Fantastic experience: It's been a long time since I have been to a dentist. Previous experiences have been painful and I've felt like I was on a conveyor belt. Just came back from Dr Yasaman who carefully explained my options, prices and at every step in the chair told me what was happening and what I would feel. This was the best dental experience in 50 years. The other Google reviews are totally on the money - I'm not going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have been here several times and always are extremely satisfied with the results. Having sensitive teeth normally recieve 4 injections. With Saman she approached it differently. With extreme care she was able to perform her services without numbing injections. Super happy with this approach no numb face and beautiful teeth. I’ve been with this practice for a few years, and I truly believe it’s the gold standard of dental care. Dr. Linda’s expertise is unmatched—she is incredibly skilled, very knowledgeable and truly passionate about her work. Every treatment I’ve had with her, whether it’s been my Invisalign or fillings, or other dental procedures, has been executed to perfection. What sets Dr. Linda apart is not just her technical skill, but her incredible rapport with patients. She takes the time to listen, explains everything thoroughly, and makes every visit feel comfortable and relaxed. I trust her completely with my dental care—so much so that even though I’ve moved to Australia, I still fly back specifically to see and be treated by her. That’s how much confidence I have in her abilities and the care she provides. She never tries to upsell you with any products or treatments, she takes the time to truly go through what she thinks is best but makes sure it is what you want and what is most suitable to you - something I find very rare these days. The rest of the team is just as wonderful. Teagan, the receptionist, is always welcoming and efficient, and the dental nurses and assistants are professional, kind, super friendly and attentive. There’s not a single flaw to find with this practice or its staff. From Dr. Linda’s exceptional care to the warm and professional team, I couldn’t ask for a better dental experience. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for the best in dental care - I have even got my father and sister to move to this dental practice, that’s just how much I love them!

I appreciated how she took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. You can tell she really cares about her patients and knows what she’s doing. The vibe at the clinic is great too—everyone’s so nice and welcoming. If you’re looking for a dentist who’s skilled and just genuinely awesome, I’d 100% recommend Dr. Yasaman!

Negative experience: Well, in order to implement policies, you need to check whether your system is working correctly. As I informed you over the phone,I did try to book back in May via your online system, I did not receive any notification about the appointment being booked when trying to book via your online system. Nor did I know that you had fees outstanding for "so-called missed appointment ", even recently on Thursday over the phone when we spoke, you did not mention about fees. I called because my daughter was in pain, and we have been patients at your practice. Your inability to manage your system, your lack of empathy to a child in pain whose family has been your patient for couple pf years, and the volumes of your so-called policies." Rosemary was amazing as a dentist, but given she is leaving your practice, it's not much we have lost. Best of luck. Whenever any medical professional tries to implement policies over the wellbeing of a patient in pain, well, the truth is that medical professionals ought to be reported to the HDC.

Fantastic experience: For those who remember dental clinics as 'the murder house,' you can relate to the fear and the dread of the pain that awaited when your name was called from the 'list.' That was my experience with dental clinics. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would willingly visit one. With such a history, it was hard to convince me that dental work and extreme pain didn’t go hand in hand. Boy, was I about to be proven wrong. Dr Linda and her team blew my misconceptions out of the water. I underwent several procedures, cleanings, fillings, wisdom tooth removal, and a root canal, and I can honestly say my initial anxieties now feel like a thing of the past. With every procedure, pain was absolutely not a concern, at most, it was a fleeting 1 out of 10 for just a second or two. After each treatment (aside from the wisdom tooth removal), I almost forgot I had anything done by the next day or even the same afternoon. Simply incredible! We often hear about lingering pain and discomfort after dental visits, but I experienced none of that. I can't help but credit it all to Dr Linda's exceptional skill, precision, and knowledge. Her entire team deserves recognition as well! It is rare to encounter a team that instills confidence in everything they do. You can see their confidence, care and focus in every action! It gives you complete assurance that you are in good hands. What's more, the clinic and equipment are all very modern. The waiting area and treatment spaces are spacious and open, creating a pleasant vibe throughout the clinic. And as for parking? Being in Stonefield, parking is plentiful and on completely flat ground. Why does this matter? Because if you need to bring someone elderly or with poor mobility, you won’t have to worry about stairs or hills. With ample parking available, you can always find a park close to the clinic. For those who are unsure or sitting on the fence, rest assured, you will be in good hands with Dr Linda and her team. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: One of the best investment decision ive made. I spoke with different clinics for quotes on veneers and after a consultation with Dr Linda, I knew Glow dental was the place for me. I had my veneers done by Dr Linda and they are amazing. Every staff member I doubt with here were awesome as well. I was on the fence with veneers but it only took me a sit down appointment to make that decision easy. Fantastic experience: Honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Not only is the team so lovely but they truly listen to you and take you on the full journey. I had such a great cleaning service , whitening,and composite vaneers. Its increased my confidence so much and I get so many compliments. Beyond that the client service is amazing. They’re genuinely so lovely and you can tell they genuinely CARE! Eased all my nerves so quickly. They come up with a dental plan and are totally transparent on options and cost from the first appointment! They are also a sensory friendly clinic so each service I had headphones and watched a TV show of my choice so you can’t hear any of the usually overwhelming sounds and can be distracted by your fav show. So amazing thank you Dr Rosemary! My smile is so much nicer and I actually smile more thanks to you! I honestly wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I decided to go to Glow dental after reading some google reviews and they all state the team were great. Well after my experience today, I can assure you the reviews are true! I can say this will now be my go to dentist. Rosemary and her assistant were very lovely and informative with my future dental care. I was constantly checked in, ensuring I felt ok and they reassured me in advance at each point of the consultation what they were doing next. You can be honest about your current state and there is no judgement just understanding and support. I’ve been to a number of different dentist and hygienist in the past and some are very judgmental and make you feel like you are terrible if you’re not a good flosser. But not here, I know my game plan and look forward to visiting the team again. (Something I would never say about a dentist!). I will be bringing the rest of my family in for their future dental care.

