Fantastic experience: Thank you to Natasha and Tess for helping me get over the fear of the dentist. Today I went in with a tooth abscess and abstraction. Tess explained what will happen for this procedure and both herself and Natasha worked so swiftly to do it with very little to no pain. The clinic was clean, friendly and had a good atmosphere when you walk in. Would definitely going in even if you're like me, who is terrified of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been to the Bethlehem clinic often and the service at this clinic is just nothing short of amazing. Saw Kerrie the Dental Hygienest for a routine cleaning and advice and Dr. Meletta Chow for general dentistry needs and also cosmetic work. They are super kind and they really put the patients needs first. I have now come to love my smile thanks to these women in this awesome team!! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: My dental procedure with Dr Meletta Chow and the Tooth Fairy Dental Bethlehem was surprisingly an entertaining and enjoyable experience. They are skilled professionals, putting you at ease from the minute you arrive through to the time you leave. Rather than dreading ‘a trip to the dentist’, I am now scheduling regular checkups.

Fantastic experience: With a number of clinics in the Bay of Plenty area, you can get in to see someone when you have an emergency. I had toothache and was given an appointment that same day. Saw the hygienist in Bethlehem too and very happy with the results. Very friendly and professional staff. Would certainly recommend. I moved here from the UK two years ago and was worried about finding a good dentist and I am really glad I found the Tooth Fairy Dental practice.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are so impressed by dentist, Al Cook. He comes across really professional, but has such an easy-going vibe, you can't help but feel relaxed and reassured that you're in extremely good hands. We had waited YEARS, thinking my husband's dental work was going to be horrendously expensive and traumatic (Glen was very shy and anxious about getting so much work done). Then I met Al at an appointment and knew right away he was the perfect guy for Glen. Sure enough, treatment complete, we couldn't be more thankful and happy with Al's work, and the fact that he did it with the least amount of fuss and drama. Al talked Glen through everything and broke it all down to a very do-able plan, AND the thousands of dollars we thought we'd have to spend? Not even close! Thank you so much, Al. Glen and I think you're awesome.

Negative experience: Been here since I was a child. First off you do not consult with your patients so I suggest removing "consultants" from your name. The work I had done cost me $2500 and has cost me more damage to other teeth souly because of the service provided. Not even two years and everything needs to be redone. Even fillings with a 5year life expectancy. I went in 6 months later and was told by the retiring dentist. That nothings wrong, besides the tooth they decided to turn into a filling. They also sneakily shortened it to cause more reoccurring damages to other teeth. His anaesthetic numbed my eye which included involuntary movement (not being dramatic, actual physical reaction) as well as quoted me on a wisdom tooth extract that should have had a filling done 3 months before it's demise. I rang back almost a year later because I was told this is not right and something needed to be done about it. The practicing manager advised me to come back a third time. Even tho I no longer live in Tauranga or near Bethlehem and they would have another look. what's the point in coming back if you're not going to actually fix what you have done wrong? Who has to pay their time and money for your mistakes? You conducted and indulged in corruption just to exploit people's insecurities. It's sad, and because of it I do not have the confidence to smile. THANKS TOOTH FAIRY.

Fantastic experience: These folk are great for everyone but if you are nervous about dental visits we can't recommend Alastair Cook at the Mount branch - he's awesome !! Between us we've had various problems sorted and Alastair is an absolute artist with anything cosmetic - I had teeth wrecked in the UK and he's got them looking like teeth again. Best dentist we've ever had !
