Fantastic experience: My husband and I engaged with the practice to have my 2.5 year olds molar repaired. Coming under the care of Arun and the team was one of best parenting decisions we have made. Arun is outstanding with young children. He is incredibly patient, engaging, very caring most of all a phenomenal dentist(Specialist). I don't have enough words to express how grateful we are to the team not only for the standard of care to our daughter but also how brilliant Arun and the team are with parents. Bush Dental is now our daughter's long term dental practice.

Negative experience: I made an appointment as a new customer. The appointment was confirmed by text prior to the day, so Bush Dental knew the time. I arrived on time, only to be told they were running at least 30 minutes late. Surely, they would know prior to my arrival that they were behind and could have contacted me instead of waiting until I arrived. Poor customer service, do they not think my time means anything. If that's how the treat a new customer, how do they treat their regular customers. Maybe that's why their reviews are 3 years old, they don't have any satisfied customers. So much for saying they are passionate about people. Lost all faith in Bush Dental instantly.

Fantastic experience: I just had two fillings done by Haritha and it was a great experience. She was gentle, kind, and told me what she was doing every step of the way. And the Dental Assistant ACTUALLY kept the water and debris from filling up in my mouth/throat. That was a first! I'll definitely be coming back here for my future dental works!

Fantastic experience: Zoe is absolutely incredible and made me feel so special and cared for. I have always hated going to the dentist but Zoe and the team have put me at ease. Pain free and amazing results, I love my new smile!

Negative experience: Went about a sore tooth to be told there was nothing wrong with it, treated like a moron, and wow a few weeks later the problem tooth which was 'absolutely fine' now has a raging abcess and infection. Daylight robbery, would never come back, dentist made me feel so stupid, and I was right, what a waste of money and time and dignity. - edited after your response - that was the other side of my mouth - if you look at the notes you'll see that I came to the dentist about the left side, which I was told was absolutely fine, I did not come about the right side which is where the hole was, and I do not have an abcess or infection there at all, it is on the tooth I had pain in and enquired about with your useless dentist. I did not come back due to how the dentist side eyed her assistant and spoke to me like I was simple, what a gross feeling. Also don't appreciate the 'know better' tone of your response to my review or the fact that you disclosed personal details of my 'care' you have on my file. You should do a customer service course, and do better.

Fantastic experience: Haritha was amazing, so patient and helped put my fear of dentists at ease.

Fantastic experience: My son has just had four teeth out for braces and his dentist was Arun. He was amazing with my son, so calm and talked to him positively the whole procedure. We were both so grateful and I highly recommend Arun.

Fantastic experience: I had my first hygienist appointment today with Ruth and it was the most relaxed I have ever been in a dentists chair. Ruth listened to my concerns and was patient and very gentle with the clean - it really was the VIP treatment and I am so pleased to have found such a great practice so close to home.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service today at my appointment with Haritha and the lovely dental assistant (didn’t catch her name). I ended up getting a bit overwhelmed and anxiety got the better of me, both Haritha and the dental assistant made me feel so comfortable, didn’t rush the appointment at all and allowed breaks when I needed them. Fantastic experience: Went to Bush Dental after purchasing a grabone deal for and exam and xrays, Bertie was friendly, the exam was the most thorough that I have ever had and Bertie took the time to fully explain the results. I returned to Bertie for fillings and these were completely pain free and Bertie spent a lot of time ensuring that they were cosmetically perfect. I totally recommend Bertie.

Fantastic experience: Went as I had a grab-one voucher. I have never been a big fan but felt so at ease the minuite I came in. I had Haritha and she took her time with me and explained everything that was happening and made the dentist not such a scary thing anymore. 10/10 would reccomend. I have found my new regular dentist.

Negative experience: I unfortunately arrived 10minutes late due to unexpected traffic accident . Filled in their paperwork which they could have given me the night or day before which took 4 minutes. By the time I got to the Dentist chair I was told that I only have ten minutes left of my 30 minute appointment. This does not add up does it ? They say first impressions always count - Be careful of this Dentist - They do not value prospective customers as they are only interested in your wallet and not your teeth.

Fantastic experience: Bush dental were excellent. They seen me straight away was in a lot of pain. I had to get a root canal because my tooth got infected caused by a dead nerve. I'm very grateful for their help. Thank you Bush Dental!

Fantastic experience: I went to Bush Dental as I had a Grab-one Voucher and had not been to the dentist for around 3 years, so I thought it seemed like a great, cost-effective way to get into the dentist. I saw Bertie and she listened to my concerns about anxiety and the cost of the dentist. She was absolutely fabulous. I felt in very safe hands. Bertie is polite, professional and just great to deal with. She explained everything and offered recommendations to give me the best outcome. Bertie quashed any anxiety I had about the dentist and I highly recommend both Bertie and the clinic! :)

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Haritha and the team. It was warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in. I hadn't been to the dentist in such a long time, I was really nervous that I needed to have quite a bit of work done. It took two days of work but we got there and I left with no questions unanswered.

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t actually meant to go to this dentist, but misbooked. However I do not regret it whatsoever. I had Haritha and she was incredible and has helped me so much with my broken front tooth. She always explains exactly what procedure is happening and is always ready to stop in case it was hurting. I felt very much at ease.

She took the time to listen to my concerns and then talked me through each and every step. Although I was still anxious, she made me feel safe and I had a great outcome. She went out of her way and opened the practice for me the other day as I had dry socket and she made me comfortable. Definitely recommend to all!!

Negative experience: The dentist made me feel bad for visiting them. He would not answer any questions, or bother to even look at issues I was asking about. Showed no confidence or knowledge, and not even a smile or hand shake to start with. To make things worse, his hands smelt like he'd just been to the toilet and not washed. This is absolutely the worst dentist I've ever been to. You'll feel much better going elsewhere, trust me.

Fantastic experience: I have had Anne and Tony since I was at high school. Both are professional and didnt hesitate to see me when I got a dry socket. Anne even gave me contact details for over weekend if I needed her.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment online for a dental checkup in December. There was no waiting time. The examination was fast and OK. At the end Anne told me to clean my teeth. In my home country Germany a brief cleaning is part of the examination. She did not told me that neither cleaning the teeth is an additional service nor that I have to pay for that. She did not even asked me... Since I have very sensible teeth I had pain for more then a week after the professional tooth cleaning! The first toothaches in my life! And I ended to pay 175 NZD instead of 65 NZD! A huge difference for a backpacker!!! Anne was friendly, a little bit stressed, determined and eager to do everything regarding your teeth. If you don't mind the money you can go there. But if you are looking for a dentist you can trust, I won't recommend this place.

Negative experience: Had a tooth removed here at the end of last year. Dentist was running late with appointments so had to wait for a long time. Receptionists were rarely at the desk. When i finally started my appointment the dentist was rude, didnt fill me in about what was going on. Very expensive for 1 tooth removal. No pain medication prescribed. Was left in pain for 2 weeks as this dentist was closed for the holidays. Pulled extra bits of broken tooth out in the following days. Will not return here, very poor all around

At the time I lived in Langdons Road but now live in Hoon Hay but still would rather go to Ann than find one nearer home. She is a nice person and a very good dentist. She went through and throughly explained what we needed to do to help resolve the problem. She also put me on the right path to keep the rest of my teeth in tiptop condition. The dentist took the time to explain all my options and was very professional. There prices are very competitive with other dentists. I will recommend Bush Dental to all as they cater for every need.
