Fantastic experience: Very impressed, I rung up to make an appointment urgently for a cracked molar & got in very quick as my old dentist place not the dentist had dropped the ball saying they too full & may get a cancellation so I came here instead & made this my new dentist, Adrian very good & kind & told me what he was dng & what would happen next time if it cracked again, did a gr8 job of my tooth & a day later no sensitive news or pain Office staff gr8 & friendly too.

Fantastic experience: Dr Adrian Ain from Capital Dental just completed a tooth extraction for me, and honestly that is the best experience I’ve had with any dentists here. Very smooth process from start to end, can barely feel when the tooth is out, and stitches were done perfectly. Price is very reasonable too, 10/10 would recommend.

Negative experience: l made an appointment wanting a quote for a plate. l walked out with a charge for an x-ray they gave me on the same day ($100 + ) and told they don't do plates/ dentures anymore. Wish l was told that before l arrived . " Just make sure you get billed for reasons you were there for. Not add ons they want you to have. "

The receptionist is super friendly and the dentist, Dr Adrian is very professional. He explained everything to me in very detail before started the procedure. Immaculate! Highly recommend for those who are loking for a good quality dental treatment with reasonable price!

Negative experience: The receptionist kept on calling me on my mobile, and I told her and emailed her asking not to use the phone method, but she won’t stopped calling me. Please understand most people can’t take phone calls during work hours or driving after work.

Priya is an excellent dentist and only works on what needs doing. Appointments are booked and confirmed well in advance, making the whole process efficient from start to end. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I went to Petone Capital Dental a couple of times in the last few months. Both people I saw- the dentist and the hygienist - were great. Welcoming, reasurring and very efficient. I also thought the price was pretty reasonable for my dental visit. My teeth looked and felt a thousand times better after my visit to the hygienist. Thanks for an awesome job done by both parties! I'd definitely recommend!

Positive experience: After returning back to Aotearoa I needed to find a dentist. Chose this one purely on location but as it turns out it was really good service by reception and the Doctor. Reasonably priced and was given some good advice about implants. Will definitely return for my next check up.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE - apart from overcharging the Dentists work caused immense pain and there were no open slots to even look at what was wrong. Turned out they had made quite a few errors. They didn't care I was in pain, they got their money and that was that. There are much better Dentists for much lower prices who do a better job

Fantastic experience: I recently had a wisdom tooth extracted which had been giving me issues for around a year. I'm so glad I went and saw Priya and had it removed. Priya made the whole process really straight forward, quick and painless! Everybody from Priya to the front desk staff were all lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend Capital Dental Petone and will be sure to visit them again when I need any dental work done.

Positive experience: Really rude receptionist does not apologies and takes ownership for her mistake was waiting on a quote she forgot to email me, she also cancel my booking because I was five minute late and she didn't explain. She also got me on a booking for both filling and cleaning on same day when I ask to get it done separately. Amazing service from the dentists but I was almost put off from using the service because of the lack of customer service I receive from the front staff.

Fantastic experience: This is my first dental experience in Wellington and I am so lucky that I chose Capital Dental Petone. They have an amazing team! All the receptionists are super patient and full of thoughtfulness. As working hour restriction, they always contact me when they got better availability which made me feel cared. The hygienist (sorry I forgot to ask her name) is also lovely and patient. She gave my very detailed information about my teeth and gum that I never received before. She is really professional during the cleaning of the teeth and I quite enjoyed the whole process. She did a thorough cleaning to my teeth and I feel my teeth got a new life. 100% recommended if you are after a dental practitioner. Love it.

Fantastic experience: My partner came here for wisdom tooth removal and I've come for some fillings. We had two different dentists but both were great, explained what they were doing, really friendly and reassuring and gave us options to choose from. My partner in particular found this helpful as she is quite anxious about dental stuff. I was a bit worried I'd get told off for not going to the dentist for years but they were actually totally understanding and not judgemental at all, which was a relief. Also they are practical about the advice they give - working out what you can actually manage to do / what will be affordable not just telling you the ideal and leaving it at that.

Fantastic experience: After a terribly frustrating and difficult experience at another dental practice in Lower Hutt, I searched for an alternative dentist practice for my son. I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge, customer service and professionalism when I contacted Capital Dental - and that was just from reception! Great overall communication and updates. The staff are amazing, putting my son at ease and working patiently and with no pain over a number of visits. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants great and professional service. I have been to her for three years and the mere fact that I have kept my appointments says something. She is easy to deal with, explains things in everyday language and has never made me feel bad about my teeth, which makes heaps of difference to me.
