Fantastic experience: Awesome first time experience. Ian and his team were amazing will be back in 6months for routine check.

Fantastic experience: Ian was wonderful! I was very nervous, and he put me at ease. He took his time, explained what he was doing, all the while relaxing jazz music was playing in the background. The nurse was equally lovely. And even though I had to return for more treatment, it doesn’t seem quite so bad.

He ensured i was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and ensured I had plenty of rest also. Him and his team were great and I absolutely love the results. 10/10!

Ian was very communicative throughout my whole experience from consultation, to setting up a plan, explaining in plain English what needed to be done now, later and what to watch out for. Even during the procedure he was regularly checking that there wasn’t any pain, letting me know what he was doing next and what to expect. I always dread going to the dentist but Ian and his team made my whole experience pleasant. I will be making them my regular dentist from my and will be moving my daughter and husband there! Opening hours are great too.

Can say that even though I don’t really like going to the dentist, Dr Ian who was my dentist and the assistant were really nice, welcoming and informative making the experience a great one.(why was I worried) Can’t thank you guys enough as I’m really happy with the result and will continue to come to you in the future :)

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Beachlands Smile Dental for several years now and I cannot rate Ian Seto highly enough. I have recently had to have two crowns re-cemented and a broken tooth fixed. I am of the generation who is terrified by the Dentist as we were practiced on as children. I need extra care due to surgery and Ian care and consideration was outstanding. I cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: After having a few nasty experiences with dentists as a child, I've been petrified of them since. A trip to the dentist as an adult usually involves some form of sedative just to get me through the door. I'd held off having my wisdom tooth extracted for over two years & finally took the plunge today. Dr Ian Seto and his lovely assistant put me at ease within minutes. He explained everything so well, turned up his background music as he began his prep work - all in an effort to keep my nerves at bay. It worked! They have a large TV on the wall too which is another great distraction. But the real magic was this Dr's calm manner and gentle touch. I highly recommend Dr Seto and the team at Smile Dental Beachlands.

Fantastic experience: Smile Dental accepted an urgent booking for a painful tooth within a day of contact. It has been 6 years since I've visited my Dentist who couldn't fit me in. When I met Ian my thoughts were cripes he's too young to be a Doctor! Well Ian was most informative (actually more than any other Dentist I've been to), friendly, polite and very professional. He put my mind at ease although I was a bit nervous about the drilling! After an Xray, pain source testing, injection, repair and clean the 'dread' was all over - a painless, quick and thoroughly professional job done. Cost $350. I can highly recommend Dr Ian Seto and Smile Dental Beachlands. Thank you Ian and his top notch Assistant (name unknown).

Fantastic experience: I had a hole in a tooth that i avoided getting fixed for well over a year due to my previous dental surgeon putting me off. I saw Smile dental had opened and thought i better give it a try. I felt comfortable and at ease. It did end up being a root canal and Ian was great at talking me through the process and i felt like i knew what was going on which made the experience so much easier. Both Ian and the lovely dental assistant did a great job. Looking forward to visiting the team again
