Fantastic experience: We had an unexpected visit to Marina Dentists after my 6-year-old had a playground accident that resulted in a knocked-out tooth, a loosened one, and a split gum. Despite having no appointment, the kind and accommodating team managed to fit us in between other patients. Dr. Chung was fantastic with my son—calm, friendly, and very reassuring. He conducted a thorough check-up and an X-ray, confirming that everything was thankfully okay. Huge thanks to the whole team for their prompt and compassionate care. Truly excellent service!

Negative experience: My appointments were rescheduled twice, the first time I got a notice only one night before, the second time I was told to reschedule, I canceled my appointment. Not happy about the experience.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to the great team at Marina Dentists. I had broken one of my molars on the Saturday morning and was able to phone them and get a prompt appointment on the Monday . Being someone who does not like going to the dentist I was put at ease as soon as I walked in the door by all the staff who are all very friendly. Dr Alex did and amazing job of my pre crown reassuring me as he went along making me feel as comfortable as possible. The next day I received a text message asking how I was feeling after my procedure and I welcomed this thoughtful follow up process. Thank you for caring.

Negative experience: Referred by another dentist for X-ray, booked & emailed referral letter. On day of appointment was made to wait 20+ minutes before the dentist tells me he doesn’t have the equipment for X-ray. Read other peoples reviews & avoid this dental clinic, incompetent & dishonest.
Good afternoon Sonya! On behalf of the entire company, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. As, of course, this should not be the case. Our receptionist did not show the referral letter for the dentist before your appointment to ensure we can aid in the necessary treatment. We have never been referred by the School Dental Services to do OPGs, therefore we were a bit surprised. Unfortunately, we do not have an OPG machine, which was required for your treatment. Otherwise, we would definitely attend to your needs. Immediately after your visit, we reported dental school therapists you have been referred by, that we do not have the OPG machine. We will certainly work with our staff on the basis of this case and will make every effort to ensure that this does not happen again in the future. Fantastic experience: I was treated by the Hygienist. She did an excellent job, thorough and efficient and she advised me of each procedure in advance. Also asked if any tooth was sensitive, I haven’t been asked that before. No pain from the treatment. Very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Have to start off by saying i am from the days of going to the school dental clinic and all there was, was the old belt driven drills. Those are not fond memories so with that you can say am a nervour patient. I have been coming to Alex at Marina Dentists for some time now and most recently some major complex dentist work done. Alex has always been very gental with me and i have never experienced any pain during the procedures and he explains all options available. Keep up the good work Alex. Fantastic experience: One evening I dislodged a crown while flossing my teeth. I rang the Marina dentists at 8:30am the next day, explained my predicament and they arranged an appointment that morning. My tooth was fixed before mid day! All of the team were friendly and helpful. The repair was conducted in an efficient and thorough manner. This is one of the best dentist visits I have ever had.
