Throughout your most recent time with us, we did our best to accommodate your needs. Our team showed patience, understanding, and flexibility around multiple appointment booking changes. At your actual appointment, Maria did not treat you and acted in your best interest by recognsing that you were not ready to proceed with treatment. Maria followed the Dental Council of New Zealand’s guidance and offered a referral to a more suitable provider so that you could receive care in a setting better aligned with your needs. Your feedback to us is unjustified. We genuinely hope you find a dental team that feels right for you and can provide the support you’re looking for.
