Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed and Would Not Recommend when I tell you the way I feel violated doesn’t even add up to how distraught I am by the quality of service I received by the dentist keffe What she did to me is so unacceptable I had planned to get two teeth on my upper molars fixed one being on either side When I arrived this woman claimed the money Started on the wrong side of my mouth and shaved down six teeth my bike is so off it is starting to change the way I look and How I eat food and everything keep her mind she shaved into teeth that we’re not needing to be filled for at least a good couple years if not forever but This dentist uses cheap quality glass composite fillings these fillings are not permanent they are temporary meaning they last five years I am now having to pay thousands of dollars to have all of the work corrected that I have had done at team dental And I requested my money back and the clinic has said that they stand behind this dentist so I have now had to make a complaint to the New Zealand health , With the cheap Fillings they put in people’s teeth what happens is the filling separates from the tooth over time and food and stuff will get stuck underneath causing more bacteria to grow without you even knowing It can also damage the tooth entirely like break it in half Please do not go to the dentist I’m not even sure if she is qualified to standard.. Absolutely shocking I feel used Please wish me luck in getting my money back. I went to Team Dental for pain on the left side of my teeth and using assistance that had been granted to me on my visit we originally pained to do a tooth on the left side of my face. However, the dentist encouraged me to consider doing additional work, which we briefly discussed. I trusted her professional opinion. To my shock, when I arrived for the treatment, she started working on the opposite side of my mouth. I assumed she might have been starting with the other work we discussed first but I later found out she had drilled into teeth we never agreed on. And when I discussed the left side she was baffled and couldn’t even find an x-ray for the left side , but I never gave my consent for the other teeth she threw in for “Free” I was numb, and when I realised i emailed straight away but to make it worse, the fillings she “ added in” for “free” caused me soo much pain that would have been avoided if she had have not touched them and I had to return to have it corrected , She also replaced another filling again, without my consent. The two teeth we did agree on were done in such a rushed manner that they now feel fused together. My bite still feels completely off, I have had the worst migraine since my teeth done here and drooling, she did the whole all of the top right teeth 4 teeth all in one go and now my teeth are sensitive, and I’m still experiencing discomfort. When I brought this up, she simply told me “everything looks fine,” and that she didn’t file any teeth down but I can feel it and dismissed it telling me that she has been doing this for 20 years . I am literally distraught. I put my trust in this dentist to take care of me, and she completely violated that trust. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone. Save your money, and your peace of mind go elsewhere. And do your research oh and to make it worse I now have to go elsewhere and have it all corrected and pay for it all over again and get my tooth fixed that I originally went in for I am literally distraught

Fantastic experience: Very professional practise, yet they make you feel at home during not so pleasant times with Dental issues. I had to have 2 teeth extracted on 2 seperate occasions in the last few weeks. A real pleasure dealing with reception and Kefi, whom made my Dental Experiences fast, expedient and above all as painless as possible. I've found my new Dentistry, and will be back as required. Fantastic experience: Was in a lot of pain with my tooth. Entered and was met with a warm welcome from both Leia and Alex and the front desk. Was assured I’d be seen to in a prompt manner. The dentist work was of a high standard and I left feeling satisfied and felt at ease once the pain had subsided. Would recommend this practice to others.

Fantastic experience: Recently had a dental check up with the lovely crew at Team Dental Bealey. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm and friendly face. I then met the dentist with again another friendly and caring manner. My check up went well too, I was greatly informed of any findings and things that would benefit from being treated as a preventative measure. Costs were informed right there on the spot. Will be returning for my future dental treatments. Cheers guys really good service!

