Negative experience: I would give a negative rating. The dentist was intimidating and misleading about the cost. The only solution they offered for a sore tooth was extraction, charging over $600 and claiming the procedure was difficult, which seemed like an exaggeration. Had I gone to Greenlane Hospital, the issue would have been resolved for under $200.

Fantastic experience: I will always recommend them as they are my signed off dental treatment services

Negative experience: They have doubled/tripled their prices since last year, beware

Fantastic experience: Dr Nisha Bedi is the best dentist I have encountered in my almost 50 years! She is so efficient and friendly and I would highly recommend her and her practice to anybody who needs a dentist. She sorted out my dental health (that I have struggled with for many years) so easily: she is very knowledgeable with honest and practical advice. They have state of the art equipment and rooms. Very highly recommended! :-)

Negative experience: Don't be fooled by all the 5 stars they're bogus. Lack of communication from the dentist, wasn't very explanatory of what was wrong with my mouth just told me I'm doing this and that and see you later. Dude didn't even know how to rotate the head light and decided to take out the water pen whilst it was still going lol Cheeky $230 bucks for a clean and an antibiotics prescription... only reason I came here was because everywhere else is closed being the 5th of January. Shoulve just waited for my dentist to reopen next week

Fantastic experience: In 2021 I had avoided the dentist for many years and my teeth were in a terrible state. after being in some pain and reluctantly going and meeting Dr Nisha I finally got over my fear. Over the course of many appointments I have had so much work done and can now, for the first time in many years, smile confidently! I have been seeing the dentist at the clinic for last 2 years, always provided the accurate diagnosis, treatment plans and a very reasonable pricing as compared to other clinics. After regular treatment and good oral hygiene as per their recommendation, have seen significant improvement of my gum health. Will recommend treatment with West Auckland dentists for dental needs.

Fantastic experience: It was a really great experience since from the 1st contact through the phone. They're highly professional and made me really comfortable to discuss my matter. I had a gap filling in my front teeth which I was bit nervous to see how it's looks like after the filling but they have done it perfectly. Fantastic experience: I don't normally leave reviews for things but I was blown away by how good this place is. This time I had a dentist called Vera who was incredibly professional, human and did such an amazing job on my teeth that I wanted to leave a review. I really felt like I was in good hands, and her manner as she worked made the whole experience peaceful when at first I was anxious. They seem to have all the latest technology, I had a lot wrong with my teeth and gums and I can barely believe it's all as good as new. My sister had similar work done this week (elsewhere) and they could only patch up the problems. I've been one time before to a male dentist (I don't remember his name but I think he's in charge) - he performed a very difficult procedure on me with ease. Just excellent dentists, excellent facilities and no fuss. If you're like me, and don't want to waste time and money on half fixing the problem, I can tell you this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: For someone with their fare share of medical anxiety, Dr Nisha made a fairly invasive couple of treatments a breeze. Easy to talk through, have sound and unbiased advise. This was a last minute decision for me to reach out to this clinic, and most likely the best decision I’ve made around my oral health. Thank you again guys.

Negative experience: Don't go to this dentist! I had severe pain in my bad tooth. The lady dentist recommended a tooth extraction. She made an excuse of very difficult extraction of extracting the tooth in pieces to charge me $550 for one extraction. She did not consider my request for anti-biotics for few days and extraction after that to subside the pain. She gave me three times dose of Anesthesia to do the extraction then and there. The tooth came out fine in one piece. I am sure a good dentist will see that clearly in the X-Ray they did.

Fantastic experience: Rang an hour ago. Got an appointment. Was given a prescription for a sinus infection which is causing pain and suggested a filling soon. $35! Amazingly cheap in this day and age.

Positive experience: Website is misleading, it's no good going there for emergency treatment if you are needing a winz quote f the treatment, because you must pay for the treatment before receiving any treatment. They even offer long term payment options, BUT it MUST BE PAID FOR before the treatment...go figure, kind of felt like entrapment.
