Fantastic experience: Dr Lily is the best. So patient and knowledgeable in every aspect. I went in in pain and perrified but for no reason. From the first foot in the door to the most comfortable dentist chair, even the xray lady was so sweet (I was in tears) receptionist is an angel too. If I could give 10 stars I would. Worth every cent (even the price had me stunned! I would have paid triple happily for work done) these are the best guys out TRUST and believe❤️

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with my Dentist at Dental Planet. Dr Neethu Susan Thomas & her assistant. I have had numerous fillings done by her over the last few months. She does a awesome job at a very reasonable price. She's very friendly & polite. She takes a special interest in you & puts you at ease right away. I would thoughtly recommend her. She's now doing my Husband's Dental work too. She told us cost of all Dental work up front and even managed to drop price a little, due to us both being Seniors Gold Card holders, and paying cash for all work done. We will be staying with Susan for all Dental work now.

My 6 year old daughter was one of the most difficult patients today as she was crying so bad as it is her first tooth extraction. You went above and beyond to comfort her with your stories. Highly recommended great service and knowledgeable dentist and team.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Dental Planet Manukau several times now, the staff are amazing! From reception to the several dentists i’ve seen (Tj, Nethu, Kezia) their service remained the same. All professional, welcoming and cared about you as a patient which is rare these days. I don’t currently work and dental prices are pretty high but they helped me through this. There are several ways to go about payment! Really helpful for a student like me. Awesome 5/5

Fantastic experience: Guys I just finished having my tooth removed by Sa'Ane Meki - she is legit!! Explains everything thoroughly and it does not feel like a sales pitch. Fantastic experience: Great service from reception all the way through. The extraction went very smoothly. She made me feel at ease when i was scared and ensured i didnt feel any pain for the extraction. Also gave me a script for pain relief and medical certificate for work. Thank you Dr thejaswini. Fantastic experience: Dr Divyadeep Singh had great communication and patience with all our questions, he was thorough and very friendly. We love how he was honest with prices and also gave great advice. The atmosphere of the clinic was very warm and welcoming, great customer service from the receptionist as well as the dental assistance. Forgive me, forgot to grab their names. We will now be making the move to this dental practise for our family and will recommend to others.

(Especially for someone like me having doctors put tools in my mouth very hard for me to relax but they were calming and did the dental cleaning so comfortable for me It wasn’t scary or paining at all) I feel so much better with my teeth thank you ladies

Negative experience: Visited the Manukau branch for the first time yesterday. The person that took care of my daughter's teeth was amazing. Reception though mispronounced her Maori name even after correcting her three times. Zero care shown by this receptionist. Very non chalant attitude. Please educate and I agree with the previous comment, treat all ethnicities with respect.

Fantastic experience: Loved my experience here from the minute I walked in to reception till I left! I had Dr Reuben honestly felt so comfortable and finally got out a toothache I’ve had for a while, definitely recommend and my new go to for dental procedures x

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in years as I was worried about prices etc. Booked in for a check up and ended up getting a last minute filling that very same day which I had expected, and lowkey hoped for as it would’ve been a hassle to come back. Kezia thoroughly explained my xray scans to me before proceeding. Prices are pretty reasonable. They also accept NIB insurance but check your policy prior of course. Highly recommend and will be back. Thanks Dental Planet Manukau team!

Negative experience: Refuse to provide a note for my work when I took my daughter to their clinic. VERY BAD

Fantastic experience: I went in really nervous knowing that I’d be getting a RCT stage 1 but as I got called in I was taken really good care of by my Dentist Kezia and DA Nikki. They explained everything so well and even gave me options to further look into. Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: I had a terrible toothache over the last few days and went in for the first time to see Dr Kezia Dunn at Dental Planet. Being a new customer I was not sure the level of service I was going to get. I can tell you the service was first class from the moment I walked up to reception until I left the place. Dr Kezia listened patiently to my tooth condition as I explained the problem. She then offered alternatives such as antibiotics. We mutually agreed that an extraction was the best thing to do. The injections into my cheek and gums were painless! I was very surprised. The extraction was quick and painless. I was out of there in 30 mins. Very happy customer and price was very reasonable. Will make it my regular dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: Great service from the time you walk into reception, through to examination. I saw Dr Sa'Ane and her assistant, an exceptional team. Great care taken as I was very nervous and tense, haven't been to a dentist in over 40 years, thoughts of pain, ran rampant in my head, however these 2 took great care of me. Dr Sa'Ane and her assistant were very accommodating and reassuring to help me get through it. If I needed a break, I was given it. I really appreciated the time and care they took. Easy to follow advice was given to for after care and maintenance of my teeth, and gums. A++ service and highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Thorough examination and teeth clean, great advice for my teenager for aftercare and what they are doing right caring for their teeth and gums with healthy balanced diet and cleaning. Great demeanour and customer care from receptionist and Dentist was accommodating and very informative, over all lovely to deal with and that’s truely saying something as usually not a place one enjoys going to. Also previous visit a filling needed a second fix up as was still giving trouble after a month and they sorted it no problems all good. Highly recommended

Negative experience: Customer service at reception, Smile and greet customers at reception as first point of contact, ensure that when receptionist is talking to the customers she uses the right tone and gesture to help us. Treat all ethnicities the same, every customer should be valuable to you, we pay the same rate for the service.When customer calls to book an appointment ask questions during the phone call what the appointment is about then book the appropriate service. The receptionist asked me again what we needed, so I was confused if I was booked the right service or no, when I was at the clinic I expected you guys to know why I was there.The dentist and the assistant were helpful and caring.Reception service needs improvement!!

Hate dentist, but this experience was surprisingly painless. Just close your eyes and open wide. Staff are friendly! Clean, calm & not much parking spaces.

Fantastic experience: Just got two teeth extracted today, Dentist was Saane. Her and her assistant was the best! they always made sure i was calm and reassured me everything is ok the whole time. If you need your teeth extracted i recommend Dr Saane & her assistant. please forgive me i forgot the assistants name, but she was so nice aswell she even held my hand when i started getting scared. Love this place! Highly recommend, it was quick and easy
