Fantastic experience: Very impressed with Wouter's service he is a great Dentist. I had an emergency and he took the time to fix my chipped tooth when other dentists did not want provide a temporary solution. He is very knowledgeable ,i would say a master of his craft. He takes care of his patients and do whats needed to fix the problem also he keep the treatment simple to not charge you an arm and a leg like some other dentists.He explained the next steps and how much it would cost which was less that expected. If you want value for money and a dentist you can trust he is your guy.

Fantastic experience: Colin Angelo is an absolute artist! I’ve spent my life terrified of dentists. Like avoided dentists for years due to my fear terrified. Now all of my fear is gone because of this unbelievable dentist. Some of the amazing things dr Colin Angelo does/did: - Got me rid of my fear of dentists! Nothing phases this man. His calmness is infectious. - I’ve had no pain. That man is brilliant! - He always tries to find the most cost effective solution. He can always find a more cost effective temporary solution (like rebuilding a tooth that broke in half using filling so I could avoid an implant. That tooth/filling lasted 5 years before I finally got the crown). Also: - the practice is clean - reception is efficient, funny, and nice - if you need a tooth pulled they have a brilliant surgeon. What more could you ask for?!

Fantastic experience: Faced my biggest fear yesterday- getting a tooth extraction under local anaesthetic. Many thanks to Dr Wouter du Preez, I did not even feel the numbing injections. I had no pain, swelling nor discomfort afterwards. He is a magician as a dentist. Always calm, professional & great at explaining everything & an expert dentist. I am extremely pleased that I’ve found such an experienced dentist.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday arvo, chewing on a very grainy piece of toast I blew out the side of a molar with a good old school amalgam filling. I phoned Greville Dental and as I was not in pain got an appointment for the next day. I absolutely !@#$%^& abhor sitting in a dentist’s chair. Wouter (Wokter) was the dentist and Naomi his assistant that looked after me. I am so impressed with Wouter. His demeanour, descriptiveness of the issue, the procedure and the execution were amazing. During the procedure I went from the grimacing, white knuckle, eye clenching, heart racing, unhappy camper to calm chatty happy camper. Thank you Naomi, who is a sweety, and to you Wouter for a job appreciatively and expertly done. P.S. the front of house crew are pretty cool too. Regards, Alan

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I made an x-ray that showed bone loss near the wisdom tooth. I went to my previous dentist who extracted wisdom tooth on the opposite side before. He saw this x-ray but said that extraction is not needed just root canals. And now it turns out that the Greville Dentist team was right and I need to urgently do wisdom tooth extraction.

Fantastic experience: From the first day I have stepped foot into this office, I have found nothing but professionalism and skilled individuals. This is a new and very, very clean facility. I have never been one to like going to the dentist, I’ve just never had good experiences with them. But Dr. Liesl-Mari and her staff changed my attitude about going to the dentist as a whole. She was very informative and helped me understand everything that was going on with my teeth and exactly how it should be dealt with. Then the staff was just the icing on the cake. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Grevile Dental.. I met Wouter after cracking a tooth. Nice to find a dentist who didn't jump straight to a filling but said it would be fine to just file it smooth. Sorted in a few minutes and at much less than I was expecting.

Fantastic experience: A dental appointment is a thing a person tries to avoid . But I had an issue with severe toothache and my husband called and they managed to squeeze me in and a saw Liesl, she said I needed a root canal and that scared the hell put of me . Long story short , I had that last week. Followed by my wisdom teeth surgery this morning with Dr Muammar Abu-Serriah. Both times I was made so comfortable with harldy any pain . Even the reception ladies are helpful, friendly and so attentive. Its taken me 40 years to feel uncomfortable with a dentist . Thank you to the whole team for making a very scared and precious person feel so well looked after .

Fantastic experience: Just on my drive to work after having a molar implant from doctor Wouter. I would have to say the best dentist I've had in my life. After having dentists in both the UK and New Zealand. Very professional at organised reception team with exceptional communication. Getting a tooth implant is a daunting idea. But I was made to feel at ease through the whole process. They were very good at explaining each step full stop would definitely recommend

Positive experience: Actually I love this dental and I worked with Colin for multiple times and he helped me a lot. But once I recommended Greville Dental to my wife (she made appointment with another doctor), when we came there 20 minute earlier, we started the long waiting, until 30 minutes passed the original appointment time, someone finally came out to get her in. We just waited for more than 40 minutes, and no one explained anything to us for such a long wait, which also caused us to miss another appointment 45 minutes later. No apologies, too. I understand that the doctors could be busy, but non-native English speakers customers are also customers, at least when you need them to wait for more than 30 minutes, they need to know a reason.

Fantastic experience: Removed my wisdom tooth 2 years ago and another !!!3!!! just yesterday. Although, it was a challenge to hold my diarrhea during the operation, but all went good. The teeth went out, the stool kept inside. The only thing, the doctor promised me cookies for such inconvenience, cose diarrhea was actually side effect of antibiotics he prescribed to me prior to the extraction, but I am still very happy with the service. To get Tramadol prescription was better than cookies! Thanks fro that. Nice laddies on reception as well. I hope I will never see you again, guys, for obvious reason (cesareans was not to scary as dental procedure), but I am happy to share this good feedback and wish you all the best. Thank you

I did have to wait a little bit, but it was 100% worth it, and I would gladly wait to see her again. Excellent service. Highly recommend this dentist to anyone!

