Fantastic experience: Had the best dental care I have received yesterday, called up in the morning with a toothache and was able to get in the same day for an extraction. Explained to the dentist that I was very anxious and she was very gentle with the procedure. (I can't remember dentist name sorry) thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Dentist gave me a thorough check up and X-rays based on my symptoms. Follow up options clearly explained and questions answered. Also quite affordable.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, great aftercare services. However, not the most experienced in shaping fillings. 2nd time in fixed initial problem, but accidentally skimmed side of good tooth in the process.

Negative experience: They rip you off double charge sometimes even triple charge you for the same thing pay when you make the appointment pay when you get there give you quotes of x amount then tell you it's alot more I do not recommend this place they been ripping people off for many years now

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience. I'm terrified of the dentist. The admin and hygienist staff were lovely and very patient with my neuro divergent son while getting the check up. Admin staff eased my anxiety before getting my teeth done. The dentist was amazing she was calm and understanding and patient while I needed to keep spitting she was very gentle and I've walked away with minimal main in my mouth which feels weird from the normal gum disease pain I feel. Fantastic experience: I have been to plenty of dentists in Hamilton and none come close to the service you get here. This would be the best dentist clinic I have ever been too! All staff members - dentist, denture technicians and admin staff - are excellent to deal with, know what they are doing and provide polite service with a smile. Everything is explained in detail and they make sure you understand every step and how much it'll cost. I have been impressed by the priority put on patient comfort. They always make sure you are comfortable and aim to be as pain free as possible. I can't say that I now love coming to the dentist, well because its the dentist lol but coming here doesn't cause the anxiety I have always had before and during dentist appointments in the past.

Even a follow up message to ask how I was going after a tooth extraction. I've never had that before shows a caring Dental Practice. Lots of explanation about the process and aftercare I needed to do.

Melissa was lovely and talked me through everything beforehand, then proceeded to Smoothly slide my tooth out with the speed and precision of an assassin but one that avoids pain. Negative experience: Good dental practice, lovely workers and I appreciate the follow up calls. However had a problem going through with my appointment being booked for a root canal! just to have other work done instead and wasn't filled in on it till after the fact (hense the 1 stars) (Is that not illegal )

Fantastic experience: Having always bought mouth guards from sports store and moulding them ourselves, our daughter had a custom made mouthguard prepared by Nawton Dental. It has been awesome - comfortable, perfect fit and far superior to mouthguards off the shelf. The service at Nawton Dental was superb, a range of colours to choose from, and no complaints at all about the mouthguard. Definitely worth the time and investment.

Fantastic experience: I am one if those terrified patients that got put off for life by dental clinics. I am happy to say my experience at Nawton Dental with Kevin was totally positive. No pain, excellent pre and post care. I have even made a booking for further work. All the staff are very friendly and caring and go the extra mile.

Fantastic experience: I first booked in with Nawton Dental after a long hiatus from the dentist. After my first check up they set up a plan, and during the consultation explained possible options. They made sure I understood everything an didn’t give me the big guilt treatment “growling” like most dentists do. But instead, each time I have gone back for a procedure or hygiene appointment have tried the education approach instead of the shame one which I have felt in my previous experiences elsewhere. Love the check in texts and/or phone calls after each visit, even if it’s just a regular hygiene appointment, to make sure you are alright.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for the best denture service, make an appointment with these guys to see Jay! Not only were all the office staff friendly and helpful (like if I was running late for an appointment) but Jay was next level! I've seen 5 dentists in the past and he is by far the most competent. His skill set is unreal, he managed to do in one 10 minute appointment, what I've personally experienced another dentist try to accomplish in 5 appointments, twice over the years! He's professional yet relaxed and easy to talk to (if your like me and get anxious whipping your nashes out lol) and he's a perfectionist. He can see every flaw and the remedy instantly, without needing to see it made up in physical form in your mouth, which saves a tonne of time and appointments. The end result (also includes the technician who makes them in the lab who Jay said is excellent) was dentures that were perfect for my face and smile that gave me no pressure points or sore spots! Not one! That has never happened for me before either. I am so happy, my teeth don't look like dentures, they compliment my face and I can't stop smiling! Thank you so much Jay and team :-D

So gentle you barely feel the injections. I've had 2 difficult extractions which were done easily and pain free. I would highly recommend this Dental practice.

She pulled an abscessed tooth, she talked me all the way through, made sure that I was comfortable .. I was more than petrified to say the least, she asked if I was ok, let her know if I felt a tinge of pain ... I DIDN'T (happy face emoji's go here) .. the best ever experience at the dentist.
