Fantastic experience: Professional - extremely knowledgeable - attention to detail - thorough I have a fear of dentist. I also have quite complicated teeth. I have always found extremely difficult trusting a dentist. After moving to New Zealand from London a few years ago I tried another well known dentist that was supposed to be one of the best but was so disappointed that I avoided going to the dentist for 2 years. I really struggled finding someone that I would be comfortable with, someone that has great knowledge, fantastic technical expertise and also someone that would deliver aesthetically to my extremely high standards. After having the first procedure with Brendon I can confidently say that he ticked all of the above boxes. I am so happy I found someone so capable!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had bad tooth pain and was given an appointment the same day which was brilliant. After a consultation Brendon Johnson went through my options..... Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Johnson&Johnson Dental enough. Had unknown toothache and couldn't get a clear understanding of it from other clinics due to lack of facility. J&J has a lot of high tech facility and Dentist Christine is so friendly and experienced that she did a lot of testing and went beyond to reassure me of her findings. Every step was well explained and reasonable price too. Best dental experience I had so far.

Fantastic experience: I have always found Johnson and Johnson very supportive and empathetic. I was nervous and I was put at ease and started to relax during treatment. I have found all the staff to be very polite and cannot speak highly enough of my dentist, she is very professional whilst being compassionate to your needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I went to this dentist to have a routine clean. During this consult the dentist hygienist was lovely and supportive. The male dentist came in Mr Johnson and spoke at me for 10 minutes. He was disrespectful, threatening and lacked care and concern. He didn't bother to explain things he was saying unless I asked and then left. He suggested some bizarre recommendations. I would not recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I normally hate going to the Dentist unless something is really wrong with my teeth as I have a real fear but since I’ve been going to Johnson and Johnson I can actually say I don’t mind going . They look after you and make you feel really comfortable. They are such lovely caring people

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this dentist for over ten years. The service is excellent in every respect. My dentist, Christine Johnson is friendly, communicates well and makes me comfortable during dental procedures. I feel I am treated like a human being not like an object in a dentist chair. Communication throughout treatment are excellent. I am kept aware of costs through accurate quotes and options. On occasions the work has been done under what was initially quoted. The dental hygienists are friendly, competent and attend to my comfort during dental cleaning. During my last appointment I treated by Annalise Wood. She proved to be an excellent communicator, very important to me as I am profoundly deaf, have a cochlear implant and being in a dentist’s chair presents unusually difficult communication problems. The practice makes time available at short notice when a dental problem arises, and I have been able to get an appointment at short notice on a couple of occasions. When early for one of these I was given a biscuit and a cup of coffee. I am interested in technology. The practice keeps up to date with technology and are well informed about current best procedures in dentistry. In addition to the usual x ray equipment, they have a state-of-the-art binocular microscope, 3D printer and a scanner all of which have been used to my advantage while undergoing dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: Got toothache Wednesday, Christine saw me Thursday, decided to see how pain developed (which you have to do). Saw her today and had root canal due to her rescheduling other patients. Great service.

Hygienist staff are great. Building is wheelchair accessible which is helpful when my mum also goes for her dentist appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had a consultation with Dr Brendon Johnson yesterday regarding my need for some replacement crowns. I have been extremely impressed, reassured and comforted by the thoroughness with which he has reviewed the current state of my teeth, particularly with regard to the state of one tooth which promises potential complications. I was very glad Brendon offered resssurance of his ongoing availability after surgery to ensure the ongoing best possible outcome.

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Christine Johnston my wonderful dentist, One of the benifts of going to a dentist for a long time (40 + years) is that the next generation Brendon and Christine have continued the wonderful work that father and father in law Craig started a long time ago. Christine is a real professional through and through nothing is too much trouble she has a great sense of humour and she makes the journey usually dreaded by a lot of people a comparable pleasurable experience. The cost of my proceedure was reasonable. Christine took time to give me options from the most expensive to the bottom of the line prices. I have become used to hearing a balanced reasoning from her not a full out sales pitch. Thanks Johnston and Johnston Dental staff for an excellemt experience.

So the fact that Brendon and his team take good care of my anxiety and teeth is the best possible customer care I could hope for. I've never had a problem with any work Brendon has done, which is great; who wants to go to the dentist more often than needs be, or to tell them they done something wrong? I don't write many reviews, this is my second here, and about my 6th ever. So I am very confident in my recommendation of Brendon and his team for anyone seeking quality work at an honest and fair price.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of the Dr's Johnson for many years, they always give consistent knowledgeable treatments that last. I am always fully informed and come away with clean bright white teeth. My last major bit of work was an urgent ceramic inlay to replace an ageing filling that had finally given out - all work was done in house and 3 hours later I had a serviceable tooth that has lasted till this day and I expect for many years to come. You would have to go a long way to find a more pleasant dental experience.
