Fantastic experience: My 2 children had a very good experience with the team. They both had their teeth cleaned, extracted and are currently on invisilign follow up with them. The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating, always greet you with a smile and happy to answer all your queries. Peter has been so good and caring with them, cleaned their teeth without any hassle and always gives advises on good dental hygiene. Dr Cham has been amazing, he explained really well the plan for my children's invisilign down to the minute detail, he checks every detail in their xrays and relays to you straight away if there's any problem. Negative experience: I have been to epsom dentist in the past 3 years. It was very enjoyable and satisfied at beginning and dk since when, service has changed a lot. I understand people make mistakes, under staff, new staff need time, urgent things can happen. But, if its keep happening, then maybe there's something wrong with it. For example, Not sure how many times when I arrive on time for my appointment and still need to wait for another 30 mins? Or booked an appointment for check my teeth during my Invisalign period without telling me it cost hundreds? Or my Invisalign shipment delay and that's all I wait, but staff book me a filling appointment which I didn't ask but thought its for pickup my alignment until I arrive? Or I've been visit regularly for my Invisalign check and one day has been told that teeth need filling? so those visits are just for alignment not for teeth health? I know you guys would have reasons / excuses for those. And I also understand no one want it happen so I never say anything, just want to get my alignment finish. Until recently, my appointment always been asked for reschedule one day before that day. This is ridiculous. Those appointments are booked months ago, and only take 5 mins as a Invisalign follow up appointment. And every time leave you have no choice but take it because "dentist has emergency treatment." And because its last minutes, it gave me not many time availability left to choose. They sounds like do me a favour by notify me so that I don't need to wait in the clinic but what really happened is my whole schedule ruined cause of that. Just to clarify that I would not be so angry if this only happen once. But this keeps happening is the reason I can't tolerate it. I showed my unhappy in the message to the receptionist and receptionist told me if I not happy, I don't have to come. Which is perfect. I don't want to make both of us unhappy and lucky enough my treatments finished, I don't need to bear with this anymore.

Fantastic experience: have been with epsom dentists since 2021 for my invisalign & they have always provided 10/10 service and have been very very patient with me! Took me a year to pay my deposit for invisalign & although i signed a contract that my payment had a due date they still let me pay my deposit late and continue with my invisalign journey! They have been so understanding throughout my invisalign journey & even as i faced financial troubles with late monthly payments they never crucified me for it! I've paid my invisalign off and they have been ordering me my last sets of aligners as we tweak my smile free of charge! Couldn't be more grateful for epsom dentists & their crew! Fantastic experience: It has been a three-year-long Invisalign journey, and I am so happy this chapter is finally over! For a 30-plus-year-old patient, I've been told adjusting teeth could be pretty challenging, but I am very grateful the team is so committed and took the time to overcome all challenges. I was worried about the process, but the team was so caring and dedicated, and they gave me peace of mind. I am much more confident now and feel a lot better about myself. If you are like me, who didn't have the budget and neglected in your teenage years and decided to adjust your teeth after your 30s, then you should definitely consider Epsom Dentists : )

Negative experience: UPDATE: my issue with the teeth hygiene cleaning was that I was still charged a high amount even after a few minutes of cleaning. I wore the retainer after the treatment as instructed, however it still did not correct the issues I had brought to Dr. Dennis's attention. I had to visit another orthodontist to, correct the gaps, a couple of years later who expressed suprise at the level of care I had received at Epsom Dentists. Overall, would steer clear from this place. Around 2014-15, I received Invisalign treatment here and have never been satisfied with the experience. It has been a huge regret. I really should've shopped around for prices because I later found what Epsom Dentists charged was ridiculously absurd. I remember being quoted around $6000 but ended up paying $8000. So yeah, very misleading. The "contract" stipulated I get half-yearly teeth cleaning done while on my Invisalign treatment. I remember during one of these procedures, the dental assistant probably spent less than 5 minutes on my teeth, commented that "there's nothing for him to do" and then, I was charged $150 for this. Not sure why the teeth-cleaning couldn't be included in the treatment plan? I decided not to book these cleaning appointments anymore but they hounded me with emails and phone call reminders. The icing on the cake was during my final consult after finishing my treatment, I expressed disappointment that there was still gaps in my teeth and that I wasn't pleased with the outcome. To this, Dr. Dennis responded that I can't expect perfect teeth from braces and tried to shut me up. So, what's the point of braces then, Dr. Dennis? He made no attempts to resolve my concerns and so, I made a conscious decision to never step foot in there again. Again, visiting this place for treatment has been a huge regret.

