Positive experience: I had to have 3 consultations with Dr Gaurav Khurana to get a 3 crown bridge done. He was polite and professional. He was able to successfully pull a large root from my front tooth without breaking the root which I was grateful for so did not have to undergo surgery to remove any left over root. The only experience that could have been improved on was my second appointment when he was drilling down two teeth, I had a bit of dust tooth particles left to wipe off myself from my face, which I let him know on third appointment which he apologised for. (I think other patients had been waiting and he may have been in a rush). He then created a brilliant three crown bridge and by my third appointment he attached it with careful precision and the results were fantastic! The price was very reasonable also. I’m very happy overall with Dr Gaurav and his dental services. Thanks very much and I will visit again in future.

Fantastic experience: Went to the Mangere East clinic and was very impressed with Dr Gaurav, knew what he was doing and there was no push to on sell. Cost was very reasonable for a broken tooth and filling. Happy to use him again

Negative experience: My experience at this place wasnt good. I went to get consultation with the pain in im teeth. Jane was the lady who assisted me but did ot follow through after appointments. I was then reffered to a specilist who identified that i needed to fix 13 of my teeth. The specialist tried to email Jane but she did not reply. Now Roshan is taking care of me and has already remove 3 of my teeths but i still do not know what the plan is for the rest of the other 10. I also still have pain on my teeth that is in between the 2 teeths that was removed 2months ago.

Fantastic experience: ’ve had a tooth’s infection for over a year and had gum disease too. Just 2 weeks ago my gums would bleed every time I would brush my teeth and if I would spit I would spit out blood but now I’m thankfully for the professional team at Mangere east smile dental for taking care of me and now my teeth and gums are feeling so much better and are not bleeding anymore. I would definitely recommend this Smile dental to anyone with teeth problems they are very professional and they make you feel comfortable while be treated.

Felt comfortable and Dr Jenny and her assistant made me feel at ease. Got a Xray & Tooth Extraction done and didn’t take long at all very fast and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Because the mangere branch did not have payWave they trusted me enough to make my way to Manukau branch to pay. It's only been 24hrs and so far everything is good no pain or bleeding from my tooth extraction. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous. All my experience with nz dentists have been traumatic until i went to the dentist in thailand and omg it was a wonderful experience. Nz dentists to me were butchers until i went to smile dental mangere, total wonderful experience, dentist was amazing, gentle very kept communicating with me through the hole appointment, $1000 totally worth it 400 cleaning and polish 600 2 fillings. Nz dentistry has definitely changed over the years. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I have dealt with the Mangere East branch through some terrible times (death of mother sickness of father) and everytime i had to reschedule the lady at reception always accomodated me even when I was rude, Ive dealt with two dentists (jazmine and jenny) both professional and friendly I cant give enough good reviews on this practise as they truly are awesome from booking your appontments to always being on time to the text and email reminders and quick appointments and thays why i give 5 stars

Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom tooth removed as I was expecting to have three extractions how ever due to the location of my other two wisdom teeth I was advised only to remove one. as well as a full deep clean and polish. The dentist was good with explaining everything to me and have had no issues since my surgery highly recommend and will return again next year for another deep clean.

Negative experience: I went here 3 times. The first 2 times I did my fillings by different D’s on different teeth. When that was done I couldn’t have cold things or bite on the tooth they filled in. I went back in again to see if they would be able to resolve it, and it got worse. The filling was for the middle of my 2 front teeth and they somehow created a gap in the back of the tooth. Never went back to get a refund or discuss it because I was over it by the third visit. Gave 2 stars because the staff were nice, but just questioning their ability to get things done and actually fix your teeth not make it worse. It’s been over a year and I still have the same problem.

Fantastic experience: Okay how did I not know these guys were in my neighborhood this whole time, like seriously wish I had paid more attention long ago! Oh! I know why because I haven't been in ages..lmao! like going to the dentist is always too expensive, these days it's cheaper to get them pulled out..lol. Well........... Not anymore, not only great service kind and very nice people to deal with. The prices were finally affordable, I was actually able to fix my teeth rather than get them pulled out for once. Fantastic experience: Miss J Yeo was my dentist and she extracted my tooth yesterday. Miss Yeo and her assistant were fast workers and very careful, ensuring that the extraction was painless and nothing was left in the gum. They made sure I was alright, told me throughout the surgery how they are extracting the tooth and let me take breaks if my jaw was hurting too much. Miss Yeo was talkative and helpful. I liked this experience. Thanks to Miss Yeo and her assistant. 10/10 would recommend.

Positive experience: My front tooth fell out & Smile Dental, Mangere fixed it. But overnight it fell out again & fixed the next morning. That night it felt loose & next morning fell out again. Third time lucky as fixed again. Dentures coming now. Great prompt service each time, highly recommend this branch, great dentists there

Fantastic experience: Jasmine is my dentist here. At 63 years old, I have seen a lot of dentists in my life and she would be the best I have met. Her demeanor is excellent and she is great at explaining what needs doing, the various options that you have as a patient to enable you to make the best choice posdible. I would recommend her to anyone who asked ne for a good dentist.
