Fantastic experience: I had my first dental hygiene appointment at Clean Teeth Dental today, and it was a wonderful experience. Victoria made sure to explain every step of the process, and was very gentle to ensure the procedure is pain-free. She was very attentive and professional. I do dental hygiene twice a year and have seen many specialists, Victoria is now my number one. I’d definitely recommend Victoria to all my friends and family, and I’m looking forward to my next visit! Ps : I was seen on time, parking is super easy and right outside the clinic. Fantastic experience: Fantastic services here. Had tooth infection last week, luckily was able to see dentist quickly and given prescription. Then had the tooth extracted on Monday, this was done competently and quick! Very relieved, no pain and healing nicely. Fantastic experience: This is THE best place to come if you have serious gum and teeth health issues. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the wondrous attention, treatment plan and outcome I have received since becoming a patient of both Victoria and Marwin. They are highly skilled, clear, positive and will do everything possible to save your teeth, bone, gums and ultimately save your health. After battling with gum disease since my early twenties, it got so bad that I couldn’t do a basic brush without gaining a mouth full of blood. The last time I went to a hygienist and dentist, I was advised there was no hope and to expect a full extraction and full set of dentures - at the time I was in my late thirties and it scared me so much I didn’t go back until 7 years later when I found Clean Teeth Dental. I was so riddled with infection I was in agony, but they took it all in their stride and focused on moving forward, step by step - this attitude was a total game changer. Victoria and Marwin came up with a plan that meant only two extractions were needed and full deep cleaning over a couple of sessions with Victoria. Now, not only am I pain free, I do not have bleeding gums at all and my gum line is growing back and healing. I know the bone is healing too. They are my heroes, I trust them implicitly and recommend them whole heartedly! I cannot wait until the next phase when I move to a smile design with Marwin and that can only happen because I’ve got healthy first. Best advice is don’t wait, the sooner you see them the faster your health recovery and it may not be as bad as you think, if anyone can help you they can. Fantastic experience: Review for dentist. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for the best quality dental care to go to Clean Teeth Dental. After seeing a different dentist that had told me there was nothing that could be done but extractions I searched Google for a second opinion and thankfully something about Clean Teeth Dental stuck out and I booked in for a second opinion with them. My first appointment with Victoria completely calmed my nerves after she explained my situation in detail and gave me a treatment plan. I'm about 8 weeks into getting treatment and have noticed a huge difference and am very pleased with the results and very grateful to not have not had any extractions. I fly to this clinic from South Island twice a year and it worth it. Best European equipment and technologies plus they never try to "save" while providing you service. Absolute value for money :)

Fantastic experience: I am one satisfied client here of Clean Teeth Dental. Despite seeing my former dentist regularly for years, I felt like it didn’t really do any good to me. There was no treatment plan and they failed to address the root problem so my gum health worsened over time. Very grateful that I came to know Victoria, she is very passionate with what she’s doing, knowledgeable, gentle and a good communicator. She discussed everything well and never fail to make me feel that I am in good caring hands. Negative experience: Friendly and competent service. However, they’re overpriced and charge $240 for a routine dental clean with no special details. This is 50-100% more expensive than other equally competent dentists. When asked about their price I was told other places charge up to $400. I’d love to know which dentist charges $400 to clean your teeth. REPLY to the owner: my feedback is placed on behalf my partner's experience. Why are you talking like a salesman? You're a dentist, you don't sell cars. People don't care about your dramatic adjectives. I certainly don't care about your surgery equipment. Did you use your immaculate, stunning, beautiful, state-of-the-art, high-end technology surgery equipment for the dental clean? No - then I'm curious on what basis you charge 50-100% more than other places for the same service. Luxury is not an aspect of dental treatment - it's an essential service for which the price should be standardized. Painless and hygienic is a given for a dental treatment and not something to be proud of. You target the wealthy local residents with exorbitant prices and that's fine, but don't pretend otherwise. Lying about how other places charge $400 for a basic dental clean isn't a great look either.

