Fantastic experience: It was my first visit to Christchurch Boutique Dental and have now decided to become a regular client of theirs. Upon arrival, I was already impressed with the amount of medical and dental history I need to provide compared to other dentists. Dr Sha sat me in front of her computer, showing me images and X-rays of my teeth and thoroughly explained the condition of my teeth and gum and had also given me dental advices which taken into account my dental, medical and family history. Never had I been to a dentist that provides such holistic approach in dental treatment. I felt very well-cared-for and confident in the quality of the care I received. Fantastic experience: I don't have a fear of dentistry, but I'd recommend Christchurch Boutique Dental to anyone who does. The clinic is beautiful, and the people are lovely. During the new patient intake, they take a lot of care to ask about your prior dental experiences and whether you have any fears or concerns. And if you need a distraction, there are TVs on the ceilings and relaxing music pumping through the private rooms. I've also never had a dentist sit me in front of the computer and talk me through my teeth in detail. I left with clean, shiny teeth and knowing a lot more about the state of my oral health. Looking forward to continuing my Bitesoft journey with them!

Fantastic experience: My appointment was done very efficiently. 35 minutes for full check up with x rays and clean. Cosmetics were suggested for some problem areas but not in a pushy way. Dentist is expert. Thanks for the good service team.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental practice. I’ve been going for about 4 years now and the office staff and dentists are always so lovely and make you feel like they want to get to know you. They generally try to get you in to see your regular dentist but if they don’t have an appointment in the time frame required they offer you appointments with other dentists who are equally amazing which means you are always looked after. The offices are extremely clean and tidy and the dentists do an amazing job.

I did my Invisalign and my husband did bridge, crown and implanted teeth. They are all very complicated cases but Dr David and Dr Kah-Ern are very patient and professional to make the best result for us. Moreover, they make the payment process so flexible for us to afford those necessary dental fix. Their dental environment and reception ladies also make the whole experience so wonderful. Fantastic experience: I Am an Nervous Dental Patient and didn't help matters that i had a bad surgical tooth extraction done a few months ago. So when broke Front tooth i was very Nervous about getting it fixed Went into Christchurch Boutique Dental for them to have a look i was seen by Dr. Haneen Alayan who was lovely and Patient with me got a quote done for my teeth. And then Rebook in on Thursday to get it fixed. The Experience was wonderful she was patient and asked if i was ok throughout the repair on my two front teeth was Great and was a stress free and Painless experience. And is very happy with result. Making Boutique Dental my Dentist for now on they are in great location there is Afterpay and you can book online so you can see who is free and you can choose a time you want. I am very happy thank you

Fantastic experience: The doctor who received me was Dr. Kah-Ern. She explained to me very professionally and clearly the problems of my dental disease and how to prevent and treat it. In person, she is very attractive, elegant and has a great temperament. In addition, during the treatment process, the dentist tracked the status of my teeth throughout the whole process, and as a patient, I felt concerned and cared. I'm very appreciate. This is my first time to see a dentist in New Zealand. Compared with some dental in China, their equipment is indeed more advanced. First of all, X-ray can take pictures of the local area, which means that the dentist clearly knows what happened. Secondly, when the patient is receiving treatment, the patient will be given a pair of glasses, which can avoid the glare of the ceiling light. This greatly reduces the patient's fear of seeing the teeth, at the same time, the patient can also watch TV, listen to light music, which will help the patient relieve anxiety and receive treatment in peace of mind. This is a wonderful clinic where all the doctors greet their patients with smiles.

Fantastic experience: This place is lovely . As someone who’s had bad experiences with dentists in the past and has crippling anxiety, this place made me feel safe, comfortable and cared for. The staff are kind and soft spoken. The atmosphere in the waiting room is really nice. Comfortable chairs, gentle piano music at the right volume, and it’s not covered with tacky health posters like you see in other places. As for my treatment, they were very clear communicating what they were gonna do, constantly making sure I’m okay and not in any discomfort, and they got the job done quickly and painlessly. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I've ever been to in my life. I'm actually amazed at the quality of service and at the knowledge they have about teeth. I've even had other dentist's comment on the great work and wanting to know who did it. I think you know that if the dentist wears binoculars then he must be good lol. I wouldn't say it if it wasn't true and I'm only writing this review because they deserve it. Teeth are very important to be and I believe this would be the best place in town to go to. I went in for a crown and I was gone home within 2 hours with the job completed. They have all the gadgets and modern technology there. It's quite unbelievable really. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of going to the dentist. However, I needed an urgent root canal treatment and this recommended practice was able to fit me in within a few days. The interior has a modern and clean aesthetic. The staff are warm, polite and professional. Dr. David Kao went above and beyond ensuring i felt comfortable and gave me options as apposed to pressuring me for a decision right then and there. He answered all of my questions in great detail, which lessened the overwhelming feeling I had prior to arriving. Quality over quantity whilst not feeling like another rushed number was an additional stand-out experience. I am happy with the services, care, knowledge shared and following-up after the treatment provided at Boutique Dental. I now highly recommend them and will be a returning patient.

