Fantastic experience: I have been to dentist on lincoln for years and Senaa has been looking after me all that time. She is the best Dentist I've ever been to. She is brilliant at giving injections and does an excellent job on your teeth at a reasonable price and all the staff are friendly and excellent as well. Don't be fooled by those other dentists on lincoln road as they might look flash but looks are deceiving. I highly recommend her as I have to my family and friends, and I hope she never leaves West Auckland.

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old autistic daughter had an infected gum due to an abcess....this caused the root of her wiggley tooth to come through the gum. This needed to be extracted, but due to the long waitlist for general anesthetic we decided to come to Dentist on Lincoln clinic for a consultation. Dr. Senaa was amazing...with the help of her and her assistant we were able to do local anesthetic and remove the tooth. Her father and I restrained her for less than 10 seconds...she was so brave! We got her an iceblock straight after, and she was fine, laughing again. I can't thank Dr. Senaa enough, as a mother herself she could relate to my worries and concerns around this issue, and was very empathetic and understanding. I definitely recommend this dental clinic and am happy to return again in future.

Negative experience: Well, i am disappointed. It started well and ended up not so good. I went with one problem, and I ended up with more. I have had a few dental work in my life , notting like this. That is why i was not scared at all. But this one was like a toucher. First of all, I was giving too much numbing medicine that i was numb for 6 hours. I had 2 sessions, each about 1.5 H. All the time my moth was forstfuly open without a minute rest. After those sections, every time I tried to eat something or chow any food, I would get chick bites on both sides of my mouth , and I still do. I think this is because of the forse on my mouth during the persidure, my bottom jaw is a bit dislocated. Also the dentist was nice at the bigening but as soon as I started to mention my pain she got upset and unpleasant. She said I was wrong and there was nothing wrong with her work. If this does not get better, I will take action as it is my right.

Fantastic experience: cannot sing this clinic praises enough. Dr Seena took me for an urgent quote for urgent pain. quoted me one of the fairest prices I've ever had for dental care and made sure that I was able to get any subsidies provided. after a full scale and clean, an urgent root canal, multiple fillings that were deep and the extraction of two wisdom teeth I feel amazing. I will keep returning as I believe that Dr Seena truly cares about the patients and their level of care while also trying to be aware of possible financial constraints which I believe makes her the best dentist I have ever had so I will keep returning and be patient for life.

The team at Dentist on Lincoln make you feel at ease from the minute you walk through the door to the minute you leave. Fantastic experience: Dr. Senaa from Dentist on Lincoln is a master of her craft! I recently went to her practice and got 3 wisdom teeth taken out (2 bottom, 1 top) and the process was extremely smooth. I called the day before the procedure due to pain in the area and she was able to fit me in the next day. The extraction was complicated due to both bottom wisdom teeth being impacted and we're at 90 degree angles but Dr. Senaa extracted them with no pain at all. I would highly suggest Dr. Senaa and Dentist on Lincoln for any of your dental needs.

Negative experience: 我在那里安装过一个牙冠，安装过程非常痛苦，结果更是恐怖。因为Dr Ali并不在意病人的感受。牙冠装的高出一大截，她就让我用最大力气咬合，虽然有麻醉，但是还是特别疼用（后来我明白，在这个时候，牙冠里面的填充物已经被压碎了，而且碎片非常锋利）。安装后的一周之内，牙冠里面不停的流血，感染，疼痛，而且牙冠从一开始就松动。一周之后我太疼了，而且那个牙冠已经特别臭了。我就尝试用手指扳动那个牙冠，然后它就脱落了。我发现牙冠里面的填充物都是尖锐的碎块，金属牙冠的边缘也有特别锋利的尖刺，所以在那一周里，不停的切割我的牙龈，不停的感染，流血，发出恶臭。我很确定，尖锐的填充物碎块，是她当时让我用力咬合的时候，咬碎的。我会发出我自己取下的牙冠的照片，有很多血那种。请谨慎观看。 I had a crown installed there and it was very painful and the results were horrific. Because Dr Ali doesn't care about patients' feelings. The crown was a lot higher, so she asked me to bite it with maximum force. Although there was anesthesia, it was still very painful (I later understood that at this time, the filling in the crown had been crushed, and fragments are very sharp). Within a week of installation, there was constant bleeding, infection, pain inside the crown, and the crown was loose from the start. After a week I was in so much pain, and already that crown was extremely smelly. I just tried to move the crown with my fingers and it fell off. I found out that the fillings inside the crowns were all sharp pieces and the edges of the metal crowns also had extra sharp spikes, so during that week, my gums were constantly cutting, infected, bleeding, and stinking . I'm pretty sure that the sharp pieces of stuffing were crushed when she asked me to bite hard. I'll be posting pictures of the crowns I removed myself, the ones with a lot of blood. Please watch with caution.

Negative experience: Trust Dr Viva to crack your tooth while cleaning them and then say that it wasn't her. Also when you go back to 'fix' it also get told that she normally charges this much to file it down but she'll remove the charge this time like it was your fault in the first place. Gotta love this place!