Negative experience: Warning”‼️ I had discussed with the dentist four teeth on either side of my upper molars and 2 bring on the lower on arrival we had planned to do my left upper tooth and she numbed my right side I just thought we were starting on the right side no big deal she numbed me and filled 4 teeth and doing three teeth that we did not discuss I had complications with those teeth that she had drilled into keeping in mind she did this all within 45 minutes that’s 4 teeth in 45 minutes One of them were so badly done I was in pain the moment I left and she didn’t believe that I was telling the truth she also left composite all over the sides of my teeth which were scratching up against my cheeks after the numbing wore off I had to scrape it off with my keys how unprofessional was that disgraceful. she just told me it was sensitivity although I was in excruciating pain , those teeth had to be replaced and each time I returned I had complained about my bite being off with keffe from the start she just said “oh your fillings are too high “ she had already taken so much off she was just shaving more into my tooth making the bite even worse. She would say “let’s take some off she ended up shaving the teeth too much making my bite so off . it wasn’t even funny instead of just replacing the filling and doing it again the day I turned up to have the original side done It turned out that the tooth she took upon herself to fill just to “quickly add in for free” those are her words was cracked and is now having to be extracted. I am absolutely devastated . And in her head she corrected my bite Instead she shaved down my molars my bite was so off it wasn’t even funny I gave her the benefit of the doubt and on the day I went in to have my Original tooth done on my left upper molar Keeping in mind on that same appointment , was to Corrected the bite She did not “ and just made it worse some of my teeth don’t even touch in places and I have been drooling since and after She told me that they had run out of time I was almost in tears she couldn’t find my x-ray although I had paid for 2 of them I honestly just felt used and like an idiot for going to this dentist It was almost like I was an inconvenience to her . she then numbed me did it anyways because her other client had left apparently and after she finished filling those teeth she told me that she just took away the discolouration that apparently there was nothing wrong with these teeth although she was the one that told me that I needed to make an appointment to have those filled as soon as possible and she didn’t even give me a proper filling I believe she just shaved the teeth down put a little filling composite on it to make it more balanced with the other side so that my bike was no longer off therefore meaning she pretty much shaved down all four of my upper molars shame on this clinic are so very shameful. I had asked for my money back so that I could go elsewhere because there was no way in hell I was going back to see this woman and in the nicest way possible and they have given every excuse under the sun when they know that I’m not in the wrong I have now had to go to another dentist out-of-pocket that I’ve already spent with team dental so keep in mind almost triple $$$ because she drilled into more teeth than we discussed this woman ruined my teeth keffe ruined my teeth I have had the worst headaches you can imagine my teeth don’t even touch in places she ruined my bite and teeth are now needing to be If that doesn’t scream horror story I don’t know what does she told me that I had to prove it before she would give my money back my warning to you all do not go to her you will regret it and it will cost you further down the track I don’t know if maybe she was having a bad day but don’t take the risk these are your teeth she does not take care of her clients or her patients we are just a dollar bill to her That is shameful

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with the Team Dental team at Bealey. I have had two emergency appointments in the last month or so and each time the team from reception to the Dentists and support team have been so lovely, caring and kind. Everything is explained and time is taken to build a relationship which helps so much when you are in pain. Today we also had a laugh which a trip to the dentist doesnt usually inspire!! Rates are explained and they are very reasonable. There is also a pharmacy adjacent to the practice which makes it very easy to get what you might need. I HIGHLY recommend Team Dental Bealey as a Team who deliver excellent dental care with warmth and caring. Many thanks to the team :)

Fantastic experience: Dentist kefi & her understudy were fantastic, especially as they were dealing with a nervous customer awaiting a tooth extraction. The lady on the desk was very sweet & friendly. Whole experience was swift & professional, price was resonable & i was in & out within 45 minutes

Fantastic experience: it was my first visit to Team Dental Bealey, the team were amazing, starting with Sammy when i made my appointment via the phone, then Sammy again when i came in for my appointment and my Dentist Kefi would be the best i have ever experienced, not only a lovely person but very professional and very thorough with her examination and explained everything throughout the procedure, keep up the good work Team.

Fantastic experience: Got me in SUPER quick, as in like, on the very same day I made the enquiry. Hazel, the dentist assistant was friendly and on the ball, Kefi, my dentist, was an absolute doll, and Alex, the practice manager, was a treasure. I highly recommend going in. I went in for an urgent desensitizing, and I was in and out in under an hour. Not only that, the whole thing was less than $100! As a uni student, every penny saved is worth its weight in gold, so having such a lovely experience at such an affordable price is just wonderful. Thank you Team Dental Bealey!!

