Fantastic experience: I had TMJ . I could not open my jaw fully and it would pop and click when eating. I thought I would need jaw surgery but I found Doctor Amir. He suggested getting Botox to my jaw muscle. I got two sessions and I am absolutely amazed. My TMJ has gone away and I can fully open my jaw again. Doctor Amir Is friendly And very professional. The nurses were amazing too. Great team thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: It is wonderful, all of the staff are very kind and friendly. Their service is high quality and skilled.

Negative experience: After finding many 5 star reviews on this dental practice, we decided to take my 14 year old son for a visit. Firstly the receptionists in front were absolutely friendly and lovely. Kruti, the dentist without any introduction or even a hello to any of us, starts off by asking my son, " What's the reason for the appointment?" She listened, then immediately examined, with no explanation as to what she's going to do or anything of the sort. After looking into his mouth, she turned around and started explaining something to us. I had to stop her right there, introduced my husband and myself to her, asked her for her name, and who she was, then let her continue. My husband and I ( both medical doctors) stood there, absolutely shocked and disappointed! Such terrible, cold manners from a professional. I would not recommend Kruti to anyone.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with Dr Kruti. First of all her manner is very abrupt bordering on rude. Secondly she told me a lot of misinformation about my teeth - that I had gum disease - that I had a loose tooth. When I followed up overseas at my dentist 4 months later he told me neither was the case! He did find I needed 2 fillings! I find it very surprising that Dr Kruti did not notice this 4 months earlier as I had X-rays with her! I can’t imagine how 2 holes will come in 4 months out of nowhere. Overall I would avoid this dentist as my experience was quite upsetting. Perhaps she was rude and careless as I was just visiting and so she could not be bothered to do her job properly- as I would not be her regular patient.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best! Modern techniques, total care taken in every aspect of the procedure, wonderful staff. Wish I had all my dental work here, it would have saved me having to have repeat procedures at other places that didn't do the job properly.

Positive experience: Lovely staff, nice facility, easy access, but after 5 or so years of paying for annual scale and polishes my new dental hygienist found a lot of black tartar built up behind my teeth. Not happy about that, but the practice manager has followed up with me to discuss why this might be.

I am blessed with still having all my own teeth, and Dr Amir, a professional whom I admire considerably, invariably ensures they are carefully inspected for possible cracks or other problems.. On several occasions he has carried out remedial work, but always my teeth continue to give me no problems. I always have an annual inspection, xrays and clean. Invariably Dr Amir is a delight to deal with, swapping opinions on world affairs, recently-read books, and other interesting and sometimes joking comments.
