Fantastic experience: The receptionist (Kuman) if I spelt it correctly was very helpful in finding the suitable timetable for my appointment. Sebastian is very approachable and attentive to my needs, he can read it without telling him. Maria gave me a thorough assessment using their state of the art equipment. She provided all the information I need for my well informed decision for my next treatment. She mentioned how I maintained very well my oral health. I commend the Wainui Dental team on their work efficiency, professionalism and better diagnostic strategies and treatment plan. Kudos Wainui Dental.

Fantastic experience: The folk at Wainui Dental are superb. They close at 5pm but made an appointment for me at 5pm because I needed an extraction. Dentist and his assistant were really good. No pain, even a few laughs. The two reception staff were excellent. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I seriously hate going to the dentist. I've had some awful experiences, especially as a child and I have developed some serious anxieties about dental treatment as a result. However I was in serious pain and discomfort and desperately needed to see someone. I didn't sleep the night before, couldn't eat anything before my appointment as I was so anxious and scared. But Wainui Dental, especially Maria, were amazing. I had a bit of a breakdown while I was there about the needles, and about the treatment in general, but Maria was so patient and gentle and calm. I know I need more work done to my teeth, and while it might take me a while to work through my fears regarding that, I'll definitely be returning to Wainui Dental in the future. Thank you for your kind and patient service, for the follow up call - it was much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few dental practises. Wainui dental is amazing, their communication, follow up calls the next day to make sure everything is OK and a really friendly team. The thing I love the most is you can jump straight online and make a booking, there are generally appointments you can get into the next day. It is a bit more expensive but this is probably because they have all the up to date equipment: My dentist and her assistant is AMAZING! I would highly recommend Maria. She doesn’t rush you, listens to you and overall an amazing dentist.

Fantastic experience: Had bad pain, had an assessment on wed, got treatment on Thursday now pain free. The team were really good, dentist was really good at making sure I wasn't in pain and was comfortable during the procedure, and while I thought I was going to have to do half one day and the rest later, he managed to do it all in one hour. 3 teeth removed and 2 fillings. Awesome. Would recommend to everyone

As a singer, my teeth are very visible and I have had horrible comments about them growing up. We aren’t even finished yet but they’re at a point where I’m so happy, and more confident! The reception team are super understanding and kind as well, always super welcoming. Every single dental assistant that has worked with Manish has been 10/10 onto it and efficient. Fantastic experience: I have just been going to Wainui Dental for about 3 or 4 months now and they have been amazing.Dr Yeephang has been really good with the issues l have and has explained everything to me.I have had a few different procedures done and they have been treated really well. When Dr Yeephang was away one of the other dentist looked after me.I feel that they have really listened to me and have arranged for me to see an oral medicine specialist. Fantastic experience: Overnight i experienced one of the worst toothache I've ever felt. Waited until the morning to call around for a place to get my tooth taken out. I came across Wainui Dental on Google and decided to call first thing in the morning, although I didn't get an appointment until later in the afternoon, my appointment time finally came around. And i was greeted by the lovely Sumedha at reception, she made me feel so welcomed as soon as i walked in she knew who I was even though this was my first time there. Once i got signed up and all I was then taken into the dentist room by Rose, she was DR Marias assistant, can I just say these two are some of the most caring people I have come across in my life of going to the dentist. Dr Maria, welcomed me and assured me that i was going to be looked after and taking care of and she did NOT lie. She was absolutely amazing, she explained everything that was wrong with my tooth and why it was causing so much pain, she then explained thoroughly what she was going to do in terms of the extraction. The whole procedure was so quick and painless. I did not feel anything at all! The only thing i felt was ofcourse the anaesthetic needle to numb the mouth but the procedure itslef was so straight forward, and throughout the procedure she kept talking to me to make sure i was okay, she kept relaying what she was doing which put my mind at ease. Dr Maria is such an amazing human being, I've always dreaded going to the dentist but she has definitely changed my mind and I recommend Wainui dental % ! You will not be disappointed especially Dr Maria. Thank you again team for looking after me on my first visit. Sorry for the long review but you guys absolutely deserve it!!

Fantastic experience: I had the most pleasant experience with Dr. Yeephang Wong and Jessica while having 2 of my wisdom teeth removed. I was extremely nervous but they helped me relax and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time.

Negative experience: Went here after hearing reviews about how great staff are etc. few weeks ago I had a new patient examination which went well , during this consult and via phone and via email I constantly stated that I would allow the dentist to priorities 3 of my main fillings as well as replace a 4th for cosmetic reasons (I put an emphasis on the 4th). After paying over $1000 I got home to see that the 4th tooth that I was desperate to get fixed hadn’t been done as I requested and already paid for instead dr collette decided to fix another filling without my consent and then charged me for this. I was given treatmrbet on a tooth I didn’t consent too nor where my actual issues solved that I originally made the appointment to . After contacting the practice I was told they’d call back , they call back just to say they’ll call back again the next day once I’ve “calmed down”. I’m writing this review as I sit here waiting for a call that hasn’t yet come ! I’ve also called the practice 8 times already today for my calls not to be answered! Absolutely disgusited and have put through formal complaints

Initially I thought it was going to be a full extraction, but after a consultation with the Doctor there, a filling was all that was required, saving me hundreds of dollars Their service is first class, as is the very modern clinic. Fantastic experience: My son needed urgent assistance and our usual dentist was not available. We live in Wainui and had no clue we had a dentist. We were glad we got a spot last minute because it changed our experience for life - not sounding too cheesy. Wainui Dental are amazing. Really looked after my Son and was always informing us every step of the way. Colette was very informative and kept me updated every step. Providing options and advice for my sons teeth. The assistant was also so friendly and the whole experience felt like I had dealt with them for years. The technology was on another level. Nice and Clean and very inviting clinic. Dental Clinics are never a good place haha but Wainui Dental - Customer service, Full experience is a 10/10. Fantastic experience: Went to the dentist first time in a million years - over the course of a month or so, I saw dentist and hygienist. The key thing is that both were informative about work required and more importantly cost in a way that enabled me to make an informed decision based on personal budget. I like that plus they're lovely. The clinic is modern, has superb technological capability and is here in Wainuiomata. Awesome!

Fantastic experience: Just a big thank you friends and team "Wainui Dental". 3 months ago I was fitted out with new top and bottom dentures.. I had a few anxious thoughts about justifying the expense, cost out weighing the benefits, its done now, gone from old gappy to a "happy chapie" (regards Shane)
