Fantastic experience: I had a traumatic experience as a 7 year old going to an oral surgeon to get my broken front tooth fixed. This past trauma makes going to the dentist a personal challenge (and a challenge to the dentist!) Dr G and all the staff were supportive of my needs. The professional and caring nature of Dr G meant that my dental and emotional needs were meet! A+ Thanks team!

Fantastic experience: As a new patient to 'Dr G', my experience was second to none. Both he and his nurse made me feel incredibly at ease and as if they had all the time in the world. Dr G was thorough in obtaining my history and listened intently to what I had to say. He fixed a previous filling to the best of his ability, avoiding extraction. He is very gentle and continually asks how you are as he works. I have to say I have never experienced such wonderful care from a dentist in my entire life and this also is extended to the entire team, from the front desk to the nurses, to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a few extractions in my life and yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Nitesh Gangadin at Fraser Dental. This would have to be the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental practice. No pain, super quick and easy process and the friendliest staff. I highly recommend and I will be spreading the word.

Fantastic experience: Always been anxious about going to the Dentist traumatised in the days of rough dental nurses, lucky Charlotte has always put me at ease and the staff are always friendly.

Negative experience: Disappointed. The dentist was unnecessarily rude and trying to intimidate. Made claims and implied things which were untrue. Felt the entire episode was very unpleasant.

Fantastic experience: Just had 8 fillings with Dr Charlotte Leabourn. It was a breeze. She was gentle, considerate and checked in constantly throughout the appointment. It didn't hurt at all which I was surprised at. My first constult a few weeks before was informative and efficient. I had xrays done (very affordable in my opinion) and an exam and then we discussed the results along with my concerns and needs. Dr C Leabourn created a treatment plan that was the gold standard. I was then able to select what I wanted from the treatment plan based on my current financial situation, knowing I can go back at anytime to complete the course of treatment to achieve my ideal teeth outcome. I traveled from Snells Beach, past Warkworth (over an hour drive), to seek this dental care as I had heard wonderful things from my clients where I work. Reception are lovely and helped me with my southerncross payments also. Amazing practice, highly recommend Thanks Fraser Dental for giving me my health and confidence back

Negative experience: Good administration and booking system. I did feel the dentist who saw me was not very good at educating me about my problem. I was between 19- 20 years old, the dentist was 20 mins late to the appointment and then looked in my mouth for what felt short of 1 minute. He didn’t introduce himself and then proceeded to tell me I had a filling. That was the first filling I ever had, I just got told I had a filling and this is how much you need to pay to fix it. I struggled to trust the dentist and felt I was just being ripped off, because I barely spent 5mins with the dentist, had to pay for the consult and then to go back another time to do the filling. I got the filling done. I think it went well and it’s a good job, hard to know and again minimal explanation was provided on the procedure. In the future I would ask the dentists to be more educational and explain his steps to help me feel more at ease and understand why he is doing what he is doing and why it’s important.

Fantastic experience: I can’t stand the dentist and they were friendly, caring and let me know everything they were doing. A very gentle and caring dentist.
