Fantastic experience: I needed some major dental work and Natalie was recommended to me. I certainly did not regret going to see her as I found her very personable and extremely professional. I enjoyed the banter with her and her chair assistant and even the background music which was right to my taste. This was as close to enjoying going to the dentist as is possible. Fantastic experience: Im super anxious going to the dentist, but everything about this practice made the experience so much more bearable! Lovely receptionist, welcomed with a smile and all round super friendly. Daniel was very reassuring during the whole process and made it as comfortable as it could be. I also liked that he was transparent the whole time regarding prices ect. The whole process with my treatment plan was also great, i appreciate he has prioritised what is more urgent and made my plan work for me, working on one tooth at a time until i am comfortable and hopefully less anxious, he also reassured me that i will be in control and if i ever need to take a break ect that I can do so, that made me feel so much better about it. Overall really caring practice that seem to really look after their customers, Thank you

Fantastic experience: Daniel was absolutely AMAZING! I have had a fear of denists due to a traumatuc experience over 20yrs ago and avoided them at all costs. Due to a tooth injury i had no option but to see one and i am so thankful i chose Smile Concept and Daniel was my dentist. Daniel was incrediblely patient with me and resurrured me through the examination, due to this, i felt comfortable to get the work needed on my teeth without the fear, through constant communication, checking on how i was feeling and talking me through the process of what he was doing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel to anyone who was nervous or like me had a traumatic experience. Fantastic experience: Having been to many dentists in my seventy years both here and in the UK, Europe and Asia, I rate Smiles in the top five. From the front desk, I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist ,followed by being introduced to the dental practitioner who proved to be the same and set me completely at ease.It was easy for me to recognise that he was very experienced. Every thing was explained before the procedures and carried out in. a professional manner. Thank you, Smiles Concepts. I'm going to add that a Mere 500 meters up the road, my experience from that dental clinic was the complete opposite . There was no receptionist, the dentist was rude and condescending ,interested in only the monetary side . In fact, he was so rude I got up told him how I felt and walked out . By asking a few people and reading the reviews, I decided on Smile Concepts .So I am doing the same in being honest in my review that you can have excellent dental care while being treated in. a respectful manner ,and if you're retied as my self,wont fell discriminated because of age . Fantastic experience: I contacted Smile Concepts at 10am. Saw them at 230pm and had a painful wisdom tooth out 30mins later. The easiest, most casual and pain free experience ever. Well done team. I hope I’m not back anytime soon but if I need work done I won’t hesitate to return.

Natasha had been explaining every step of procedure so I knew what was going to happen and this was relaxing me. She is very professional and aware of all fears and anxiety. My tooth is perfect. It looks and feels like my own. I recommend Natalia if you want quality results!

I was an anxious patient considering I hadn't been for so long, and I found the team to be amazing. It's a warm, friendly clinic and the dentist I saw was professional, kind and friendly, and it made the experience virtually stress free. Cannot recommend enough.

Very helpful and happy lady followed by my dental technician who made sure I knew what procedure was happening and that it was to my liking.. Highly recommend these people... Fantastic experience: Amazing service and care! Yifat is a professional and skilled dental hygienist. She offered a new pain-free cleaning dental method. It’s a completely different and modern technic comfortably and safely removes biofilm and stains from your teeth and treats your gums and soft tissues less invasive than the traditional method. It’s not used widely in NZ but I am so thankful to Yifat because she tried this technic on me today. She is very gentle and friendly and her smile and a sense of humour help to relax and enjoy your treatment which never happened with me in a dental chair. Her assistant Maya is also very skilled and helps Yifat to focus on the treatment. I was coming for years to a different dental clinic. Today I felt that I was in good hands and have made the right decision of changing my hygienist. My teeth are very clean and surprisedly white after just one session. I highly recommend Yifat and Smile Concepts team to everyone but mostly to people with sensitive teeth and who got an unpleasant and painful experience with a hygienist treatment in the past.

With a mouth filled with abscesses i decided to search for a dentist and i came across smile concepts. Alicia & her team are amazing, she has such a lovely gentle calm presence, which really helped with my extreme nervousness, she sings along to the radio & tells you everything that she is doing, as she goes along. I had a lot of work done, fillings, big & small, four veneers & a dental emergency & these guys were pros handled everything with such ease. I feel so empowered & uplifted having my smile restored, a smile I have not seen for 16 years, I no longer feel afraid or nervous about going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: From a grown woman with a major dentist-phobia ...... (I cried at the check up, which was painless !!!) ..... this is an honest review, for all my like-hearted peeps. I can honestly say, Natalie, Alicia and their team have eased me back into tooth care, with humour, gentleness and great compassion. Anaesthetic gel is your best friend, then after a quick, but minor discomfort from the real thing, every procedure was painless ..... and believe me I've tried them all! After years of putting it off, I finally put my big girl pants on and went for it ..... you really can do the same ... they are amazing and understanding. Highly recommended (as dentist visits go ). I'll even turn up for my check up next year ! Honest !
