Fantastic experience: I had an appointment on Saturday ( Tooth Extraction ), and everything went well. Dr Simon Yam is very kind and he makes sure that you are feeling relax. Same with his assistant, they were both very kind and professional. Highly recommended and thank you very much for your magic hand. Pain-free!!!

Fantastic experience: I went in there with low expectations , my mouth has had 35 yrs of coffee smoking and coke . I did clean them daily and no trips to the dentist since I left school . anyway these guys fixed me up for under $2k 3 visits . I'm happy as hell . my job is to keep it up

Fantastic experience: I went to visit Justin and the team for an emergency extraction, and not only were they very professional but they were empathetic, understanding, non judgemental and downright fantastic. Justin explained how things work, and what to expect. Gave some advice and helped to make decisions. But the dental assistant... he is the heart of the practice. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing team. I have been to this dentist twice now and both times the staff were so comforting and gentle. The first time I removed my wisdom teeth and I was terrified but the team kept assuring I will be fine. Second time, I was a bit nervous about the big anesthetic needle and asked for a stress ball or something to squeeze and the assistant offered his hand !! Haha where can you find such service anywhere else these days? Keep up the good work !!! Yall make going to the dentist 1000000 x more bearable.

Negative experience: Very very expensive place my brother got the same service for a lot cheaper under 40 minutes of treatment costed me $930 dollars.

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience in this dentistry. She was very beginner and every session of my teeth lasted almost two hours and I sometimes fell asleep under her hand and secondly she was not able to completely empty the nerve of my tooth which caused my tooth to become severely infected and I could not eat anything. And when I told her that my tooth hurts, she gave me antibiotics and when my tooth didn't feel better after three days, another dentist called me and pulled the nerve again. After nearly a month, I still have pain in two filled teeth!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at botany family dentist. I had not been to a dentist in 5 years due to anxiety and past trauma (I was a braces child). . Soy and Mustafa were so understanding and kind. Each visit I had (I had 3 due to so much neglect) I became less and less scared. Before I used to hyperventilate and cry and now I am not scared at all!! Also reasonably priced.....for a dentist. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Service was nice but VERY expensive. Was quoted over the phone $150 for hygiene clean. At consultation was quoted $400 due to deep clean which blew my mind. Paid $481 as also charged a consult with dentist. Only bottom half done as suggested due to sensitivity which I didn’t mind. Was then told prior to my appt another charge of $400 for second visit. A total of $881 for a hygiene clean is too expensive for someone to pay. ——————————————————————————- Thanks for the reply to my review . Classy ☺️. The issue still remains, Expensive & I was quoted $400 at consultation not $800 which is nowhere near what I was originally advised. Maybe straightforward & better communication ‍♀️. Positive experience: This is a very professional dentist and they have friendly staff. This was a pleasant experience and I didn't even feel the extraction. The only issue was the estimated price one the phone and the final price was very different. Overall I would still recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I dont usually place reviews unless I feel the need to. I took my daughter here today for her first consultation for braces and oh my goodness. What an awesome team! They made my daughter (who was naturally a little nervous) feel so relaxed (..and not to mention made my little one happy by making small talk with her) Can't wait to start with my daughters braces treatment. Fantastic experience: Dont often review things but this is something I feel more than warrants a 5 star rating. The entire experience I had with the team from booking through to consult was fantastic. Extremely friendly, great follow ups around the appointments via text and emails. Greeted very genuinely by Jess at the front counter greeting me with my name upon arrival (little detail but I loved it). The dentist truly cared about sorting out the issue and gave me ALL relevant options/scenarios before proceeding any further. I have been to another practice recently where I had felt rushed, pushed out the door, not informed enough where I called this practice for a 2nd opinion. Have you ever been to the dentist and feel you aren't being given all the information you need to make an informed decision about how to proceed moving forward? I have. BUT This is a dental practice you can trust. He walked me through the options step by step, risk assessing each and really helped me decide on what was best for me. I cannot rate these guys enough. Special thanks go to Dr Sanchit Bhatia and Cora who stayed late (in their personal time) to help resolve my issue today rather than postpone it to a later day. Incredible dental practice. Fantastic experience: It's a pity you can only give 5 stars for this clinic...they deserve 10 STARS!. I'm going to make this short and to the point...I stopped going to dentist 20 years ago, didnt like the pain, the drilling noises etc...I had a fear of dentist. As you get older I guess you have to make that choice and find someone to drag you to the dentist like your wife! This clinic was my first choice and boy was I lucky. The clinic made me feel welcomed front desk - Jessica / Dr Sanchit they were great!!! Consultation was deep Dr San explained everything, I was still fearing the dentist though...but he assured me that everything will be fine even Jessica assured me. After my first session / treatment of 3.5 hours...I wanted to go back the next day I LOVED IT. But today was sad cause that was it for me for a little while. Thank you guys so much I now consider you all as my friends! Hand on Heart I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Botany Clinic. Behind Gull fuel Station.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at this place and honestly... my experience with the staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming. My baby had to get a consultation because she fell at daycare and hit her bottom jaw that unfortunately resulted with her first baby tooth extraction. I was dreading how she would react to the numbing part but she did great all thanks to Dr San Bhatia who was awesome with making my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed through out the whole procedure. I love how he interacted with her and she was so happy through it all she asked me when she will come back to see the nice doctor Thank you again to all other staff who assisted us from when we entered the front door! If only other dental practices were as friendly and efficient as them.

Fantastic experience: We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Kav Naidoo and her staff Yana and Dr.Bron Leong. My partner was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Yana and Bron was very patient with her and spend a lot of time trying to calm her down, they were very helpful and supportive through out the process. Dr. Kav is very professional and empathetic, he considered the situation and specially came to clinic on his birthday to do the surgery. Yana guided us with finance option which really helped.I highly recommend Dr. Kav Naidoo and his staff for everyone who wants to get their routine checks and dental surgeries.

Fantastic experience: Went in for an emergency procedure due to finding that they were the only dentists open during the lockdown a while ago and I was looked after by Doctor Bron. I had a root canal treatment done.The service was amazing, the place was well looked after and was very clean. The entire process was explained to me as to what was going to happen on that, wasn't pushy or persistent. The cost was also good in comparison to other places. Would recommend this dental clinic to everyone. I usually never write reviews but these guys were amazing and they really helped me tremendously in reducing the pain I was feeling on that day. Cant thank you guys enough

Negative experience: Personally the staff were very nice, but that's as good as it gets. First appt went well, well that's what i thought. I went in to get 2 fillings, one of which i ended up having to go elsewhere and get redone, i was told i needed 10 more fillings, i went to 2 other dentists and both had said i required 6, Big Difference. I was meant to go in for a second appt, something happened and the dentist i saw couldn't see me. I was given another dentist to see a little later for the same day, but 1 hour out from the appt i was told the other dentist didn't want to take over from work already started. Now it was school holidays so had taken the week off to spend with the kids. I had planned the day around this appt so to find out only 1 hour before the appt the other dentist didn't want to see me is not really acceptable. from my experience i would not recommend anyone to go to this place. I have now settled on Lumino Bontany and find them to be excellent. The 6 fillings included the 2 already done which I ended up having to get re done as there was still still a crack under the filling that had been missed..