Negative experience: Initially had a great appointment. Required treatment to hopefully be covered by ACC. They never submitted the application and months later I had to phone to follow up. They once again said they would submit the application. Months go past again and no contact. Phoned again to be told now that ACC have “lost” the application and it can’t be processed for up to 4months by which time I will have left NZ. Poor follow up care and clearly no system in place for ACC cases.

I explained concern from past dental practices hitting a nerve in my front tooth when reconstructing it and Linda went out of her way to ensure this would not happen and was the first dentist I have had that encouraged numbing for the procedure. I experienced no pain or discomfort considering how invasive my procedure was. I would absolutely recommend Glow Dental and the team! My teeth have never felt so clean and I have never loved my smile so much!

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to the team at Glow Dental - specifically Dr Linda, Nanami, Tegan and Nicole. Over the last seven months, I have seen these folks more than I saw my friends, and the attention to detail & professionalism amazed me every time. Dr Linda is very quick & efficient, my teeth are not the easiest to work with, but she made the experience of fitting in 4 crowns smooth and seamless. Dentistry in New Zealand is expensive, but that's not the fault of any single dentist - I am just glad places like Glow Dental do it professionally & without overcharging (and I had three dentists in NZ before eventually coming there). Nanami is a very attentive nurse - every time I was there, she would put on the Big Bang Theory (my go-to when I am at the dentist), and she even remembered which episode I was on the last time I visited. It's amazing they have TVs on the ceiling in the first place, but I felt like I came into a personalised cinema, not a dentist's office. Tegan always greets me with a smile, even when I come in tired and hungry at 7 pm on a random night, and she is the most pleasant receptionist I have ever met. It does not take long to get any records/receipts/appointment reminders I ever need, and you know there will be someone on the other side of the phone when you call. Nicole (when she was a dental nurse earlier this year during some of my visits) was always so understanding and friendly when I was anxious during an apppointment. It makes a huge difference to have compassionate nurses by your side! Thank you for your hard work! I am yet to come back for another appointment, and I have never doubted the value for money or the quality of the products I get from Glow Dental. I had so much work done I could sign up for a dental degree myself, and this is undoubtedly the best place I've been in so far. Keep up the great work! ☀️

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Glow Dental, Dr. Linda made sure sure I was comfortable and well looked after. The staff here are all very friendly and welcoming, plus they even have a TV in the rooms so you can distract yourself by keeping up to date with whatever show you are watching on Netflix! Negative experience: It was awful. She took my tooth out and it was very painful. When we finished she rushed out as it was the last appointment of the day. I wanted to know about an implant or what to do. I was told to call back. My mouth still hurts three days later

Fantastic experience: Service was quick efficient and friendly

Negative experience: I went in after purchasing and online special for an x-ray and a clean. I was quoted an outrageous price and half the work wasn't even required according to another dentist. In fact I had found out I had already received a root canal for a tooth they said needed a root canal and a cap. Multiple fillings were not required either after getting x rays from another dentist