Manned by friendly staff, professional in comms, and brings a system in place that champions long-term oral health for their clients - have had nil issues with my Invisalign journey with them. Fantastic experience: Back in the day, I did look for which dentists I should go for my Invisalign. I did find Epsom dentists provided the cheaper price than others. It does not mean I was only looking for the cheapest but hey I also looked at Dr. Cham profile which is remarkable in this regard. I won't be with the cheapest with un professional treatment anyway. So I ended up choosing Epsom Dentists. I have found This dentists place has a very friendly atmosphere. All practitioners are friendly communicated. No regret to be with them at all. Fantastic experience: Been coming to see the Epsom Dentists' team for well over 10 years, almost my whole life at this point. I have seen them continually grow over the years right up until they've found their home across the park. It has always been a good experience. Dennis, Peter and the rest of the team are always very pleasant and the service and results have always been great. I get comments every now and then about how great my teeth look, that's good to know. Bonus for Chinese speakers as most of the team can speak Mandarin or Cantonese if you are looking for that requirement.

Fantastic experience: Warm welcoming team. Full of knowledge! I dislike going to the dentist and there are options to reduce pain but Dr. Cham has been so gentle that I couldn’t feel whilst I was getting a filling that is close to my gums! I didn’t even need a local anaesthesia. Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Need better time management! Got an appointment at 12:10pm, arrived 10 minutes earlier, rang the practice about my arrival, and due to Covid protocol I had to wait in my car for a phone call from the practice when they're ready to see me. I rang the practice after waiting for 30 minutes, then to be told that I have to wait a bit longer because they have to clean up the room. Fine, I waited but I did tell them that I have place else to go by 1pm. Got a phone call from them a few minutes later that it will take another 10 minutes to clean up, alternatively I can reschedule (are you kidding me..I've been waiting for so long, even took time off work). I informed them, unfortunately rescheduling isn't an option for the next few weeks or months due to school holiday is just around the corner, tending 2 young children. They called back again at 12:59pm (don't forget that my appointment was at 12:10pm okay), to inform me that now they have an emergency case, can I come back in the evening. Do you think I want to come back? No. If you were unable to see the patients within the first 30 minutes, please do let them know. We're talking about private setting here and not public system where people would somehow allow extra time to wait. Very disappointing of the way they handle the situation.

Negative experience: Horrible service. Dennis is a real liar. We have referred our friend family's boy to him. He lay to him - a young boy and his family!!!!!!! Charged very high price and the treatment period was much longer than what he promised. Dennis said 1 year but the treatment was over 8 years. The young boy worked so hard in Uni and all savings (over $10000) have been paid to Dennis. Treatment result was not acceptable (again, Dennis promised that the result will be really good). Very bad service and customer experience. No Epsom Dentists anymore. His employee who left him has said the same thing. Our young boy found another dentist, much cheaper price, wonderful treatment done within 2 years.

Dennis and the team are experienced, efficient and extremely friendly. My Invisalign treatment went as smoothly as possible - after 18 months my teeth were perfect (thanks, Dennis)! 4 years on and I still go to Epsom Dentists, although, these days its mostly for check-ups and hygienist visits. Fantastic experience: Highly recommended for invisalign. Excellent staff, and Dr Dennis Cham is a champion! At first I was skeptical about it but it is definitely worth the money and I would recommend invisalign to any of my friends and family. My smile has completely changed and I smile wider and brighter! Epsom dentists accommodate for anyone, as I had to leave the country part way through my treatment but they made things very easy and I was able to complete my invisalign at the right time and it went perfectly! All the staff are professional, helpful and friendly, and the clinic itself is always immaculate.

The staff are friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable. In the past, I was a little self concious about my teeth so I would smile less, but after using invisaligns, and with Epsom Dentist's support and guidance my teeth are so much better, and I can smile with confidence!

Absolutely no regrets, this is a very professional comfortable clinic with an amazing and friendly team who have helped to answer my hundreds of questions over time, helped me to have the perfect teeth I was wanting and also to make dental hygiene a priority for me. Special mention to the receptionist Brooke who is super professional & helpful and of course to Dr Cham who will ALWAYS greet you with a smile, no matter how busy they may be!
