Fantastic experience: Pulkit of A+ Dentists in Howick isn't good - he is EXCELENT! I am terrified (like many people) of going to the dentist; but after three long sessions with Pulkit I am happy to drive a round trip of about 500km from Whitianga to Howick to have Pulkit as my dentist.

I recently moved to Auckland from Whakatane so choosing a dentist without personal recommendation felt daunting especially because I required extensive intervention. As previous reviews have stated Pankit is highly professional, skilled and patient. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at A+ Dentists! I was having issues with my wisdom teeth and wanted to go somewhere I could get it checked and possibly removed. They were the only dentists that was transparent about the costs on their website, so I went and booked with them as a new patient, despite not being a local. The thought of removal is already both physically and financially overwhelming, but Dr. Pulkit took his time in examining me, leaving no stone unturned and making sure I understood all my options. My new patient exam included all the xrays (which elsewhere would've cost me an extra $100+), images and his thorough examination. He has a genuine care for the wellbeing of his patients, he is patient with all your questions and makes you feel safe and welcome. I will definitely be back for the rest of my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: First of all, we were lucky to make an appointment with Dr Pulkit dentist. Secondly, Dr Pulkit is a very gentle, kind and patient professional dentist. He explained every step of treatment in slow language before doing it, so that we could fully prepare ourselves mentally without being too nervous and fully understanding. After the examination and treatment, in order to avoid my mother who is not good at English, I deliberately translated it into Chinese on the computer so that I can fully understand and understand, explained the child's dental problems and precautions very clearly, and finally asked us many times and other questions can be answered at any time. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend A+ Dentists.....Dr Kinra is awesome. For the first time in more years than I can remember, he is the first dentist who has shown a true understanding of my situation - I was a child of the late 60's/early 70's dental nurses who 'practiced' on our healthy teeth with multiple metal fillings. Dr Kinra is very kind and fully explains each procedure and the staff at the clinic are also lovely.

Fantastic experience: Thank you, Dr. Pukit. He was able to extract a tooth that was close to a nerve with no pain. I have to say this dentist is very gentle. The sedative he used was very relaxing, and I was awake the whole time. I had a clean by one of his team a week later, and it was very gentle. I recommend this doctor and his team to everyone, very good.

Doctor Pulkit did a thorough examination, explaining each step and making me understand my options (root canal was on the table). Furthermore I feel the pricing is more than fair. I have avoided going to the dentist for a really long time as I am not the best when it comes to needles and dental work, but was referred to this dentist as I had horrible ongoing pain and thought I’d give it a go. Not only was everything including the process & payment explained to me in a way that I completely understood, but I was also assured that my dental work would be painless multiple times (and it really was!!) which really helped rid my nerves. I went home after my first appointment with the biggest smile on my face and have even booked in for my next appointment. I cannot fault the staff or their work at all.

Fantastic experience: I came to A+ for a second opinion because I had been to another dentist who said I needed 12 fillings which seemed wrong to me because I don't have any symptoms. A+ were much more professional, showed me I need to have two fillings and there are a few others that need to be monitored. Definitely don't need 12 teeth to be irreversibly changed by fillings. Very pleased I got the second opinion.

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Dhara and her staff. After a traumatizing experience 7 years ago, I was reluctant at first, but found her to be very friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable during every step of the procedure and appreciate that she takes the time to explain. She provided valuable advice regarding which teeth needed fillings or could just be kept under observation, and wasn’t satisfied until I was happy with the work.

Negative experience: Went to this dentist for a scale and clean over a year ago and was told I needed a filling and ALL of my wisdom teeth removed because they were decayed and had holes in them. Recently found another dentist who said my teeth are fine, healthy and don’t need removing at all. LYING CON ARTISTS!