I must commend Greville Dental on helping me during L4 lockdown but especially Dr. Liesl-Mari for her friendly and gentle manner. I felt at ease and relaxed. Fantastic experience: For nearly a decade, I put off visiting the dentist due to the bad experiences I had as a child. But Liesl-Mari has convinced me that exceptional, pleasant dentists do exist (and they're not people to avoid at all costs). Thank you for slowly making me feel better about visiting, Liesl-Mari. Fantastic experience: I had my oral surgery in May 2021. I would like to say a huge thanks to Dr Muammar Abu-Serriah OMF Surgeon for his professionalism. I had difficult lower wisdom teeth (impacted) and other surgeons did not want to take the risk to remove them because the teeth were too close to the jaw nerve. There was a risk of losing feeling for lower lip and chin. I was looking for a professional and experienced surgeon because I was not happy with other doctor's opinion. When I first saw Dr Muammar, he has checked my impacted teeth and said that he will remove them, even though he said, this will not be an easy surgery. After the surgery I was recovering for over 10 days, but then I had a follow-up appointment and Dr Muammar said that healing is going well. 10 days was long recovery but that was my individual reaction to post-surgery time. I trusted to the surgeon from the first time I have visited him. He is very experienced surgeon, always recommends what you can do in a particular situation, says straight to the point, successfully deals with difficult impacted teeth. I highly recommend to have an appointment with Dr Muammar and have him as your surgeon. Also, I would like to say thank you to the customer service team - reception ladies, who are always follow-up and keep contact with you. Fantastic experience: Had all four of my wisdom teeth removed here by Dr Muammar Abu-Serriah, was prepared for horrible pain during recovery where I had to be on constant painkillers, as that's what others had told me was their experience with wisdom tooth removal. However, I only ever felt mild pain post-surgery, and after two days I don't even need to be on painkillers at all. The surgeon did an amazing job and stitched me up excellently with no problems, leading to a very speedy recovery and hardly any pain. I was however in the waiting room for over an hour after my appointment time, and I was not provided with gauze after my surgery which led to me having to hold a tissue in my mouth so that blood would not run down my chin without me noticing (due to numbness) which did happen once I left the clinic. Aside from that, all went well, staff were very understanding and friendly.

Positive experience: Had a wisdom tooth removed from the surgeon that visits the clinic. One receptionist was nice and reassured me when I told them I was anxious as hell about the removal. The removal was okay, but I was told nothing about what to expect after the surgery other than to take it easy and that I would be given a script and not to rinse my mouth. The other receptionist working then printed out an instruction sheet and told me to read it. When I asked about taking all the medications that I was prescribed at the same time I was snapped at with a yes. I get that it's a busy clinic but I felt that I was just being rushed out the door as soon as I'd had the removal. My mouth is still bleeding, I was given no extra gauses or advice on what to do. For $700, I'd expect a little more

Negative experience: Dr Colin was somehow popular but I’m not impressed. He had the referral and x Ray I sent through but didn’t bother to check or do some homework before my appointment. Instead he asked if I want just check up. After I mentioned the referral he spent some time to read then just process, without discussion of plan what’s best for me or explanation what to expect. 15mins done and I was sent to receptionist to pay and book two more appointments without any discussion. Also Husband spent heaps of money here to fix his teeth, but they refuse coldly and arrogantly to offer any family discount. With similar price I d rather go somewhere else with much better service. Will not come back.

Fantastic experience: So glad I found them. Dr Colin is a wonderful dentist who truly cares for his patients. He will also not do unnecessary dental work like I have experienced in the past with other dentists. Dr Kazuha is also an excellent mouth hygienist and the reception team is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had to come in for an emergency wisdom tooth remova today, and I have to say I am so beyond impressed with the team at greville, the surgeon was incredible and the nurses went above and beyond to help me feel safe an comfortable. I came in all alone because of the virus restrictions, but everyone was so kind and understanding. Shout out to the lovely nurse who had to hold my hand during the procedure, you're an absolute angle. Thanks for taking such good care of me. I will most definitely be using greville again in the future

Fantastic experience: I snapped an incisor off flush with the gum. Thought it was going to take many days and much money to fix. Fortunately I was able to retrieve the broken tooth. Dr Riaan v d Linde squeezed my in, without an appointment, replaced the tooth within 20 minutes by drilling out both sides and shaping a steel pin by hand in a jiffy, and glued it back! Worked a treat and at a mighty impressively low price. Top service! And better value.

Negative experience: My husband visited this dentist, it is the most expensive filling he's ever had!! At $670.00 how do you justify this price!! Never again!! Service was ok but way! Way!! Over priced and nothing explained to you!! Stay clear!!!
