Negative experience: So so bad. Inside like a horror movie all run down and things leaking everywhere. They will try to upsell you things you don’t need (though they tell you that you need them). I have no idea how they have so many 5* ratings. Staff were nice enough overall but I will be staying far away from this place.

Fantastic experience: I have had no issues at all when receiving my new dentures.Right from the first appointment the staff have communicate d with me in all aspects of work relating to my new dentures and what was involved.Even though it took a while it has been worth it as all sessions were to ensure it was comfortable for me( the patient)and the fitting was right and most important I am happy with the end result. The entire team was professional, caring, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The cleaning was thorough and painless, and the extractions were done with great care—quick, efficient, and surprisingly gentle. The dentist (Dr. Anup) took the time to explain everything clearly, including the aftercare, and answered all my questions. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. I also appreciated how transparent they were about the fees—very reasonable and no hidden surprises. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that combines excellent care with honest pricing and a warm, professional approach.

Fantastic experience: I had a pretty good experience with this team. It did take a while to get my top plate but once I got it I was extremely happy. Great fit, looks great and considering the ridiculous charges dentists are charging these days this team was one of the cheapest you'll find out there. I went to a lot of dental surgeries around Auckland and this team had the best deal. I imagine my wait was based on the fact that this team is very popular due to the affordability and how comfortable they make you feel when you are at their surgeries. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Awesome service. Unlike another dentist I went to. He took my tooth out when he didn't need to. But this dentist said he didn't want to take it when there is no need to and prescribed antibiotics and pain relief. An x-ray $55.00. Prescription $25.00. And he also discussed one tooth denture or implants. But the explanation he gave about why my tooth is reacting with such pain - and it's because it's overcompensating for the missing tooth. And there could be a crack in your tooth, so I'll take this medication and see if it makes a difference. If not, looks like I'll be putting in OT. Clarity.

Positive experience: 580$ for my tooth that wasn’t my wisdom pulled out only took 5 minutes. So I can’t say that their prices are reasonable or honest because you’re not told how much it’ll cost before the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ala AL Attar was amaizing everytime I went to go and see him for extractions, he was very gentle and kind, deffinately had an amaizing sense of humor, could speak amaizing te reo maori which blew Me away. They were also very patient and supportive with myself going through winz due to me being a student and not being able to pay it myself. Two weeks later I came back for a routine check and they gave me a full teeth clean. Great location and great stuff. Thank you!

Negative experience: Absolutely do not recommend this dental clinic. Very dodgy practice and they scam the vulnerable and elderly. If you have seen them or have a quote I 100% recommend getting an opinion from another practise.

Negative experience: Dodgy practice. Avoid at all costs. I would give them a zero if I could. Blatant elder abuse. Previous female dentist was fantastic. Avoid this practice, they will lie to you and fleece you.

Positive experience: Had an amazing treatment with Dr Min goo.. she made sure I was fine throughout the whole treatment. Made my teeth feel and look absolutely brand-new. Would 100% recommend getting any treatment through her.

Negative experience: So I think all honestly over charged . Prices are totally different everything I was quoted the lack of communication was bad . Also one in particular dentist I felt rushed things . The denture man amazing ill give him a 5 star ✨ and the lady dentist takes good time and care with her work min goo . But definitely will be finishing my treatment and not coming back sorry . I wouldn't recommend this service . I feel like just because we were winz clients we didn't get the same treatment as a actual paying customer . I could say alot more but I've said enough . And as I have my next treatment I do not want to get treated badly for this review.

The dental technician is extremely helpful and my denture is great , the dentists are also very helpful and listened to my needs. I would also like to thank the receptionist who is very friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: Be very aware of extras they talk people into when you're in pain & vulnerable. I needed dentures they convinced me implants were the best option. There was no further information on what to do once you have the implants. On the day of surgery they tried to get more money out of me for bone grafts! Ive never heard from them since even though the implants need a different type of denture. The original quote was $2500 & they charged $14,000!! No aftercare service they just want your money.

Negative experience: The male dentist who was dealing with me was rude and didn’t make me feel safe at all during my first procedure of a root canal. Firstly put on a really inappropriate movie on Netflix on the TV above??? It was called “The Client List” (the picture of a woman holding a blanket over herself should be a clear sign that this is not an appropriate movie to put on???! ) and it wasn’t just playing by accident - he went through a few movies and picked this one???!!! When started my procedure, he didn’t explain anything and just came in with a needle to numb me without warning. When I asked what was happening, he told me “I don’t need to tell you what’s happening you should just know…” Frightened I ended up crying - still telling me “all dentists do this” - went home same day without any work done and no proper explanation The next time I came back I had a female dentist and nurse working on my tooth. I didn’t even have to ask but they both explained everything from the GET GO and made me feel safe, always checked in with me throughout the procedure. Honestly if it wasn’t for her and her assistant I wouldn’t have come back - and would be looking somewhere else to try fix this and ask for my money back. Receptionist also was always warm and friendly and happy to help when I asked questions.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! I had my tooth removed and I had no pain or discomfort straight after the removal or during the healing process! I’m so grateful to the dental team, they were so friendly and helped me get a better understanding of my oral health. I highly recommend. I do need to be straight forward about one thing and it’s the lack of staff. Everything seems a little rushed when it comes to the verbal consultation so that they can stay on top of schedule. That does not mean that the experience I had was bad, I just understand the pressure that team is under. I hope you find staff soon!

Negative experience: Was unhappy with overall experience, was quoted works to be done in a package deal, they were unable to provide me with a breakdown of the costs associated saying they were short staffed. Request after request I asked to get a simple cost breakdown, they said this wasn't possible as quoted as a package, which is rubbish, every dentist prior had done that on the first appointment, until I decided to not go back. Unpleasant experience in every aspect!

In the consultation the dentist missed multiple things wrong with my teeth which another practice picked up on straight away