Fantastic experience: I have been to see Dr Senna over the last 2 years for various treatments, ranging from a simple filling or chipped tooth, all the way to a root canal. Dr Senna has always offered treatments which have had my best interest at heart, both in terms of my health and my budget. Ever since I was a child I have had a huge phobia of going to the dentist which in turn carried over into my adult life but due to Senna`s calm and caring professional nature my phobia is no more. I have recommended and referred Dr Senna to many of my friends, family and associates and I will continue to do so whenever the situation arises.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Senna Ali is absolutely extraordinary at what she does and went above and beyond with the service her and the team provided me. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted- all done under 20 minutes. I was extremely anxious going in but Dr Senaa Ali has this nurturing vibrancy about her that just calmed my nerves straight away- she even made me LAUGH during the procedure. Unfortunately I didn’t have the best recovery as I reacted quite badly to the antibiotics. Dr. Senna Ali would check up on me all the way through the weekend (yes, even on a Sunday) to see how I was, and even provided me her phone number to reach out to her outside business hours. Another complication to add to the mix was that I had this procedure done during level 3 lockdown. I can assure you the team at Dentist on Lincoln take safety very seriously. As I was left to wait for the anesthetic to kick in, I watched the dentist assistant literally clean and sanitize every corner and cabinet door of the room. The team was fully covered in PPE and did not take any shortcuts. This type of service is truly so rare. You can tell Dr Senaa Ali is genuine and not out to ‘take your money’. She provides the highest quality service at incredibly competitive prices. Fantastic experience: Recently I had all my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Senaa in ONE GO! I cannot thank her enough for the experience that I got! It was so quick and painless, that it was hard to believe that I had all my WISDOM teeth extracted. I heard so many bad stories about people's misery during and after their teeth extraction, so I was keeping delaying this procedure for a year. If only I knew that it will be as it was! She is an incredibly talented, gifted doctor! I need to mention that before that I had another amazing experience when she gently shaped my front tooth after I had a crack, it was a jewellery work, that she did, and nobody sees that my front tooth was cracked. Thank you so-so much, Dr Seena! And thank you to all the friendly and professional staff that works at her clinic!

Negative experience: Will not recommend this place. The dentist did not listen to me when I told her I was in pain. I was crying. Instead she said to “bear the pain! It’s almost there. What do you want me to do? Do you want me to stop?” She was saying this to me in an angry voice. The anaesthetic was not enough to numb the area. I felt everything during the procedure. Such a horrible experience and will never ever go back there or recommend that clinic. I gave it a 1 star and that’s generous. If I could give it a 0 I would!

Fantastic experience: i went here for a checkup by Dr. Viva Zhu (used to work at Royal Road and was highly recommended on google there by people and recommended by family) - she is very good and takes the time to figure out the problem as well as discuss all the options and pricing. Would recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: My filling came off for one of my tooths and they were able to quickly fix it on the same day. They then advised me to get a ceramic crown done for my tooth for a more permanent solution. Not only are they friendly and kind they are also very good at their job, would definitely recommend this dentist!!

Fantastic experience: Had such a great experience going to Dr Sanaa and her team. She made me feel comfortable and safe. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.

Negative experience: The appointment was at 1:15 we got seen by the dentist at 1:35. I feel the customer service was very poor because the dentist or the dental assistant did not say sorry about running late. I had to ask the dental assistant when we would be seen she just the just pointed towards the room and walked away. When the dentist was ready to see us she asked us to get an xray. After we reviewed the xray I asked more questions about my daughters teeth which she replied with half answers . On top of this I was told " it is busy time" 3 times during the conversation. I felt like I was being rushed since she was running behind schedule. Getting out of the room I realised that the person before me who went to see her was waiting outside the room to see her again. This was probably the reason why she was rushing me. I was in the room with my daughter for less then 10mins. This whole experience was very rude.

Fantastic experience: Having faced quite an extreme phobia of dental work I hadn't gone for over 15 years. I wanted to go to a dentist that specialise in nervous patients but I liked the idea of a small team and closer to home so chose Dentist on Lincoln. While I have quite a few more appointments to go as of writing this review, I have had my first procedure done over 2 sessions and I feel like I have known Dr Senaa ,her Assistant Ludivina and soft spoken and polite Receptionist Nikita for a long time already as the feeling of care and support is there. I put my trust in them and they did not disappoint. Cant wait to get to a preventative stage with the help of Dentist on Lincoln.

Fantastic experience: The best experience! I haven’t been to a dentist in years. The staff were super friendly and supportive. Very quick and concise service. As a very plus size person, they were extremely considerate and comforting. Overall a very pleasant, pain and embarrassment free experience. Thank you team!

Negative experience: Very bad experience at this dentist. After finding out how much money I has available to me from Winz, the dentist charged me the full amount., and said it was for gum treatment. My appointment lasted no longer than 6 minutes and I was charged $120. Please be aware or go elsewhere, this dentistry is a ripoff. I do not recommend going there, at all. Although I complained numerous times, I didn't get one bit of correspondence from the dentist, Dr Senaa Ali. Below she mentions doing all she could. This is the first time I have heard from her. The reason the comment comes after a year is because that has been how long I have been waiting for a response from her. Very bad dentist, I recommend trying elsewhere first. The reply she has given is the first Ireply i have had from her.

Fantastic experience: I have always been going to other dentist and they always tell me my teeth looks perfect and they didn’t recommend anything for me. I wanted a bit of a change so my sister recommended Dr sana. Dr Sana is lovely and helpful she explains and listens to all your needs so I asked if she can do cosmetic veneer and she first told me your teeth looks good but she said there is some to fix and she was happy to do the cosmetic veneer for me.Now that I got it done am so happy with the final results and I been getting alot of comments on my teeth people tell me they look nice and natural. I highly recommend dentist on Lincoln and dr Sana.
