Can't recommend them enough for both adults and children. We are now no longer hesitant to visit the dentist.

Fantastic experience: A highly professional and technologically advanced clinic. Dr. Zaid is exceptionally thorough, taking the time to explain the diagnosis using state-of-the-art tools. His expertise and approach made me feel completely at ease.

Negative experience: Didn’t have a good experience with this place. I called and confirmed that the price of the fixed wire retainer was $250 per arc as the receptionist told me, and so did the dentist. Upon getting only the lower arc done they charged me double. The dentist said it would be $500 including a clean, which she never did. As I got my teeth cleaned by another dentist because $250 for a clean is expensive. I called again and asked why they didn’t clearly communicate and show transparency of the price, as if they told me it was $500 per arc I would have never got it done because I was quoted $250 per arc at a dentist that didn’t have bookings until next couple weeks. Then I called the dentist and she was defensive regardless of the situation. I can’t go back because I don’t trust people who lie. I am extremely unhappy with how they treated me, their service, and the fact that the wire didn’t last a month shows how much this business is worth.

Excellent friendly service with an option of follow up appointments on a Saturday if you work full time during the week. The results are amazing and my daughter is very happy.

Fantastic experience: I first visited an orthodontist in Papatoetoe for my son’s teeth alignment. During the consultation, I was informed that if I made the payment before a certain date, I would receive a discount; however, after that date, I would have to pay the full amount due to their targets. They also mentioned that they would need to extract two upper and two lower teeth. Later, I decided to visit NOVA Dental, where I met the orthodontist for the first time. She explained the treatment process step by step, along with the associated fees. My son is currently receiving orthodontic treatment at NOVA Dental, and we have already noticed huge improvement without the need for extractions at the moment. I highly recommend NOVA Dental for braces or any dental care needs. They are very friendly, explain everything very. Very Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Went to get my 9yr olds teeth pulled out and they walked up through the whole process in detail and also kept explaining what they were doing throughout the whole time we were there. Also ensured my child he was okay when he wasn't feeling that great about getting his teeth pulled out nd the importance of keeping his teeth nice nd clean.
