Fantastic experience: Stands out above all other Nelson Dentists. Haven't even been in yet but have been calling around other Nelson dentists to finish my treatment after an accident in another city. The dentist I went to in Christchurch had been great but I moved here before I could get it finished. Initially, I went to the same dental chain but was charged nearly double, despite half the work being done and then they wanted to charge me further to fix a mistake they'd made. In despair (because I can't even smile at my son's preschool in case other kids or parents see my gappy teeth), I've been calling around to find a new dentist who can understand my situation without each one charging me a fortune. I started to despair when each one had said they'll talk to me once I pay $180each but not Access Dental! They've booked me in urgently, are willing to help and have the best customer service in Nelson

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience. Receptionist was friendly and super helpful booking me in, were full up after Easter then called me back the next day as they had a cancellation. Very affordable pricing for checkup and xray. Richard was lovely, calm, gentle and great at listening to concerns and explaining reasons for referral to further services. Glad I chose to come here after not visiting dentist for a while.

The location is ideal being close to town but not in the heart of Nelson and they have ideal parking for anyone coming in for an appointment so there's no hassle having to worry about parking fees etc. Always a pleasure to come in and they are more than happy to help recommend or carry out any treatment neccessary.

Fantastic experience: Access Dental was recommended as the best in the Nelson Tasman region by my Orthodontist and he was rite! My kids and I have been there and both of the dentists were extremely skillful. The results restored my faith in Dentists. Minimal pain afterwards, especially in light of the extensive work done. (I still hate needles) PS: I also asked my local FB group which dentist was best and Access Dental got the most votes.

Every time i need something looked at, they make the process easy from quotes to booking and your income doesnt determine the quality of care you recieve. Fantastic experience: Decision on the spot to have a tooth removal. For some one that has a huge phobia of dentists, Richard Allwright was fantastic. Even though it was a tough job … apparently. .. it took 3.5 hrs, I could not fault the care and attention to my well-being as well as the actual procedure. I live 3 hours away and Richard even squeezed me in to check up on it 3 days later before I went home. Highly recommend Access Dental.
