Primecare Dental Papatoetoe

Fantastic experience: As much as I hate going to the dentist with a passion - Primecare Dental Papatoetoe is the place to go. All of the staff are lovely. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in by the lovely wahine at reception, she remembered my name when I walked in. The dental assistant is lovely - Dr Joel is also highly thorough, open and helps you understand what needs to be done in a friendly way. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: So thankful for the beautiful staff of this clinic! Taking three charged-up kids in after school was a challenge but the dental assistant was honestly magical while interacting with them, and the dentist was so kind and patient explaining everything to me regarding my 4yo's tooth situation, while the little ones were getting over excited being in a new environment. I highly recommend and am so appreciative of this teams professional and personable conduct - Thanks so much, guys!

Positive experience: I was happy with the treatment at Primecare dental. No complaints. I will continue to go there

Negative experience: Desk staff friendly, dentist was rude and entitled. They charge $65 for consultation, then also quoted $330 - $390 for EACH composite filling. Required 3 fillings so total $1115 for fillings, and needed an extraction - was quoted $428! Total $1543!! I went to dentist across the road and got extraction done for $150 and 3 fillings for $500. Total $650! I do not recommend this practice, they are overcharging and you are just paying more for low quality vinyl plank flooring and a rude attitude.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist for those that remember the 'murder houses' at school, the service provided puts aside the fear. Joel is marvellous with dealing with patients who are nervous. He does an excellent job and explains well what may or may not be needed.

Fantastic experience: Overall experience I felt comfortable, happy and safe. The environment was welcoming and peaceful. Customer service from the staff were great. Communication was clear. Best dental place I’ve been too in a while. Would highly recommend and I’d somewhat like to go back there again ☺️ Dr Chase Stephen’s was clear about the procedure and making sure I was ready, comfortable and good and he did an excellent job. Came in nervous and scared but I left happy and relieved. Prime Care Dental staff were amazing

Fantastic experience: I always get anxiety attack whenever I go for any dental procedure, but my dentist at Primecare, Papatoetoe showed a lot of patience and treated me in a very professional manner. They also have an excellent follow up plan whereby a few days later they call to check on how I was doing. Thanks for a great job done.

Fantastic experience: Was in much pain and very tired after a weekend enduring discomfort. Needed very urgent dental help, and with the help of Ambulance staff they arranged my urgent tooth extraction with Patricia and team. So thankful to Dr Patricia Liew and her team. Patricia calmly talked to me re *the before and after op* and she kindly did the same during the procedure. They will totally ease your nerves. Totally recommend and thank you again Papatoetoe Dentalcare team. Faafetai tele.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff and kind and do their job properly

Fantastic experience: Extremely pleased with my experience. Very very patient with me gentle and friendly. I am in a wheel chair and while the doors were quite narrow I still was able to navigate the doors. The only recommendation I would make is was a little tough to get through the front doors (but didn't mark them down for this) self opening doors would make it easier.

Fantastic experience: I felt comfortable with the workers at Primecare. They check up on me during my appointments asking if I’m ok and making sure that I was comfortable ☺️ They are also very caring and genuinely wanting to help me.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Custom service is excellent. Was treated with respect and I was fully informed of all risks for procedures. My appointment was cancelled due to sickness but I was contacted quickly and reschedueling was easy. The procedure had a great outcome. Will be using them for all my dental needs.

Book work done fast and x ray done in time and then i was on the chair chatting with the dentist and within no time to waste my work was done and dusted ..the receptionist at the mangere bridge br.called and made the booking. Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of a trip to Primecare Dental in Papatoetoe. I am an extremely anxious patient and the staff were friendly and reassuring and went out of their way to ensure my comfort as I was on crutches after the accident. They did a great job correcting my four front teeth which had been smashed out by the footpath. It was quick, pain free and looked after my future teeth and gum health. He was very gentle, knowledgeable, and talked me through the whole process. The staff were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable the moment I walked through the door. I went in for a routine check-up and was very happy with my teeth clean as recommended by Dr. Sanchit Bhatia who was very thorough, professional and showed genuine care. Overall great staff, service and the cleanest practice I have seen in Auckland.

Fantastic experience: Having a tooth extraction with Dr San was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. Both Dr San and his assistant went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed at every step of the process. Also very reasonably priced. $250 for my extraction and a free check-up next week! I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental care, especially those who are normally nervous with dentists.