Fantastic experience: Needed an urgent dental appointment and was accommodated by Bealey location today for my niece,we were welcomed and greeted at reception by a lovely lady,and were taken by the dentist promptly for consultation,from the first interview as to what was my nieces problem,this wonderful young man Ching investigated the tooth in question,and with expertise found what was the cause of nieces pain,this dentist was so patient with the niece and her problem,treated her with amazing care,she was so happy when we left and was full of appreciation of treatment received,based on this one visit we will not hesitate to return,we were fully kept informed through out the whole procedure,was brilliant,and again a huge Thankyou to Ching for his care and the treatment administered!

Fantastic experience: Look, I am not ashamed to say that I really dislike going to the Dentist, just walking into a practice can make me quake but Team Dental in Bealey Ave have changed me! My treatments so far have left me wondering what it is I worry about? I guess it must hark back to the old National Heath Clinics when I was a kid in the UK. The fear of having teeth pulled with a pair of pliers, fillings using what felt like a jackhammer... all left me mentally scarred.. BUT NO MORE, Thanks Team Dental Bealey, I look forward to my next visit: Maybe you should be called Team Gentle Dental! :-)

Fantastic experience: THIS IS A RECOMMENDATION : Two years ago I met Shweta who was relieving at the location of my appointment. Before any major work was undertaken Shweta explained the options and answered all my questions with the pros and cons. I was very impressed with her technical ability , skill and great care she took throughout a procedure to ensure a high quality result . As a consequence I switched and became a patient of hers at Team Dental Bealey Christchurch.

Fantastic experience: Attended to make a booking when available, advised one available then. Receptionist very friendly and professional, procedure prompt and efficient, explained clearly and left a very happy client. I had attended once previously and was very satisfied with result, hence my return visit. Would recommend Team Dental Bealey to anyone and will be attending again when necessary.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly team, transparent about costs and also an easy claim partner with Southern Cross. Rarely have I felt so welcomed at a dentist. While I was on the chair they explained what they were doing while they were doing it, which was nice. Location is convenient too, right next door to a pharmacy where I was able to pick up a product the dentist recommended to me. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have had two fillings and my treatment has been superb. I am very nervous at dentists after a bad experience some years ago in the UK. I explained this to Shweta and she has been so caring and explained everything to me. I feel I now have gained trust again in dentists and I am having another filling next week, by choice!!! Fantastic experience: Went in with a cracked tooth and Shweta was really good consulting and providing me with all my options clearly. Did a really good job saving the original tooth very happy with the service and definitely recommend her. Receptionist was also really nice to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of going to the dentist, but at times you HAVE TO pay a visit to your dentist. Entering Team Dental Bealey and chatting with the very friendly receptionist, made me so much at ease. My experience of a Molar removal was not bad at all. My dentist understood my fear and both her and her assistant made me feel relaxed and the extraction was over quickly and PAINLESS. After this experience I will return more regularly instead of waiting until the pain sets in. Thanks so much, Team Dental Bealey!

Negative experience: My god had a teeth clean with Michelle yesterday and it would have been the worse 30 minutes ever...spoken to as if I was a child...after stopping her four times due to pain...I ask for pain relief I was told pain is better than having a numb face for the rest of the afternoon...left as quickly as my feet would go never again. Kefir is a sweetheart went back yesterday and she gave me pain relief and antibiotics I am feeling much better today

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency filling whilst away on holiday after chipping a molar. These guys managed to fit me in the very next morning, were very friendly and did a fantastic job! Wasn’t over priced either!

Fantastic experience: I must say I was VERY nervous after a terrible experience at my last dentist in Riccarton. Team Dental is truly amazing. Super professional, lovely staff who actually care about you and are not only after your money. I was told by my last dentist that my bridge would need to be replaced at a cost of over $6K. Team dental not only saved my bridge but did a wonderful job with my root canal and somehow kept my nerves at bay. I highly recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Team Dental for providing such a friendly and efficient dental checkup and x-ray experience from first walking in the door to leaving. Although 5 years since my teeth were last checked, dentist Kefi and assistant Kate ensured I was comfortable and informed throughout the examination. The practice, being located on the corner of Madras Street and Bealey Avenue, was easy to get to, with good parking facilities.
