Narvin also is a fantastic provider of cosmetic treatment. I have had botox and threads for facial treatment. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended. I have posted this previously. Fantastic experience: I am the world's biggest chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. Not kidding. The least favourite thing to do EVER. But... Wow this place is pretty awesome. From the greeting when you arrive to the gentle removal of your funds before you leave and everything in between, SDC are fantastic and I've done something I would never have believed I would ever do - I've made a non emergency appointment to go back! Fantastic experience: My first tooth extraction ever and it was awesome!! The girls really took good care of me. Had a consultation on Monday and my wisdom tooth extraction on Thursday and it went somewhat smooth :) the price was abit up there and I was kind of regretting it but it was all worth it at the end, I had a really bad decayed tooth that was aching and was very painful for how many days, I’d say the pain was from 10-15/10 I told the girls I’ll probably be back if any other tooth aches or in pain occurs. Great service, good customer service skills. I love the tips that were given as well with wriggling my toes, it made me not think too hard about getting my tooth taken out, I wish I remembered their names :)) but a huge thankyou to also the receptionist as well!!

Not just Navin, but the whole staff are brilliant. When there’s a problem, they’re onto it and sort things out real quick.

Her knowledge and gentleness truly made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. It's disheartening to hear that Anna will be relocating to Auckland, but I have no doubt that the clinic will find someone equally as skilled and dedicated to maintain their high standards of care. The clinic itself is worth mentioning as well. It's clean and well equipped.The receptionist was a pleasure to deal with friendly and efficient. Their booking system is fantastic.It's user-friendly and highly responsive to the customer's needs, making it easy to schedule appointments and manage your dental care.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a particular issue and the dentist was so helpful! She even did a bit of reading about it in between my appointments. The issue has much improved since following her advice. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling fall out and I'm very nervous with dentists. From the phone call to the receptionist until I left the customer service was exceptional . I can not fault any of the staff, receptionists, dental assistant, dentist, they kept me informed all of the way along. Their premises were clean and the decor was modern and bright. I was reassured all of the time and felt I was listened to. They explained about pricing prior to the procedure and if anything additional needed doing. The injections were not too painful, they kept me calm and were so kind and caring. The dentist and dental assistant worked well together and they really were a great team. From being so nervous when I first walked in to leaving and feeling great, what better outcome could you have. I highly recommend them and they will be mine and hubbies new dentist. Thank you.

However the dentist lady and her assistant that dealt with me were lovely and gave me a few options to consider with the work I need done on my teeth. Negative experience: I had a lovely experience here when I went to get my chip tooth fixed unfortunately it’s chipped after 4 months - real disappointing after spending $300-$400 :(

Fantastic experience: My first time there was a great experience . They scanned my teeth and identified where it requires attention . They also did a very good job with cleaning and removing tar from my teeth and replacing a filling. They gave me a road map what I need to do to keep my teeth in good health. I now have scheduled further appointments with them to do a couple of more fillings which it showed on their 3d scan . I felt them being very professional and I highly recommend them And will be adding more feedbacks about the outcome of the completion of my other fillings . 5star

Dr Vithal was awesome, very informative, very thorough. We were even emailed link to view the imaging he took while we are at home. It is clear to me that that what is best for the patient is the first priority!

Fantastic experience: I have been to a number of Dental clinics as I've moved around, all with great reviews. This clinic has been the most impressive so far. They have some of the most advanced technology, outside of a specialist, I have experienced. They are clear and patient when communicating with you, and the cost was very reasonable for such an advanced check up (standard X-ray, panoramic X-ray, 3d dental scan and physical examination). I haven't had any actual work done yet, but will be over the next month or so, and I'm confident it will be excellent.

Positive experience: I was very well attended by lovely and professionals, nice chat..The only things is I thought they would be able to me hep to discover why I am having jaw pain. Taking a X-ray was not enough to help me out. Unfortunately, they were not able to help me but referred me to a specialist. Perhaps, a more specific info describing the areas they cover and not cover in the website, could avoid this kind of experience. I would go back to Supreme Dental to address other issues.

Fantastic experience: The Dental Hygienist was very gentle, carefully explaining what she was doing next and provided good dental hygiene advice. She provided a small tube of toothpaste. Much appreciated. The dentist checked my teeth and was very friendly and polite. No dental fillings - great!

Professional, caring, relaxed… while it’s hard to describe a trip to the dentist as a pleasurable experience they’re up there on the scale. I’d happily recommend them to anyone who gets a bit anxious over the annual trip to the “fang farrier”, as an old friend of mine calls dentists.

Positive experience: Going to Supreme Dental Concepts there in Lower Hutt was great. We didn't have long to wait and my son and I were in and out of the surgery within about 15 mins. My only bugbear is that it is very hard to get a park nearby in the street that the surgery is situated on.
