Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. June and couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. She is incredibly professional and gentle, taking the time to start a calm and friendly conversation before doing anything—which really helped ease my nerves. Her reassuring presence made what I expected to be a stressful procedure feel surprisingly comfortable. The extraction itself was done with great care, and everything went smoothly. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend Dr. June if you’re looking for a dentist who truly puts patients at ease and delivers excellent care.

Negative experience: My husband and I had been seeing Dr Jack Hwang on recommendation from my son’s friends. He was excellent and I had been recommending this practice to all my staff and family. Unfortunately Dr Jack is no longer with this practice. My latest experience has been with a female dentist at this practice (I won’t name her for now to give her a chance to apologize and preserve her reputation). It was a humiliating and upsetting experience for me. She mocked me, telling her staff including the practice manager that I am a complainer. She wasn’t happy that I had asked if repairing a small filling that had been done there before should be at a discounted price, rather than being at a full price of $331. Also, the dental nurse was careless with the suction and water went everywhere. She was inexperienced or not focussed. There were no apologies. Very unprofessional behaviour overall.

Fantastic experience: Rosedale dentist is really excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who doesn’t like to visit the dentist at the best of times they were reassuring and gentle! Gordon is a complete star!

Positive experience: The business is declining. I had been a loyal customer for about five years, but my last visit has driven me away. It seems there has been a high turnover of staff. The new Korean doctor I was assigned to kept talking to another staff member while attending to me, showing a complete lack of care compared to my previous experience with Dr. Gloria. The arm of the X-ray machine was loose, and she placed the back plate in my mouth, using my gum to hold it in place. The teeth cleaning was extremely careless, and she seemed to rush through the process. There was no polishing done afterward, unlike my previous visits, where much more care was taken. Without polishing, my teeth became more prone to staining. I no longer recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist, avoid it as much as possible probably for longer than I should. But when I do finally turn up, the team at Rosedale Dental provide really excellent care. By far the best dentists I've ever been to stretching all the way back to the torturers that inhabited the murder house at Meadowbank Primary School in the early 1970s. Proper caring care. You should visit, it's been too long since you last went. Do it. 5 internet stars from me.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Gordon for many years. I am an extremely nervous patient and he is amazing. The dental nurses and receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. I have also seen June when Gordon has had the day off and would highly recommend her as well.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Rosedale Dental team - for first class service, from the time I made an appointment (phone conversation with your Receptionist), the Dental Assistant i.e. 'chairside nurse' who was helpful and reassuring, through to completion of work required to be done. I had a really good conversation with the Dentist, who answered all my questions then explained the different options available to give best result.

Fantastic experience: Dentists are often hard to like, since they cause a lot of pain and discomfort. However, Dr. Ko and his staff have impressed me for years with their honest efforts to be upbeat, prompt, find practical solutions for my dental issues, reduce treatment pain, and present alternatives. They listen to me, and have caring responses. I've been a patient for years, and can well-recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Gordon and the team for years, the reasons are quite simple; 1. I trust them. They are the sort of team that are honest and will only do work that is necessary. It's like finding a mechanic that tells it to you straight. 2. They care about thier clients. One time I caught the bus to their Albany clinic on the way home from work, only to realise I was suppose to be in Rosedale (my fault). Without hesitation Gilbert drove me himself, to Rosedale. That is customer service. 3. They are gentle. Going to the dentist sux, but they are gentle, methodical and pause often to check you are OK. That does a great deal to put your mind at ease. The Albany Dental Group are great.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Jack at Rosedale Dental for three years for my dental requirements. He’s an excellent dentist, who is thorough and professional. As Dr Jack has taken leave to enhance his professional accreditation, my checkup this time was with Dr June. She is a warm and friendly dentist who was well prepared, communicated clearly and had a lovely bedside manner. Her assistant was also friendly and made me feel at ease. My visit was for a check up and clean. I would highly recommend Dr June for all your oral health requirements.

I messaged the dentist via their website the same evening and was contacted first thing on the day after Boxing Day with an appointment. Fantastic experience: I had really great experience at Rosedale Dental branch yesterday. Dr June was very professional and she made me feel so comfortable. She did fantastic on my fillings, I did not feel so rushed at all and it was so nice that she put vaseline on my lips when it was getting dry while she was doing her work on my teeth. The place is very clean and the reception was friendly too.

Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed dental care from Dr Jack for a number of years. He is by far the best dentist I have ever had! His manner is gentle and extremely professional. I love the balance in his approach of intervening only when needed - which seems to me to require particularly fine judgement: not to be overly pro-active, but also to intervene when necessary. I also love how he discusses treatment options with me (and I presume also other patients), and involves me in decisions about what is the best solution when I need something done. This is completely outstanding! Thank you Dr Jack!

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for many years. Excellent, friendly, efficient and trustworthy. They also give great, honest, advice. I have saved myself money by finding out the truth about various products on the market, sold in stores and supermarkets, that actually don't do what they claim to do (ie: teeth whitening toothpaste and other whitening products - they contain a weak amount of ingredients and don't actually do anything).

Fantastic experience: Dr. Romanah Ahmed is a fabulous pediatric Dentist and really went out of her way to make my daughter feel comfortable during her dental check her knowledge and rapport building skills with kids are just awesome!
