Fantastic experience: I was briefed through the procedure and the prices of tooth & wisdom teeth extraction, and the braces, they can also do clear aligners too. I got my Left rear-side wisdom tooth removed and the upper-left wisdom tooth was cut in half since the the dentist said the the half was wedged within the jaw bone, which is a shame! I got my prescription meds as recommended by the dentist. I highly recommend to visit the dentist if you want to avoid any tooth decay like me hehe!

Fantastic experience: I decided to get braces in my 50s to correct my teeth. Dr. Kaur was amazing throughout the entire 15-month process, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Kaur to everyone—she is extremely professional, and her work speaks for itself.

Fantastic experience: I originally met with Dr. Ramneek Kaur for an annual check-up, during which she recommended getting a crown to repair a broken top molar. The tooth had a failed filling that was applied by a different doctor several years ago. Dr Kaur arranged for this to be completed under the original ACC claim, and booked me in within two weeks of the original consult. I’m amazed at the technology on hand at this clinic. Teeth were 3D scanned at 9am, molar was prepped, and the new crown was fabricated in zirconia and installed by 2pm that day. Fit is perfect - wish I’d done this much earlier! Staff and service is top notch, I definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Absolutely useless. No respect for ones time. Update to response: The issue isn't that the dentist had a bad back and called in sick. Every human gets sick. The issue is that you cancelled the appointment with 15mins notice. By then I had taken time off work and arrived at your premises. This is why I said "no respect for one's time". The appropriate response would have been to let me know with enough notice so that I can arrange my day accordingly.

Dr. Kaur has exceptional patient skills and I was fully informed about each procedure without being pressured into choosing more expensive options. She has demonstrated great skill with orthodontic treatment considering the issues I had to begin with and she ensured I was satisfied with the outcome. Fantastic experience: I had written a review before after the first time coming here but now that I have been quite a few times and had what feels like a ton of different dental treatments I think I definetly need to update the review. I was recommended to come here by a friend and it has worked out to be a good decision. In the course of the best part of the last year I have experienced a few dental procedures .....fillings, an extraction , a crown and finally some partial dentures . I had to have three visits for the partial dentures but it's worth it and though feeling strange at first I'm getting used to them . And it's great to eat with all teeth again, even if some are " fake " !! In all of them my dentist was Tanya and she was nothing but fantastic . She takes the time to explain what's going on, what you need in the future, and does her very best to make you feel at ease during the procedures. I'm not the best at the dentist so I guess that could be hard at times. Whoever assisted her was great too. And of course cannot forget the lovely Chanie who you will meet at reception. She's great too!! All in all I would highly recommend to come here. The staff are great, the results are great and price not too bad. Well done Elite, you well and truly deserve that name!!

Fantastic experience: I went in for 3 fillings and to fix a front tooth which involved cutting and reshaping my gum a little bit. Dr Kaur and her nurse were great! Put me at ease as I was nervous and they did an amazing job! I've been very self conscious about my front tooth for a long time, so I can only give Dr Kaur the highest of recommendations as it looks so good and I dont need to worry about my smile or how much of my tooth is seen when I talk. They also set me up for a reminder in 6 months for a clean. The receptionist - I think her name is Jane - is super lovely and friendly too ♡

My dentist was Dr Kaur an amazing person with such a vibrant personality. As I entered the room I told her about my panic attack and how when the chair goes very back my chest gets heavy. Fantastic experience: I’m undergoing orthodontic treatment, I have attachments all over my teeth to hold the aligners which make it really hard to clean the teeth, but @ Dr Ramneek did a perfect job, with a minimal pain possible, never been this satisfied after a dentist’s visit, highly recommended!

Negative experience: I had my orthodontist done here,but the result wasn’t what I expected. In these past 2-3years my appointments always got delayed or cancel by their own reasons, and they wouldn’t wait for the customer even 5-10 mins late. I lost my retainer while I’m travelling in other country, tryna contact the dentist to make the other one, she left no response after reading my message. During the whole process, I’m disappointed either the result or the service. Even in the beginning of my treatment she did mistake and quite rude aswell.
