Fantastic experience: I don’t like the dentist ,but my visit here is the best I’ve had no nonsense advise which I’m going to follow,great people recommend them highly by the way I’m 75 so I’ve seen a few dentists but by all accounts not enough thank you Chas and Remarkables crew

Negative experience: VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE MANAGER

Negative experience: I had an appointment booked, but they cancelled just 20 minutes beforehand—after I’d already called in sick at work to attend. The last-minute notice was really disruptive, and I was left frustrated with how it was handled.

Fantastic experience: Very organised, efficient, clean and modern. And the team are friendly and explain things very well, which is super important. Would thoroughly recommend

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years and continue to be impressed. The reception is always warm and welcoming, and the level of care is exceptional. Chas is an exceptional dentist, and the hygienists are thorough, gentle, and meticulous in their work. The clinic is conveniently located, with the added bonus of always having parking available right outside!

Fantastic experience: Appointments and any changes are always easy. Staff are very accomodating and understanding and the care given and shown by the dentists and hygienist is excellent. Jodie who handles reception and also assists the dentist and Ree Famoa my hygienist are simply the best!!!

Fantastic experience: Always an enjoyable experience (which is not always the case with some dental practices). Everyone in the practice is really friendly and I'd highly recommend them for a regular clean or any dental work.

Fantastic experience: I love Remarkables Dental because Rachel is a truly remarkable dental hygienist! She is so kind, patient, gentle, a great listener, very smart and gives awesome tips for dental care and wellbeing! This was my third visit to see Rachel- I booked for this appointment from Canada because I was excited to see Rachel again when I came back to Queenstown! A perfect, painless, and even a fun dentist visit! 10/10 would recommend Rachel!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service! I was dealing with severe tooth pain on a Saturday and called the dentist. Thankfully, they were able to fit me in the same day. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took care of me quickly and professionally, which was such a relief. I’m extremely grateful for their prompt and excellent care. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Chipped my front tooth and got it fixed by Joshua, who did a 10/10 job. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend going here if you have the same problem or just in general. Staff were also very friendly and good people.

Fantastic experience: Hadn't been to a dentist in about a decade and was a little nervous what it would be like but all the staff was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease.

Negative experience: I have to say the reception lady is very impolite, she doesn’t even talk or look at people. I am the regular patient of their hygiene cleaning. She wants to charge me $193 but the website shows $193 for first visit new patient and $160 for regular patient. The reception lady said she have no idea about the price on the website. So I need to pay $193. Are you guys kidding? You have no idea about the information that posted on your company website?? After I showed her the website page she said that’s for patient who comes every 6 months. So for the patient who booked late appointments is defined as non regular patient?? What a joke. Don’t make excuses for yourself. I was book the appointment on Jan but the clinic cancelled it on the appointment date so I rescheduled for March. I just couldn’t believe it was the customer service of a clinic that has been running in Queenstown for years. What a shame. I only paid $160 in the end by the way.

Negative experience: I came to my appointment at 0820am, having driven two hours to get there only to find that Remarkables Dental had sent me a text message 10 minutes earlier saying they cancelled my appointment. The receptionist didn't even bother to apologise when I walked in. The day prior I spoke to the same receptionist when she rang to confirm the appointment and said I would be driving from 6am to make it on time. They never bothered to call me, complete waste of my time, would never go back. Shocking customer service. IN RESPONSE TO FEEDBACK - No you did not call my phone at all, there would of been a missed call. Nor did you attempt to call me again if I was to have heard the phone calling while I was driving and known not to continue on the drive. The receptionist was blunt and rude, she couldn't of cared less when I walked in

Fantastic experience: Always a friendly welcome from receptionist. My hygienist is gentle and doesn’t butcher my mouth plus she sorted my gum disease so now I keep regular appointments to keep my gums healthy. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place. Attention is focused on finding what work to do. I made myself an attention that then broke. I asked that they explain to me how to proceed in that case and I had to pay everything again. It seems to be the only end to conbrar. Zero vocation of work in health.

Negative experience: Total heartless. I lost my job in covid. I have a broken tooth thats badly invected been living like this for weeks pain is over the top. I asked if i can come to them for help and pay it off they said NO pay cash

Negative experience: Booked an appointed online, got an email confirming the appointment, got all the way to the parking lot of the place when I got a phone call letting me know the dentist wasn’t actually available and I’d have reschedule. Waste of time don’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great intervention. I had a lot of pain and could not open my mouth because of a wisdom tooth. It has been removed very quickly and without pain. 3 days later, no more pain and could open mouth again. Very efficient, thanks.

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Chas at Remarkables Dental, it was refreshing to come to a dentist with a confident and thorough approach. My concerns were identified immediately and confirmed in x-rays. Chas was able to clearly communicate the issue and the extent of work that was required to be done now and the care that would be required in the future. I would highly recommend Chas and Remarkables Dental, great team.

Negative experience: Oh my goodness I had a terrible experience here. After emailing to check whether Anthony could help with my enquiry and told he could I was delt with in an extremely uncaring way. I went in thinking I was going to have impressions in order to replace my broken retainer brace, instead I got one persons narrow minded opinion, no attempt to fix my retainer and I was charged $80. Anthony basically explained that I wasn't his problem as I am on a work visa. He told me how terrible my jaw is and how astounded he was that I have no 'long term plan' for treatment. I'm still confused as to why they let me make the appointment if they were going to be so unhelpful. I am truely disgusted about the way I was spoken to.
