Fantastic experience: Never thought I'd be so happy about going to the dentist. Would give six starts if I could. I hadn't been to a dentist in years, and I was terrified to finally go back. Soy was patient, kind and very understanding. Basically a dream dentist if you're anxious about going to the dentist as I was. When my next checkup comes up in six months I will not hesitate to return. Thanks so much Soy and the rest of the team. Cannot recommend enough!!

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dentists and needles. Constant infections in my tooth forced me to face my fear. I was so beyond anxious and scared but Dr Soyeon is so genuinely lovely, kind and caring. I felt so cared for, never made to feel ridiculous or pathetic (let's face it, I was like a scared child at 39 years old). If I had more confidence I'd show you the transformation but just trust me when I say it was not good, now I can confidently smile, I don't feel as though I need to cover my mouth when I talk or smile. I adore Dr Soyeon for all that she has done for me, the confidence she has given me and all while being more like a supportive friend than a dentist wanting me to hurry up and hand over my money. I can not recommend Dr Soyeon enough, I will recommend her to EVERYONE and I would move my girls there instantly if she did braces as well. I will never step foot in any other dental surgery if Dr Soyeon doesn't work there. Thank you so much to Dr Soyeon and Natalia her lovely assistant.

Positive experience: Good experience overall for 4 fillings. Dr Soyeon Ho is very knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing I found was that the overall treatment plan was expensive. I would recommend, however, plan the visit according to budget.

Fantastic experience: When my daughter fell and fractured her front teeth on the way home from school today, she was bleeding right in the middle of the road. Being new to New Lynn, I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. In desperation, I quickly googled the nearest dentist and called the first one that came up. Despite their busy schedule, they immediately took my daughter in as an emergency case. From the moment we arrived, we were met with such kindness and compassion. Kam at the reception, was incredibly understanding—bless her for going above and beyond to help us. She reassured me when I was in a panic and made sure my daughter was seen right away. The nurse and Dr. Soy were nothing short of amazing. Dr. Soy, in particular, is the kindest human being I’ve ever met. She made my daughter feel comfortable and safe during what was a terrifying experience for her. They skillfully repaired her teeth and, more importantly, restored our faith and calm in a very stressful moment. I can’t express how grateful I am to Kam, the nurse, and Dr. Soy for their incredible care and kindness today. They truly made all the difference in what could have been an even more traumatic experience.

Monica Singh (dentist) and Flor (dental assistant) made sure that my dental needs (e.g tooth extraction & filling) were attended and looked after well. If you’re looking for a painless tooth extraction with friendly staff around the New Lynn or West Auckland area, Auckland Family New Lynn Dental is the best place to have it done!

I have a terrible dentist phobia after many traumatic experiences when I was younger, so have delayed seeing a dentist for too many years! Every member of the team here has been exceptional at understanding my fears, talking me through the required treatments and making sure that I am calm, relaxed and comfortable through the entire process.

Fantastic experience: My appointment with Xeurong today was outstanding!!! Never have I had such a thorough pain free dental cleaning. Xeurong made me feel so welcome and comfortable and was always checking to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend booking in your cleanings with her.

Fantastic experience: My experience here was really good. I saw Dr. Soy, she was really thorough, efficient and was constantly asking if I was alright and comfortable. I have had bad experiences before at other dentists but felt calm the whole time and confident in the work that was being done on my teeth. I would recommend this dentist to others and have already got other family members going here to get their teeth done too.

Fantastic experience: This is a further positive experience & response to Dr Geon (John) as a Dental Sergeon. Dealt to a chipped moler that had attracted some further decay close to the nerve. The work to save the tooth & avoid a root-canal or extraction was successful, pretty much pain free & very reasonably priced as I had a similar issue on the opposite side two weeks prior & cost me $80.00 MORE! So definitely able to compare apples with apples as the saying goes. Thank you to Christine his Filipino nurse who was a professional in support you make a fine team

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to the area so was looking for a new dental practice. I am so glad I found Dr Geon and his team at New Lynn Dental. From the very moment I walked in, I was welcomed very warmly and was put at ease very quickly. The best experience was when my wire retainer on my top teeth had come loose but my regular ortho at my usual ortho practice could not fit me in. Dr Geon and his team came to my rescue, fit me in the same day and got it fixed up! Very reasonable fee as well, well below what I had expected to pay. Fantastic experience: Dr Geon Bang and all the staff are very friendly. I went to get a filling and was dreading the numbing process but Dr Bang was great. Could hardly feel a thing when the anesthetic was administered. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: This was my first time going to a dentist and I have to admit it was not at all a hassle. All the dentists and staff members were extremely kind, understanding, accommodating and generous. Procedure was quick and easy. Although I've never been to a dentist, I think the prices are okay in comparison to others in the market from what I've heard. I got a tooth taken off for $270 all inclusive. Overall a good experience and I'd definitely recommend this place. It would be good if paywave payment facility was available.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr. Geon Bang and his assistant for my wisdom tooth. I was bit scared to get my tooth extracted because of pain and never done that before. But he made me feel comfortable and explained everything before extracting my tooth. I did not feel any pain, during and after tooth extraction. And Thank you to Ruba (front office co-ordinator) for arranging my appointment on such a short notice, I was in pain and Ruba took intiative to call me back when there was a cancellation as they were fully booked.