Fantastic experience: The way my smile looks after being designed by professionals at Clean Teeth exceeded all my expectations. Dr Marwan Wadea worked around my (far from straightforward!) case with precision and healthy perfectionism. I am absolutely in love with the result and still cannot believe it sometimes. Fantastic experience: I've been having a very complex issues with my teeth since mid school. I was floating between dentists pretty much around the world untill I found that clinic. Not only I've got a treatment of level I couldn't even imagine before, the result was even beyond my expectation. I had such a fear of anything that required treatment on my teeth or gums due to bad past experiences but coming to Clean Teeth Dental has changed my fear to full confidence and appreciation. Negative experience: Unfortunately, can not recommend this place. Had to visit during last lockdown, as my usual dentist wasn’t available. Not only my visit started from lie about «can we reschedule appointment for late times, as we have emergency surgery», but in reality doctor came to the clinic later than me. I’ve been told and got so scared that I have serious problems with my 100% healthy teeth. After checking with my regular dentist, I was shocked, how I almost got into a trap. When I never made an appointment for “saving my bad teeth”, receptionist from this clinic was calling me and telling how bad my situation is and we have to act urgently.

Negative experience: Unrecommended highly ! I got a vaucher for my teeth and gums cleaning . It’s a standard procedure I did it many times . But this time when I opened my mouth - I was misdiagnosed with highest level of paradantosys and was sent by Victoria to urgent X ray - for 100$ , as she said I have a pass in my gums and my wisdom teeth should be removed ASAP … When I told her that in this case I will go to my regular dentist, she agreed to make cleaning - did it during 15 min very poorly quality. I left almost in tears, did phone call to my regular dentist, made next day appointment- she could not believe some of her colleagues can do that to people. I almost forgot about this awful experience …But after 2 might my friend from fitness club told me exactly the same story about this place.

Negative experience: Не рекомендую VICTORIA RIECHELMANN BHS (HYGIENIST) Я пришла на процедуру отбеливания зубов к Victoria. В течении нескольких секунд она поставила диагноз Advanced Parodontose . Она тут же предложила и настаивала на лечении десен всей нижней и верхней челюсти около 2000 nzd . Я точна знала , что такого диагноза у меня нет. После Виктории я обратилась за консультацией к другим специалистам в трёх разных dental clinics . Я была проконсультирована и обследована и никто не подтвердил её диагноз . Приблизительно через месяц её ассистент позвонила мне и настаивала на лечении. Я ответила , передайте VICTORIA RIECHELMANN что у меня нет диагноза Advanced Parodontose ,который она мне поставила . Victoria мне после этого так и не перезвонила , она не извинилась , или хотя бы объяснилась.

Positive experience: Left the dentistry in tears. Went for an X-ray and check up. Everything was done professionally, however I didn't expect that I was going to need an implant and crown for an aproximate price of 6k-8k, plus very expensive oral hygene that can take up to four hours. Went with my husband and a baby, it was family friendly and everyone was nice and smiling, however I felt that I was horryfied that if I didn't start the treatment tomorrow my tooth was going to fall out. Same feeling my husband had, after I got into the car I couldn't stop crying as I didn't expect to spend that much money on my tooth. Luckily, visited other dentists and found affordable and not threatnening dentist. I haven't got done hygiene or any other treatments in the clinic, so can't say anything about it.

