Fantastic experience: I never really leave google reviews but honestly this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had so felt the need to! I’ve always hated going to the dentist and last time I had a hygienist appointment at a different clinic it was a painful experience!! Cassie was absolutely amazing! Made me feel comfortable from the start and not one part of the process was painful or uncomfortable!! I feel way more confident with my teeth now and will definitely keep coming back when I need to!

Fantastic experience: On time, very professional pre extraction interview presenting all feasible options, calm but firm manner during surgery. Excellent post op instructions including a printed copy. Follow up phone call. Text reminders of appointment also appreciated, and all for a surprisingly reasonable charge. The new premises are light, airy and attractive and the reception staff v competent.

Fantastic experience: Gurpinder had been my familys dentist for 10 years + now!! He does top work and is really patient as a dentist, he makes u feel very comfortable and i even had a coffee the other day while waiting for my crown to be made !! Just the best place !! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I was so anxious to go to the dentist. I hadn’t been in over ten years so I was really nervous. I needed my wisdom tooth removed and had received a bad experience in the past elsewhere. Andre was so understanding and kind and gentle. He talked me through the whole process and cost as well. He even let my husband stay in the room to help with my anxieties. Andre talked me through some deep breathing as welll. I love this practice so much and my fears of visiting a dentist have gone. The practice is lovely and everyone is really kind. Thank you everyone at Real Dentists.

Negative experience: Rude and poor service only interested with lining their pockets and no compassion for someone in pain would rather pull my own teeth than let these so call professionals near mine or my family's mouth

Fantastic experience: saved my teeth smile

Negative experience: Fiancé booked for an emergency appointment due to severe tooth pain. Went in expecting to have it pulled, instead seen for five minutes and charged $105 for consult, told to book in again for Wednesday. Has been in severe pain since, fortunately found a dentist that actually sticks to advertised emergency appointments and is doing first thing tomorrow. Appalling and a rip off. Just editing in response to reply - it was on the Saturday 3rd March for Casey Hampton

Fantastic experience: Great staff and very clean facilities

Negative experience: Not impressed with visit to hygienist. Appointment started nearly ten minutes late and thirty minutes later was back on the street. No communication prior to treatment or explanation for the shortening of the expected 50 minute appointment as shown on the website. Will definitely not return, very poor value.

Negative experience: I was 12 minutes late for an appt. I called in and they said still come in. I was told that if I didn’t come in then I wouldn’t be seen until June, which they now say they have appts in February. Only had half my clean done and they charged me twice for consultations. I was then told we were done and that if I wanted the other half of the clean done I would have to pay $170 for it.

Fantastic experience: Friendly practice that really looks after their regular clientele. Very grateful to be fitted in. Broken tooth repaired. Excellent care and follow up.

She spent nearly 90 careful-minutes on 3 high-quality fillings :}

Fantastic experience: Went in to get a Molar tooth extracted, was told it would need to be a surgical extracton and would take a hour at least. I was out with in half a hour, absolutly no pain what so ever! and a day later no pain and no pian killers needed, Yvonne was absolutly amazing and proffesional! the facilities where modern and very clean. I couldn't be more impressed , Thank you !!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic. Dr Gurpinder Singh is a top notch dentist, and the rest of the team are absolutely lovely too. I got a crown, and a bunch of fillings and they were not only the cheapest option around, but they did a bloody good job too. My new crown looks absolutely perfect, and feels pain free and comfortable too. I'm so impressed by their caring and processional work. I was so nervous I nearly had a painc attack the first time, and without me even saying they gave me some time to feel better and were lovely. They also have super cool tech, which makes me happy.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yvonne has been amazing throughout my treatments. She is always friendly and caring, and really passionate about what she does. Her approach is very smooth and calming, I can't help but falling asleep sometimes during procedures. Also great communication. I'm really glad to have found her as my dentist!

Negative experience: Unfortunately had to change my rating to 1 star after leaving my previous dental practice to come here. Waited 3 weeks for an appt to only be told on arrival the dentist Yvonne was not confident she could complete the procedure and would likely need to refer me to a specialist (X-rays were on file during with no communication prior about the hesitancy). Left very unhappy and went back to my previous practice, who completed the procedure.

Positive experience: The staff were very thoughtful and professional. I have anxiety going to see the dentist and this was an emergency situation where I cracked my tooth so I was very happy with Yvonne Chai. She was sensative and explained what she planned to do without doing a play by play and got my consent before going forward. The drugs also helped. I might leave my regular dentist. The equipment was also modern and the environment kept tidy and clean. I liked the ceilings, too, sconces, details in whitwash. Very soothing. I have to go back in two weeks. I hope it’s as good.

Negative experience: I have changed my original 5 star review to 1 star because the dentist failed to pick up a crack and decay in the tooth that was aching. I had to go back for a second consult. They found the decay but tried to charge me a second time. They waived the fee when I questioned it. Due to the delay I was unable to get the work done before a travel booking. I ended up having to find a dentist on holiday in a strange town, which was a struggle before Xmas. I will not be returning to Real Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Haven't visited the dentist in 13 years and today was a good experience. So glad they could see me the next day from which i inenquired about making the appointment. Helen did a wonderful job explaining and taking care of my tooth extraction. Her bedside manner was amazing and kept me at ease as I was anxious at coming to the dentist. Her assistant was wonderful too but I didn't catch her name. And the receptionist is very prompt in emailing you back asap which I appreciated. So glad I chose this dentist.

Negative experience: I had paid nearly a grand to refill my teeth and after three weeks I got bleeding and very sensitive when chew and swallow. I came back have a check and wait for 20 mins late. After that they try to excuse not their fault and also try to teach me something asking me what I do for work. They thought I came back try to complain but I’m not. I said I’m happy to pay it extra to fix more issues cause I can feel the gap on top of the teeth did not fill that the reason why that happened . They said did not touch it so it’s mean you paid for X-ray and refill just around not the hall teeth’s not included the top teeth’s . It’s not funny like get someone build your house with no need roof on top. I’m very disappointed for their service and never recommended any my business partner or friends try their service. If some one happy pay for your service please do good job not rough job thank.
