Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for years and finally got some cosmetic work done to tidy the wear at the top of my teeth against the gums. Extremely happy with the work done by Roz, everything looks completely natural.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience from start to finish! Super professional but also warm and friendly. She made the whole process smooth and easy, from the gentle touch during treatment to being right on time (which I really appreciated). Parking was a breeze too. Negative experience: The dentists and reception staff at Quay Street Dental are friendly, but the service I received was extremely disappointing. A year ago, I was told I needed several fillings and that my wisdom teeth should be removed. Fillings were quoted at $270 each. I couldn’t afford it at the time and made it clear I was saving up. When I returned this year, I was told I now needed 9 fillings at $420 each, and that my wisdom teeth no longer needed removal but should be filled instead. When I asked why I would spend hundreds of dollars on teeth that might be removed later, I received vague and confusing answers. I left feeling talked down to and unsure of what was actually necessary. Thankfully, I got second opinions. Other dentists quoted significantly less. After a consultation, my new dentist told me I only needed 6 fillings, not 9, and explained clearly why most people choose to remove wisdom teeth rather than fill them. They took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood. Prices will vary between clinics, but the new practice I’m going to charges $320 per filling instead of $420. That’s a big difference when you need multiple. Overall, I left Quay Street Dental feeling like they were more focused on profit than on providing honest and practical care. I would not recommend them.

She got me looking much better, even though they will have to be completely redone. What Roz did in 1 hour, was 1000 times better that what had been done in 3 dental visits and 6hrs at a previous surgery. I wish I'd just started here. Negative experience: Lady at the reception yesterday morning was suggesting racist behaviour towards customers and behaving quite rudely. Talking nice to white customers, and rudely to asian and pasifika customers. I thought receptionists were meant to be welcoming? and helpful?

Fantastic experience: Roz made my dental experience amazing as she is so comforting and really makes you feel like she wants to do the best job possible - which she absolutely did! I love my new teeth and love that I can now smile confidently. Positive experience: Technically I think they are competent (which you may well argue is more important than anything else). But I'd urge anyone going here to make sure they double check the advertised cost is accurate. My first visit the exceeded the advertised cost by $300. The second time we only discussed veneers which I thought had a fixed cost per tooth as stated on their website. Then she verbally quoted another 4k additional to adjust the smile appearance because it was for multiple teeth not one lol. I declined. Then I heard they did something very similar to another family member that I had recommended to go there. I'll give her a 3 so this comment ends up in the middle of other comments but I hope she considers this feedback important for future customers.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, but I only came in to get a check on my dental health and a cleanup. I left feeling like I didn't get properly checked on, as the dentist started cleaning straight away without examining my teeth. After that, she went straight into recommending me composite bonding veneers, because apparently my teeth were a bit stained.. something I had never been bothered by before! She then proceeded to show me an example by putting some on one of my teeth... without even asking me if I wanted it! Plus, I was just there for a check up, but they use the cheap check up to try sell you expensive and unnecessary cosmetic work. I won't be back.

Fantastic experience: I spent a long time debating between which dentist to visit, and went with Quay St because of all their good reviews and of course the before and after pictures on Instagram. I'll start by saying I'm quite anxious about dental stuff, my teeth are far from perfect due to not looking after them when I was younger. I came to see Roz and was a little apprehensive about the first appointment, but I left feeling so optimistic, that I had found somebody who could just deal with the issues presented to them and that it wasn't such a big deal. Roz did full a full exam and X Rays and gave me a treatment plan that I'm getting my way through. Have just had two crowns placed which feel absolutely fantastic. I honestly recommend these guys so much, going to the dentist is never going to be cheap but their prices are so reasonable compared to other places and the quality is absolutely on par if not better. 100% recommend, lovely people and skilled at what they do. Look after your teeth and go see them!

Was really nervous as haven't been to a dentist for over 10+ years. treatment only took about 20mins I'm stokes with results came out feeling happy and relieved as I was also dealing with uncomfortable pain for about 3years. The team are incredibly professional, I've always felt comfortable and know that Roz is experienced and knows what she is doing. Recently I had cosmetic dental work done and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Now I can smile with confidence and at a fraction of the price of what other cosmetic dentists charge.

Negative experience: I had a 5 tooth bridging done by Roz Nov 21, I have had problems from day 1. When I went to get a new partial plate (elsewhere) made I was told the bridge was a different shape from my original teeth which would be why I have had so much trouble. I have been back to Roz several times she kept grinding some off the bridge but the problem still remains. I went back to her a couple of weeks ago still having problems and her answer was Quote "I think it's time we terminated our association, I won't be seeing you again" and with that she walked out of the room. This is unbelievable I have paid her $7700.00 plus $390 for a small filling. Obviously she doesn't guarantee or stand by her work. Yes I am still having problems and have been told by another Professional it is an expensive fix. No recommendations from me....

Negative experience: Went on a Friday to get teeth whitening and composits done was told over the phone prices ("$300 to $700 max")but when I arrived I was told ($1890!). Had teeth whitening brackets made and a clean, $369 which is fine. Was told to "come anytime on Monday". I took the initiative to call before making the hour drive. I was told by reception " it's fine to come now". Great! Wrong. As I arrived I'm told they haven't been made, come back another time?. Service is very average. I think there is some sort of disconnect between reception and dentist. Not a happy customer

I had seen people raving about their veneers on FB that they got at Quay Street Dental so I booked in a consultation. Roze sent me away with a teeth whitening kit and booked me an appointment for 2 weeks time. She prepped my teeth on a Monday and on Friday she fitted my veneers. She is very gentle especially with the anesthetic, I am petrified of needles but the whole experience was amazing. Highly reccomend. I get so many compliments on my smile now.
