally recommend these guys for price, service, and their workmanship.

Fantastic experience: From booking over the phine to the end of the first visit, this clinic showed high level of professionalism. Dr Roux explained everything in detail in a way that's easy to understand. Receptionist is very welcoming. Tools are modern and clean. I felt I was in good hands. UPDATE: since my last review I had a hygiene and 2 fillings replacement appointment. Both went very well. The hygienist was very friendly and offered numbing cream and injection when needed, was constantly checking and noticing when I started to feel uncomfortable, she also always explained everything what's happening. Same for the dentist whe replacing my old fillings.

The costs are online and there were no surprises such as extra appointment fees etc. I had a crown fitted and there was no hard sell or pressure to make extra appointments for the hygienist etc as I have experienced at other practices. From my first couple of visits which were quite a major job, when Lianne eased my nerves and was so patient and considerate, to my ongoing visits which she always makes the time to give a personal touch to. She does a fantastic job every time and highly recommend her, particularly for people who have maybe had a previous bad experience or are just nervous about it in heneral. The rest of the team there have always been really lovely and welcoming too and offer hreat customer service.

Positive experience: Although I am very happy with the product that I received and am able to smile for the first time in years I am a little disappointed that I paid $515.00 more than I was quoted and when I came in with severe toothache and needed it pulled out you charged me $150.00 and sent me to the chemist for antibiotics. I had the tooth pulled by another dentist who was happy to go the extra mile just before xmas.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice has all the very latest equipment, some of which is quite incredible. I recently had a crown replaced and the experience exceeded my expectations by a considerable margin. Andre the dentist is highly skilled and very thorough. Once the old crown had been removed Andre manufactured the replacement while I relaxed in a high-tech massage chair with a cup of coffee. All the staff were upbeat and friendly. I was looked after like a king. Who knew that going to the dentist could be a pleasant experience? I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: It's been a few years since my last visit to Pyes Pa Dental, Covid didn't help and when I received a reminder email, it was time to make an appointment to see the hygienist. The staff may have changed but the friendliness and welcoming smiles haven't. My hygienist explained to me the new scale and clean machine less noise and not so rugged as the last. I totally enjoyed being in the chair, I got to watch a scenic video on a monitor mounted on the ceiling while she worked and after an hour I was done rinsed and gone. I like this dentist, they are professional in everyway and they explain things in terms you can understand and encourage you to ask questions. I'm definitely going back. Fantastic experience: Great experience with Imran, a tricky root canal through an existing crown. Wasn't uncomfortable at all, in fact I nearly fell asleep a couple of times. Would highly recommend to all.

The services that they give me are very professional and they both are the first dentists I trust. Leanne and Andre are so welcoming. They are great at explaining what needs to be done and also fun people to be around.

Negative experience: Have been messed around with apppointments twice now. Incredibly frustrating that a client's time to book, schedule and reorganize their life to go to a dental appointment isn't respected. Unimpressed and not sure what to do next. Service was fine, if you can get a booking they can listen to, understand, schedule correctly, and not cancel last minute. Very, very frustrated. Update: Now stuffed around three times. Moving practices.

Fantastic experience: Great work today by Imran at ER dental. He made two CERES crowns for two teeth that were beyond repair. It was a smooth proces, done in 2.5 hours. There was an hour of waiting time in the middle while the crowns were made. I got to enjoy that waiting time in a massage chair. Most of all I am very happy with the result. Such great technology! Over three years ago (in January 2020) I got similar work done at ER dental, at the time by Riaan Kriek. He made a combination of a bridge & crowns and placed that over my front teeth. I am still very happy with this piece of art. As a child I had lost one tooth, and over many decades I have had multiply crowns and bridges. They all failed after some years. Over time my gum had shrunken and disappeared as well. Drama. In 2020 Riaan constructed my new bridge/crown with the CEREC machine. My existing teeth were reshaped so they could form the pillars for the bridge. Then 3-D photos were made, and the bride was 'modelled' - all visible on a screen. Then a piece of ceramic material was placed in the CEREC machine, that shaped it into my bridge/crown. It fitted like a glove, and was then 'glued' so it sits solidly in place. It has a bit of pink ceramic at the top that perfectly replaces my lost gum. It was all done in one session of about 2 hours. I can recommend CERES and ER dental.