Fantastic experience: For all my life I have avoided going to the dentist, until now. I actually look forward to my appointments now with the team at Clean Teeth Dental. The team are so friendly and professional, you can tell the passion they have for dentistry and customer service/experiance. They have state of the art modern facilties and are able to provide a wide range of procedures, all of them to the very highest of industry standards. I was so inspired with the care and Improvement they took of my teeth that I now have a full regular dental plan of routine and pre maintenance treatment. Fantastic experience: The Team at Clean Teeth Dental is an amazing group of professionals. Dr Marwan (cosmetic dentist) and Victoria (hygienist) are experts in their own field as shown by the high skill and quality of their work. Before any procedure is undertaken, they will clearly explain any problem you may have with your teeth and/or gum, the work recommended, and the costs involved. (What I liked was that they did not pressure me and let me freely make the final decision.) Before each procedure, they will explain the steps being undertaken, which is very reassuring. They love their work because they love helping people. Narumi, the dental assistant, and Tiana, the telephonist and receptionist, are so friendly and welcoming that they suitably complement the practice as a holistic unit. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic experience: It had been a long time since I had been to a dental practice. I was expecting to be told off and had mentally prepared myself to be brutalised by the Hygienist. What I experienced was unlike I had every experienced before. It was actually a pleasant experience. Victoria the Hygienist was friendly and reassuring. She advised me beforehand what she was going to do and kept me informed during the procedure. Even more surprising was inexperienced no pain or discomfort a totally new experience! Fantastic experience: Having recently been under the care of Victoria, I can’t recommend her enough. Using Perioscopy  and other treatments, she has saved my tooth  without the need of a cow bone graft as recommend by another dentist. My last x-ray shows bone has grown back without the need of more expensive surgery. I found  Victoria’s  knowledge  and professionalism  outstanding. She spent considerable  time to thoroughly explain my options  prior to me even deciding  to go ahead and have treatment with her and I am very pleased that I received her second opinion. Fantastic experience: I can absolutely and totally recommend Dr Wadea. He is an absolutely professional, attentive and patient dentist. He is not in hurry and give so much attention to details, which I honestly never experienced before and I have been to a lot of dentist in my life, sadly. First time in my life I almost have not had any pain during treatment! I thought it cannot be possible when you are in the dentist chair. Dr Wadea explained me everything before the procedure and showed and explained me the work and results, which had been achieved after. Also I must mention that Dr Wadea uses modern technologies like isolating the tooth with special rubber dam, taking photos to see what he was doing and the end results. So thank you very much, dear Dr Wadea for my such an amazing pain free experience and absolutely great work done on my tooth which look fantastic!

Fantastic experience: Find Victoria by chance and She help me with my very sick and unhealthy gum and teeth and I’m so glad I did , Victoria and staff where very helpful and friendly throughout of my treatment had a lots of compassion and make me more confident to deal with my missing teeth which I lost because of my gum infection and put me in right hands for my denture replacement which I’m very please with . I can see instant improvement in my gum and learning how to do the deep cleaning My gum every day thanks to Victoria ,trying to keep as good as it looks. Fantastic experience: This is one of the easiest reviews I have ever had to write. I came across Clean Teeth Dental after doing some research into Gum Disease and seeking treatment. Booking my first appt was quite nerve wrecking as I hadn't been seen by the dentist for a while and knew things had gotten worse. Arriving at my appt I was welcomed with the biggest smile from Victoria and such warmth, I instantly felt at ease. We sat together for a while and got to know each other and she listened to me in depth and with understanding of what I wanted to achieve cosmetically. After Victoria carried out her initially checks, it wasn't great news, she was honest and compassionate about my situation and filled me with confidence that no matter what route I took for treatment she would be with me every step of the way, she is true to her word. I have also had the pleasure of meeting Marwan once whilst on this journey and again he is a very professional with the upmost respect and compassion. I am now in the final stages of initial therapy and so far the results have been fantastic much better than we all anticipated, unfortunately for me there is still some long term damage that can't be rectified so easily. Victoria has gone above and beyond to try and give me the best options and chance for a happy smile again. I will be putting my full confidence and trust in the hands of Victoria and Marwan to do the best they can and I have no doubts. Cant recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience: This review is more for those who are in an emergency situation, pregnant and mortally afraid of dentists . I’m pregnant and had a hell of a toothache plus a serious infection. I contacted several clinics at the same time and no one responded to help me except “CLEAN TEETH DENTAL”. My situation turned out to be very complicated and urgent, as some drugs could not be used during pregnancy. Victoria and Marwan worked with me for 5 days, and were in touch all 24 hours a day, even after successful treatment, they are still interested in my condition. These guys are professionals. Amazing atmosphere, everything is clean, tidy, new equipment, technologies, convenient payment system and good prices. Many thanks to Victoria and Marwen for their amazing attitude towards me, patience and for the excellent work done at the highest level. Now I will remain a regular customer and definitely recommend this clinic. You are in the safe hands of these guys.

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to switch from my original dental hygienist, where I was going in the last 10 years annually, however a friend recommended Victoria and today I had my teeth cleaned. I have to say I am converted , she was so thorough and did a detailed charting and examination, plus the staining which shows the plaque and cleaned perfectly. I have bad stain which is nearly impossible to clean unless you use air polishing device. Totally worth the price! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Victoria did a great job when I saw her! As well as doing an extremely thorough clean of my teeth she helped me understand better where the problem areas are and how to clean them better - and suggested a new tooth brush as well! I would absolutely recommend her.
