Fantastic experience: Dr. Gloria did my ‘adult’ braces and I am so stoked with the outcome. I had a deep overbite that another dental clinic told me they couldn’t really do much with. Fantastic experience: Dr. Gloria has been helping me with my Invisalign and implant for almost 2x years. It has certainly been a long journey, but thanks to her considerate care and dedicated support, she made it much easier. She is incredibly professional, understanding exactly what I wanted for my teeth and providing highly constructive suggestions. Now that we’ve reached the end of this journey, everything looks perfect, just as we envisioned 2x years ago. Fantastic experience: Went to Northcote Dental Clinic to have fillings done, cleaning and pulled out Wisdom teeth. It's been several years since I last visited a dentist and I admit that I have been nervous but Dr Faustina is a very professional and patient dentist, she calmed my nerves and did all the job as required in a timely manner. Dr Faustina even assigned one of her staff to call me and ask my condition after she pulled out my wisdom teeth. Fantastic experience: I was more then happy with my recent dental experience especially what was needed to be done. This dental centre is first class.

Fantastic experience: I had a very pleasant experience getting two of my wisdom teeth pulled out (on the same side). The appointment was booked for two hours, but Dr Gloria Ching was very precise and efficient that it didn’t even take an hour. Dr Gloria amazed me, because I didn’t feel any force/pull when she was performing the surgery. In fact, my teeth were before my eyes before I knew it! It was surprising that I managed to recover within 3 days, which was much shorter than my previous experience of getting a single wisdom tooth taken out at another clinic. Furthermore, Dr Gloria was very kind to prescribe me liquid forms of Panadol and antibiotics, because I am still incapable of swallowing pills XD I am definitely coming back to get my last wisdom tooth pulled out here!

Dr Gloria Ching was meticulous in performing my overall oral health check and did not rush into providing a comprehensive consultation on the condition of my teeth. Went for fillings and felt comfortable throughout the treatment, with detailed processes explained every step of the way. Dr Ching was very friendly and approachable that I felt very safe under her care, she is multilingual too! Tooth fairy truly exists!

Negative experience: Very bad experience. unreliable dentist I never ever met before. My teeth gap get bigger and bigger after my wisdom teeth taken off by Ping Chen. And four wisdom teeth removal costs me $1500 which is totally not worth for money. I don’t even wanna pass that area again. This place is such a shame to NZ dental industry.

Negative experience: I went to my appointment on time. When I was filling the form, a walk-in came and said he has a toothache. The only dentist, Ping Chen, was so “nice” and “helpful” that how to relief his pain for almost one hour with no cost, while kept me waiting. During their talk, I tried to gently interrupt a few times because my little one seems no happy to be a small space for long time and already crying. After the walk-in gone, the dentist was very angry because my previous interruption, and said what I did was impolite, and it is normal to wait such long time even having an appointment. Ok, that was new and funny for me. If someone is free and having lots of time to kill then just go for here.

Fantastic experience: Have been here twice now for a scale and clean and check up. Both times was very very satisfied with the result and how thorough they were. My teeth felt super clean! also pricing is incredibly reasonable. Will be going again for my yearly check up!

Negative experience: Very very bad experience and very disappointed, will NEVER go again! Hoped there’s a zero or half star option for the review. The female dentist was very rude, terrible attitude and unprofessional, and talking non-stop with even revealing some other irrelevant customers/patients privacy only for her talking topics/instances during the treatment. And also even tried to overcharge it AFTER the dental cleaning was done - did not quote as such. Too much BS and disrespect to their customers/patients. Only the receptionist was good.

Negative experience: very disappointed, booked in for 4:30pm but until 5pm still told me I need to wait, the worst thing is compliant me to another patient behind my back. Be careful this one.

Negative experience: 拔牙后嘴里一直有异物感。复诊后只是反复说不是她（牙医）的问题，并隐晦说这是臆想。完全不听病人在说什么，一直强调自己专业。个人觉得至少在尊重别人（不打断病人说话）和服务态度方面非常不专业。请小心谨慎。 There has been a strange sensation in the mouth since tooth extraction. After the visit, I just repeated that it was not her problem and implied that it was imaginary. Completely ignore what the patient is saying, always emphasize their own professional. Personally, I feel at least unprofessional in respect for others (not interrupting patients) and service. Please be careful.
