Good Afternoon Bill, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Whilst we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction, you must take responsibility for the choice you made. You "accepted during the fitting process, assuming the end result would look better"? The end result will look EXACTLY like what you have approved and greenlighted to be made. We showed you exactly what the end result would look like when you tried in the wax model - and you approved. Whilst this is unfortunate, we can only go by what you advise us you would like us to do. Which is what we have done. During the denture making process, as you are aware, there is plenty of opportunity for ANY changes to be made, on multiple occasions, if needs be, until it is how you would like it. At the point you give us permission to have the denture sent for finishing, that is what happens and it looks exactly the same as it did when you tried in the most recent wax-up model. To assume it would look better? Or any different for that matter - now, why would that be? That is the whole point of trying in the wax model, as was explained to you. You are absolutely welcome to come back to have the denture remade, but it will not be at our expense as you have knowingly permitted the denture, as it was, to be made. Had we been responsible or forced you to accept something you had clearly stated you were unhappy with (not that we ever would!), then that would be a different story.