Fantastic experience: Last week I had a really bad toothache that escalated really quickly, my own dentist doesn't offer an emergency service. Fantastic experience: It had been quite sometime since I had gone to the dentist, so I was very anxious. Upon entering the facility I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable admin. staff. The dentist taking my appointment was kind and attentive. They were willing to listen to me (even reviewing materials I had pictures of from my person oral care). They informed me of every procedure they were performing as they were doing it. At the end of the appointment, they debriefed me on the results and came up with a treatment plan that was flexible, financially viable and full of promise. I am a skeptic so for me to highly recommend them Lynn Family Dental says volumes. If there was a downside, it would have to be the close quarters proximity of the building and inside spacing, but that is just my personal preference. Other than this, A+!

Fantastic experience: I went to the clinic last week, during level 3. One of my molars was very painful and I made an online appointment with Dr Geon Bang. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Did a proper dental check including X rays and gave me different options. He took his time to make sure everything was clear and sent me home with a prescription and another appointment. Very flexible team as they booked me in for a Sunday as I needed. The treatment I had was a five star and the pain is gone now. They also have Fernando to help you and calm you down inside and outside at the phone. Thanks so much! We will see you again

Fantastic experience: I was travelling, and in severe pain. The New Lynn surgery was the only one that I called that actually offered an emergency service. False advertising by the other emergency surgeries I tried. The dentist and nurse at New Lynn were helpful kind and considerate and presented a number of options that resulted in having an extraction.. This was all carried out with professionalism.. I highly recommend this surgery.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!! I was terrified and have always been from visiting the dentist. I've had quite a traumatic experience as a child. So I avoided going to the dentist when my tooth broke during a meal about 10 months ago I was really scared and tolerated the pain all this time. But, I've finally decided to go and see a dentisit as the pain grew intolerable. Fernando at the reception was very nice and welcoming Dr. Chloe was so sweet and understanding of my fear and nervousness, I was literally shaking. She numbed me properly and made sure I wan't feeling any pain, and the nurse was so sweet and considerate, she held my hand the whole time, she also made sure I was taking deep breaths, when I held my breath waiting for the shot of pain that never came. Then Dr. chloe proceeded to extract the tooth. Honeslty it was the best dental experience of my life! It was quick, 100% Pain free and affordable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart :)

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience from Dr. Geon. I don’t usually go to Dentists a lot even though I have previously worked in medical before. It always makes me really nervous and insecure. Teeth would never come back once We lose them. So as soon as I felt my part of teeth cracked during a meal time, I made a appointment straight after .Booking is available through online and we can see when is the most available time as well how convenient it was. Dr. Geon was very very friendly and made me so relax and calm while my teeth filled. He gave me an advance how I should take care of my tooth too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Honestly 5 stars for sure, i underwent a root canal treatment that took a couple of weeks. Entire time the staff was amazing at making me feel comfortable and informed. I couldn't feel pain to the point where i would fall half asleep in the dental chair every time i went . Oh and they're open 7 days a week so that made it easy for me not miss work and go to the dentist on the weekend . Payment options are great and very easy to stretch over the period of the weeks . If you want cheap amazing dental work where you can fall asleep then this is the place to go. Cant wait for my crown filling.

She explained everything that was going to be done and gave heaps of options. I was told the cost straight upfront and I was able to make the best decision without being forced to choose. Dr Lee was the fastest dentist I've ever had and I didn't experience pain as I have in the past at other dentists. Well done New Lynn Dental Care! Highly recommended I will definately be back to see Dr Yen if i have some issues. She reckons I need to floss and brush my teeth more but im way too lazy.

Positive experience: I have had to have some dental work done recently that for me has always come with a lot of anxiety and stress. While some of this dental work is still ongoing, the process and feeling of being able to speak to someone about how i am doing throughout and being able to come in sometimes outside of work hours has meant a great deal to me, in terms of assurance and assisting me to manage much of my own anxiety. Thank you for the considerate and extra effort that you put in.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment but went to a different dental practice by mistake! However, I found the right place quickly and both receptionist and dentist were lovely. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly and the broken filling replaced with a crown in a very short time.
