Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the outcome Smilesville has achieved with my smile. My teeth have gone from extremely crowded and crooked, to having the dream smile I never thought I'd have. I'm still suprised when I see photos of myself now and forget how nice my teeth look compared to before my treatment. Alot of things I hadn't even noticed at the time have been greatly improved, such as my bite and width of smile, people don't even notice I ever had crooked teeth now. Fantastic experience: Dr Ruchika and her team are so friendly which made the Invisalign process stress free and easy. Dr Ruchika also extended my treatment until her and I were satisfied with the final result so I never felt rushed or dissatisfied. The clinic is also open late night a couple days of week which I found very helpful as I’m working full time so check ups were easy to fit in. Would recommend the smilesville team and super happy with my results.

Negative experience: I had a poor experience from an administration perspective during my invisalign treatment. The end result was fine, after multiple restarts. I've since reached out for replacement retainers and the cost is out of pocket and wraps up a very negative experience with this branch. This is unfortunate as Ruchika herself is probably the nicest health professional I've dealt anywhere.

Negative experience: I have ended up with another provider and the experience was like night and day. I experienced an unclear, non-specific and money-hungry strategy from this business which also has below average facilities IMO - don't be fooled by the discount - I secured a better service elsewhere for a very comparable price.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to be seen by Rushika for my invisalign treatment and I could not be happier with the end result! Rushika was very kind and professional and I felt totally in the right hands every time I went to see her or one of the other dentists for a check up. Fantastic experience: My teeth were healthy and looking fine when I came to see dr. Ruchika. My neck was not. Turns out, the position of my teeth was forcing my lower jaw back and in turn my neck muscles freaked out. I came in with neck pain so bad that I was unable to lift my head and needed my hands to help my neck to lift my head up in the morning. Dr. Ruchika made a plan to change the position of my teeth, to give my lower jaw more space and to prevent any future damage to my jaw joint. After about 2-3months I started to notice a difference and now, almost 9 months after I started with the aligners, I'm so, so happy to say my neck pain is completely gone, and my muscles feel less tense. I'm so happy I went to see her, she's so lovely and very knowledgeable. She made me feel heard in my problem and concerns and took her time explaining what she thought was going on with my jaw and how she could help. Would highly recommend her to anyone who has any problems with their jaw.

Fantastic experience: My daughters have had Invisalign fitted at Smilesville and I only have great things to say about the staff and service. My older daughter now has lovely straight teeth and looks older because of it. We are so happy! I would recommend coming here due to the efficiency of the staff. Booking appointments is easy and the reminders we get are wonderful. The location in Westfield Mall is also wonderful as there is plenty of parking and lots of shops to look around. Heidi is so welcoming on reception and Ruchika just the best. We have great chats while she is looking at my children's teeth. A+ service!

She was able to adjust my jaw shape to assist with over crowding and straightened my teeth without requiring any extraction despite other dentists saying extraction was inevitable. Fantastic experience: I have not been to a dentist for a clean in almost 20 years, I have been several times since when I've had teeth pulled unfortunately. So I felt very apprehensive about visiting begin the journey to a healthy smile again. Firstly my first consultation was very informative and I was made comfortable almost right away. I felt supported in my year long plan to bring back my healthy teeth and gums so I was even excited for the first appointment! Today was my first appointment and again, made to feel very much at ease and although the work would be extensive and would require some pain, I felt none. The after care was also very thorough and I'm even excited for my next appointment in a few weeks! Fantastic experience: I had moved to Christchurch earlier on last month and I'm so glad that I chose to register with this clinic. I was seen by Ruchika and her team to finish off my root canal procedure. The appointments with her has genuinely been one of the most pleasant dentist visits I've ever experienced! Normally I am terrified of going to dental appointments, but Ruchika is a lovely caring dentist. She works way too hard! Thank you team! :)

Negative experience: Bad experience for us. Had CONFIRMED appointment but 20minutes past that time all staff were in a meeting leaving reception unmanned and phones kept ringing unanswered. Other people also waiting but No one came out. We left 30 mins after appointment time and will not be back. If you need to gather staff, you should at least apologise to people waiting for the delay. Also serious safety concerns 're exit in EQ or emergency. Down a long corridor with a lack of visible exits. Shame promises made when booking were not met. Whole place appeared very disorganized, untidy and unprofessional. An extremely disappointing experience

Staff are super friendly was greeted by the lovely receptionist with a big smile, I had my one year old with me in the buggy and he was allowed into the room with me which was great, also seen Neil Gordon what an amazing dentist so friendly gave me great advice and was so gentle with the clean I didn’t flench once , thanks.

Fantastic experience: Kate is the best dentist I have had work on my teeth – I’ve never been so relaxed during a visit to the dentist! I was at Smilesville Dental to have a filling replaced and Kate was my assigned dentist. She was so gentle that I didn’t feel any part of the injection or the procedure itself. She also kept me informed as to what she was doing throughout. I was also pleased that the price she quoted was the price I actually paid.

Fantastic experience: My daughter (age 14) started her Invisalign treatment in late 2017 and ended early 2019, it was extremely successful and the results were amazing. She said it felt a bit tight in the first few days of wearing each different retainer but after that they felt fine and weren't much of a hassle. We were so lucky to have found out about Ruchika as we didn't know what options were available until meeting with her. She is an absolute professional and also kind and gentle.

Fantastic experience: I'm a wuss when it comes to any dental treatment but the second I walked in their receptionist Heidi made me feel comfortable and in good hands. I was 30 weeks pregnant and in pain from a tooth that was infected. While waiting for my appointment I was feeling nervous that it started making me dizzy, Heidi noticed it straight away and went out of her way to grab me a room temp glass of water not cold as it would of bothered my tooth and took me to lay down with a flannel on cold my head. Now I don't know any dentist who would go the extra mile like that for their patients. So thank you Heidi for looking after me and making me feel better I was expecting a extraction but Ruchika managed to stop the infection from spreading an also saved my nerve from having a root canal. Ending up just needing a filling and did not hurt at all, Ruchika exceeded my expectations an was extremely gentle.
