Fantastic experience: I recently relocated to Auckland from Wellington, where about a year ago I completed my orthodontic treatment. However, when I was in need of a repair, my Wellington based orthodontist recommended Shakespeare orthodontics. The small repair to my dental wire was done fast and effectively, and the staff were kind and professional and listened to my concerns prior to deciding what the best option would be for me. Fantastic experience: I have put my two teens through Invisalign treatment at Shakespeare Orthodontics. The treatment has gone on for nearly two years. My son is finished his treatment and my daughter is nearly finished. The team at Shakespeare, every single one of them, have always been warm, friendly, welcoming, gentle and highly professional. I recommend them to anyone thinking of using an Orthodontist. I don't usually give out five star reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve every star. The clinic is very modern and uses all the latest technology. My kids have beautiful straight teeth and lovely smiles. It's been a very worthwhile journey and is absolutely money well spent. All the staff are amazing and super kind and nice, orthodontists, nurses, receptionists You can email them with any questions and they will get back to you Great with kids Do not worry if you found their appointments quite hard, when it is urgent they will definitely look after you.

Fantastic experience: Mo and the team provide an outstanding service. Our sons teeth were crowded and are now perfect. He regularly has people commenting on his perfect smile. We really appreciated that we were told the total cost of the orthodontic treatment beforehand and that there we no extra charges. Fantastic experience: Professional team and great service. Very friendly staff at the clinic, makes every visit easy and with such a joy. Had to leave NZ due to family emergency last year, I didn’t leave Dr Mo much time to re-arrange my braces adjustment plan, but he managed to temporarily fix my braces and told me not to worry about it too much and we could pick up the progress once I’m back. Also received an email from the Dr asking how’s everything last Xmas. My braces are still as good as I just got them done even without monthly adjustment after more than a year. Can’t wait to be back and get everything back to track. Will definitely recommend to friends who need a great service and dental experience!

They are great with younger children and really tailor their treatment plans to get the best "bang for your buck". For one of my children, this has meant early treatment to head off an issue which would have caused trouble down the road. Fantastic experience: Been using Shakespeare Ortho for more than a year now and I've seen amazing results with my daughter's teeth. Mo and the team are all v. friendly so I'm not changing them for anyone else.

Fantastic experience: Both Dr Azza and Dr Moe carry themselves with utmost etiquette and professionalism. Their meticulous approach to my treatment plan through assurance, constant followup and insuring my treatment needs were addressed only elevated my confidence in their approach. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Negative experience: Mo is great during the consultation but it is frustrating to ask for a referral. We did the examination for my son’s teeth back in April and requested for a referral for a surgeon right after. We were told during the consultation that the referral should take only a few days but eventually it took us more than a month, not to mention it only delivered after numerous calls of follow-up. Then more complication came after. The referral we had received was not for a surgeon but for a pediatric which was not covered by the insurance. Then we requested another referral. Until now after three weeks of second request we still have not got the referral. The whole process took us nearly three months but still have not got anywhere near a simple referral letter.

Fantastic experience: I went for a consultation, and I felt very comfortable as Mo explained that I did not need to change the retainers I currently have. He spoke to me about the options available in the future if/when I do need to have my retainers changed. It was refreshing to listen to his honest and straightforward advice, and it reinforced my belief that we made the right decision bringing our teenage daughter to Mo and Shakespeare Orthondontics for her braces.

Negative experience: Car was towed whilst parking for a meeting next door. No signage or tow away area signs atall. $330 charge for an honest mistake when all they had to do was pop their head in and ask us to move or put up signs to make it clear.

Fantastic experience: Once I went to other Orthodontist for consultation in Remuera, I didn’t like there at all. I searched many places, and found here. Shakespeare Orthodontics is the right place I wanted. Dr. Mo is very kind, helpful, professional, and reliable. Me and my son are very happy now taking treatments here. Also the assistant lady is pretty lovely, kind and reliable, too. ----------------------------------------------------- It been 2 years since my son started treatment here, his teeth are getting perfectly lined. His teeth looked beautiful, but Mo found his back tooth growing not straight, and he adviced us to take a little more time to get this straight. They are very busy but working hard for patients all the time. Some other orthodontist take extra charge for a new plan, but Mo does not. Even the bracket came off accidententaly (once my son bit broccoli, and once bit out of positioned mouse guard) they arranged emergency appointments free and quickly. They are always helpfull, trustfull, and professional. I really feel biggest thanks to Shakespeare Orthodontist.

Fantastic experience: I visited Mo at Shakespeare Orthodontics under the recommendation of my dentist. They provided incredible service by listening to my concerns and providing good advice around my options. I had braces when younger but not my wisdom teeth removed and am now in my 30's so consulting to see if tooth removal would need follow up Orthodontic treatment. Mo looked over my teeth and informed me no treatment was needed, provided referral to another provider for a different issue noted and did not charge for the consultation. Incredible high spec space and professionals who are committed to good treatment outcomes. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: My brother and I have been going here for almost a year and I highly recommend. All the staff and are very kind and after looking at multiple orthodontists I knew for sure I wanted to go here because unlike other places we looked at, they were very welcoming and were happy to answer any questions. Getting braces isn't the most pleasant experience but they were very gentle and I know I'm in good hands every time I go for an adjustment. Also as someone who struggles with anxiety I think this place is very good as I'm rarely nervous to go there because of how friendly the staff are and the nice environment.

Positive experience: It was my first free consultation to see Dr. Mo for my 11 years old daughter. He welcomeed us very nicely and explained about orthodontics process and the fact. My surprise that he mentioned was even after removed braces needs to maintain the teeth line as our body, bone structure is moving as we live. I felt it made a sense! My daughter and I felt he has good experiences and knowledge professionally so we made next appointment for Xray to assess and find out whats kind braces and treatment needs for her.