Fantastic experience: When I had to treat my broken tooth, thankfully, I made a booking very fast via just a call. Also, from the reception officers to all staff at the treatment room, all people were kind and described very sophisticatedly even though the time was over the working hour. I asked my worrying and questions a lot to dentists and staff, but they always focused on the patient's point of view. So, if I should take care of my tooth again in the future, I will not hesitate to contact and will go there for fast treatment!

I flew down from Wellington specifically to come here after seeing the excellent reviews, and can honestly say it was money well spent and a great decision. I saw Dr David Kao for a wisdom tooth consultation and then extraction a few weeks later. The consultation was friendly, reassuring and professional, and I came away feeling confident in my decision to come here. I had the extraction yesterday, and it was a breeze. I was quite nervous about getting it done, but Dr David and his colleague were lovely. I didn't feel a thing and the actual extraction must have taken only a couple of minutes, tops - it was over before I even realised what was happening! It was quick, painless, and easy. I was so impressed. Today I have hardly any pain, and basically no swelling at all. Dr David is extremely talented, and the whole thing was much easier than I ever expected! The team also called me today to check in on how I was doing, which was a nice touch. The reception team are delightful, the service from Dr David was exceptional, and the decor of the practice is beautiful. A really calming, welcoming environment. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended Christchurch Boutique Dental to anyone who is looking for professional and skilled dentists in Christchurch I had a gap between teeth at the back , widening gaps had became a problem with food particles caught in gaps between teeth , the pain started late last year, I consulted dentist at one of Lumino branches in Christchurch, i was advised that there was no choice but to remove those teeth I got a second opinion from an amazing dentist Dr. Tony Chiu and he fixed it without pulling any teeth, further more , i visited Dr. Tony Chiu a few times he was so patient and kind in explaining the issues I had , also he went over and above the call of duty, made extra appointments with me to check my teeth were ok after treatments given. Fantastic experience: My wife and I were traveling in Christchurch from the US when I needed an emergency root canal due to severe pain. I called 10+ dentists for a last minute appointment and they all turned me down, except for Amber and the amazing team at Christchurch Boutique Dental. Amber was extremely nice and helpful finding me a last minute reservation and even calling to check in on me before my procedure. When I arrived, the office was very clean and comfortable. My root canal was done by Dr. Tony who went above and beyond with his service. I’m TERRIFIED of the dentist but he was very patient and calm walking me through what needed to be done. I had two procedures on my tooth with very minimal pain or stress. They even have a TV above you with Netflix to keep you distracted while you’re in the chair. I cannot stress enough the boutique level of service this dental office provides. If you want top notch dental work done by people who actually care about your well-being, this is the place. Not only was the booking system online very easy to navigate and impressive but the sheer fact they are open on Saturday with emergency appointments was incredible! Tony Chiu was the friendliness, most thorough dentist I have ever experienced. He explained everything so well (in laymans terms), provided me with a costing before I agreed to any work to remediate my issue and did such a good job, which was reasonable. Fantastic experience: Last year I had a terrible and traumatic experience with another dental clinic here in Christchurch I thought I will never be able to go back to see another dentist again but the Boutique Dental was so professional and they did a great job with me, now I am not afraid of Dentist anymore but just in case whenever I need to see the Dentist I will go to the Boutique Dental because I know they are professional and I trust them

The team are very friendly and CBD is in my eyes state of the art where they give good advice and provide a great service. Tony my dentist is particularly professional and gentile for which I have been very happy with to date.

Fantastic experience: David was a Great Dentist, was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. He was very caring, and made sure I was ok throughout my 4 visits. He explained what he was going to do. Would defintely recommend him to other people. The pactice has the latest technology, and did great work. Can tell thst David and the other dentists are very passionate about their work. The building was also very tidy and had the latest equipment etc in it. The recipiontist, Amber was also very kind and answered my question/ conncens that I had etc via email straight away. Would defintely go back to him again in the future. Would defintely recommend him for any procdeure needed done root canal, dental implant, and root canal. You are getting the best treatment with David and his team.

Fantastic experience: Kia Ora, i did a lot of service in Christchurch Boutique Dental. I had my teeth cleaned, tooth extracted and a root canal. All i can say is Top Notch Dental Service! My Dentist is Dr Tony Chiu. He has helped me with a great dental plan to have a healthy dental hygiene and i’m so thankful that finally i can eat whatever i want with no aching feeling! Thank you so much! Great service. Friendly staff. Worth the price.
