Fantastic experience: My daughter has just finished her Orthodontic treatment with Dr. Sara Stockman and we couldn't be happier with the results - we love her new smile. Throughout this about two- year journey, we were happy with every single visit and every phone call. The whole team provided excellent service and care. Dr. Sara was always professional, highly skilled, and took the time to explain each step and making sure we felt comfortable and informed. The same goes for all the assistants and receptionists -everyone was friendly, helpful and caring. Their facility is modern, welcoming and truly top-class which made each visit even more pleasant. We’re very grateful for their expertise and the outstanding customer service. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality orthodontic care!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sanika Rangnekar is the best dentist I've had in my many years - she is meticulous and does an incredible job whether fillings, crowns or the cosmetic work I had done on my front teeth. She is very collaborative - listening to what you need and working with you to get the best outcome. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Positive experience: I went to Dr Sheng for a complex case where an old dental implant, which was getting infected, needed to be taken out and replaced. The whole process, including a bone graft, took less than a year and Dr Sheng was an excellent dental implant specialist. The reason I took a star off is that during part of the gum uncovering and abutment placement procedure Dr Sheng did some minor gum work and it didn’t heal very well. I’m not sure why, or if the stitches had something to do with it, but my adjacent tooth to the implant site had significant gum loss. I take good care of my teeth and gums and I don’t smoke, so this was unexpected and frankly disappointing and stressful for me. Dr Sheng tried to remedy the gum loss with a more major gum surgery a few months later but the results weren’t much better. He wisely advised waiting 6 months with a follow-up at that point. Aside from the office staff doing their job and contacting me at 6 months to request photos, it’s been an additional 3 months and I haven’t heard anything from Dr Sheng or had any further recommendations on what I should or shouldn’t do. I feel like the ball has been dropped on my follow-up care. If I need additional periodontal care I feel it would be better to find a different surgeon at this point.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. 5 stars doesn't seem quiet enough. I would highly recommend both Katie & Dr Sheng. Both exceptionally skilled, kind and also really knowledgeable in their specific fields of Dentistry. If you're nervous of Dentists you will soon not be when you visit this place. Fantastic experience: I have been extremely nervous of dentists since childhood which caused me to neglect my dental care and lead to me having terrible teeth for the last 40 years. I thoroughly researched dentists in Auckland to fine someone I could use to fix my teeth to improve my health and my smile. I settled on Dr Sheng Zhang at Dental Artistry and it has been the best choice I could have made. Dr Sheng is the most gentle, caring and knowledgeable dentist I have ever visited. From my initial consultation until my final procedure he has always put me at ease and given me confidence that he is an expert in dental implants. After Sheng explained all my options and gave me time to consider these I proceeded with surgery which saw me recieve 13 implants to support permanent bridges. This process took approximately 12 months from initial consultation until my final bridges were fitted. During this 12 month period I was always left with a smile which gave me confidence. I cannot recommend Dr Sheng highly enough for anyone considering implant surgery and especially his handling of nervous patients. Sheng has an amazing team behind him, especially Allie and Emma.

I have been using denture for over 10years now and just last year i finally decided to start my “anti-denture” journey. Im on almost 2weeks post-op recovery from a bone gum grafting surgery and i can really see the difference of my gum now. The whole team re assures me the whole time which i really appreciate it as this is so far my major dental surgery ive had. And now we are looking forward for my implant surgery in the coming months. Negative experience: Well this place definitely stands out among the others with regard to presentation and atmosphere! The staff were nice, as per usual initial meeting… However I left scratching my head as to how I just paid $550 for a consultation where I was belittled and talked out of having a tooth causing me pain from being fixed! Rather I was advised to have it removed. I thought this was dental Artistry!? Why would anyone go to this establishment and want to pay top dollar and leave with holes in your gums? I’m mixed emotions on this one I sense I may have been sized up!… Nice place for sure!

Fantastic experience: In Jan 2024 I sought help for a chronic perceived abscess in a root canal which needed inspection, definitive diagnosis and treatment by an experienced endodontist. Dr Jimmy Chan had just joined Dental Artistry and saw me as a client. He explained the process clearly to me, treated the root canal and did the canal restoration. I have seen him twice and both times, was in no discomfort during and after the procedures. I am very happy with the results. Dr Jimmy Chan was very professional in his treatment of my tooth, and I highly recommend Dr Jimmy to anyone needing a leading endodontist. Julie Jones

Fantastic experience: Having straight teeth and beautiful smile had been my dream for many years and finally last year I decided to make it come true. I got my first appointment with Dr. Sara Stockham and got so pleased with her service, she is very knowledgable, friendly and attentive to the details. My journey to my beautiful smile lasted for just one year, during that time Dr. Sara was always checking on me. Although my final appointment with removing the Invisalign buttons and setting up retainers didn’t end up happily as expected, as in a couple of days my bottom teeth moved a bit to make a gap between them again, Dr. Sara immediately addressed the situation to my unusual case with making a bit longer retainer than normal. She’s not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, and it shows as she talked me through the procedure and taught me the terminology related to gum disease. Fantastic experience: Dr Sheng performed my gum graft in late August 2023. He was as polite, proficient and professional as his reputation preceding him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his gum graft work to anyone. Customer support is superb with excellent follow-up, and an appointment reminder system that is the best I have ever seen.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment with hygienist Katie, but got an email with an appointment to another doctor. Doubled check with them , they confirmed that it will be with Katie. Today they called and changed the appointment to another day, but I got an sms to another doctor. I called them again , they said that it would be possible to have an appointment with Katie this year. Hey team what are you doing? So unfair. I have been awaiting a long period and lost my time with you. I feel deceived. Will not recommend this clinic. If they are not honest at the beginning what to expect from them next time?

Fantastic experience: I have some issues with my gums and saw multiple dentist which had conflicting information. Dr Sheng at Dental Artistry was able to explain my gum situation and he made me really comfortable to go ahead with a gum graft. His knowledge is fantastic, he could see where the issue was straight away. Love this practice and will definitely return. Without forgetting the whole team working behind the counter too, amazing customer service ! I have dealt only with Daniel and he has been amazing and really flexible with my requests.
