Fantastic experience: Just had my first appointment with Dr Kevin Ogle, and best experience I have ever had with a visit to the dentist - Kevin was very gentle and all the staff were brilliant from walking into the dentist and leaving again - thank you so much

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely phenomenal experience! I went in with seven teeth needing work, including four front-facing teeth that were on the brink of unsavable. Originally, the plan was to spread the work over two sessions, but when an opening in their schedule popped up, they managed to complete everything in just one day. I was totally blown away by the results! You wouldn’t even be able to tell that my front teeth have fillings—they look completely natural. The price for the work was more than reasonable, especially considering the fantastic outcome. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of dental work!

Fantastic experience: Had excellent service yesterday from Dr Tom Urie and his assistant, getting my wisdom tooth removed. It was a bit of a battle when my unhealthy tooth cracked - and turned into more of a minor surgery! They explained the process all the way though and checked if I was doing ok. I felt comforted and reassured and then the home care was explained - great team work and empathy towards what I was experiencing. Also good amount of anesthetic as it was a painless procedure.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tom urie is the nicest dentist! Takes time to explain and just keeps you generally at ease. The whole practise has a nice calming environment.

Tooth Fairy Dental were fully booked but created an apppointment for our emergency and fixed my sons teeth the same day covered by acc. Thank you to the team and Dr Alex Booth for your exceptional service and speed.

Fantastic experience: We are currently in NZ on holiday from the UK and in Mt Maunganui for the day when my wife split her tooth and needed to see a dentist urgently. We called into the Tooth Fairy and explained the problem and although they had no emergency appointments left for the day, the receptionist was so helpful and spoke to Alex the dentist, who saw my wife immediately. She had x-rays, injections and treatment all within an hour and a half. We just want to thank everybody for the caring and fantastic service which she received. Fantastic experience: It can be really daunting booking a dental appointment, especially with knowing that you have work to do and you're new to the city! Everything about my experience with Tooth Fairy was excellent; easy booking, great staff and a smooth, pain-free appointment. I was pretty scared about having a tooth removed but Dr Alex Booth made me feel comfortable and did the procedure super quick and I didn't experience any pain afterwards. Prices were reasonable. Will def continue using this practice!

Fantastic experience: Appreciate the mahi with my extraction. I was able to book in that same afternoon. I was expected to pay $500+ for two extractions. The front staff was honest and asked if I had a community services card. I said yes. Only cost me $39. Stoked!

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous participant in dental care and so was very apprehensive about having to go . My usual dentist was away , which made me worse than ever . Anyway the whole experience was positive . As I am disabled, it has previously been quite difficult to gain access to the clinic . This time a receptionist helped me to get my disability scooter through the door . Before I went into the examination room I was welcomed by whom I thought was the dental assistant, but it was actually the Dentist Alex . Because I was so nervous , I wasn’t listening properly and when I went into the surgery, I realised it was actually the Dentist . This made me feel appreciative and it was a nice touch. I needed to have a crown fitted to my right front tooth . Everything was clearly explained to me about the steps needed to be taken in the process of fitting the cap . Before the injection was inserted, numbing solution was first put on the gum and the injection inserted just a little at first and then a few minutes later the entire injection of local anaesthetic . Because of the procedure was to be done on one of my front teeth, it was quite a sensitive area and although initially quite tender worked out well. A temporary filling was inserted to last the next two weeks . This was the first part of the whole procedure over ! The second part was inserting and securing the final finished cap . This was completed efficiently and professionally . Thank you to everyone involved in my dental experience from Alex the Dentist, the dental assistant, receptionists etc . Now it appears you have a ramp which was great for exciting The Tooth Fairy premises . Overall a friendly but very professional experience . Regards and thanks, Regards, Emma Wolfe

Fantastic experience: I recently had my regular annual check up and hygienist appt at Mount Maunganui. Sadly my dentist is away at the moment so I saw another member of the Tooth Fairy team. Kevin was just as pleasant and thorough as Tom. Very reassuring and the visit was as previously experience, as pleasant as a dentist visit can be. None of us like to go to the dentist but when you do, it is an added bonus to be treated by courteous staff who genuinely have your dental health and overall health at heart. My hygienist was again as gentle as ever, and I left feeling my mouth was lovely and fresh. If you look after your teeth, they look after you. The team at Tooth Fairy Dental believe in that too and help you achieve excellent oral health. A good measurement of customer satisfaction is the "friends and family test" and as you can guess, I recommend all my friends and family to this dental team as they are affordable, accommodating and pleasant with it all. The cost for wisdom teeth removal looks eztravagantly less than Auckland. Very fair priced dentist with alot of care & attention to detail.
