Her music playlist is a must during your dental visit! Thank you!! I’ve been coming here since I was young, and honestly, this is the best dental clinic I’ve ever visited! Southern Care Dental makes you feel truly welcomed, and Dr. Lorraine is incredibly helpful, informative, kind, and patient—especially since I always get anxious about dental visits. Their prices are also very reasonable and affordable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had to get my two wisdom teeth out. Dr Jung was great in explaining what I needed to get done, what were the risks, and how the surgery would go. Thorough and professional it gave me great confidence as it can be scary. Mandy on front desk is a star. Fantastic experience: I'm always really nervous in medical settings- often to the point of fainting. The dentists here did an excellent job with my 4 tooth extraction today and at keeping me calm, they played music for me, talked to me comfortingly, and I was even sedated so hardly remembered a thing! Despite there being a couple potential complications everything went absolutely perfectly and we were out of there fairly quickly. Would highly recommend!

The price was so cheap and reasonable compared to everywhere else and My mother was made to feel at ease throughout the whole process. Negative experience: i found the service to be fairly nice however it is absurdly overpriced. when i came for a clean/check up, (an xray is apparently mandatory); just shy of $300. seeing as i was there for a mere 15-20min i see this as daylight robbery. along with a misunderstanding when it came to my review of my current veneers of 3years- alluding to replacing and paying for them if not happy, when they were the practice who did them. however then go on to mention more veneers on-top perfectly good teeth? i dont get it, average practice tbh one of the last times i visit

Fantastic experience: I was referred here from another dentist. By far the best dental treatment I have had, apart from the slight pinch of one of the injections at the start there wasnt any discomfort at all. Dr Park was great and talked me through everything before during and after. Highly recommend. The above was from 2019, I just saw Dr Jungin Park again, this time for fillings. He is fast, friendly and SO good at what he does. Seeing a dentist is never ideal but Dr Park makes the process as quick and pain free as possible. Couldnt recommend him any higher

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of visiting dentists and would honestly have chosen to relive the birth of my 10lbs baby than face the complex wisdom tooth surgical extraction I needed. Dr Park was fantastic! I don't remember a thing about the procedure and the recovery was easier than things he had warned me about. His assistants are calm and friendly too. I cannot recommend Dr Park highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Got my wisdom teeth out with IV sedation and it's the most relaxed I've been in my life, 10/10s would recommend.

Fantastic experience: 100% 3 times taken care of and very happy by 3 family members.

Negative experience: I had a root canal and crown done 3 or so years ago, and I clicked that I wasn't happy with the crown as it didn't go all the way to the gum and was unsightly. They never offered to rectify and said this is how it is. However, today the sheered off completely while flossing, and the grey metal/cement is just grumbling away from what's left of the tooth in my mouth. A pretty lousy job right from the start, and didn't last anywhere near as long as it should have.

Fantastic experience: The best. The absolute best. I had 4 wisdom teeth out and I would go there again in a heartbeat. Dr Jengin is incredibly good and runs a very tight ship. The first morning I visited he was holding his daily team meeting and that moment I knew I was in the right hands. Dr Jengin is intelligent and highly skilled he's the first decent dentist I've had in over decade. He cares about his work and his patients and really knows his trade. Theres no Dentist I would place more trust in.

Fantastic experience: I found all the staff at Southern care dental very caring and my dentist took her time to explain everything she was doing I always felt very relaxed and knew I was getting the best treatment for my gums and teeth. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Southern Care Dental for an OPG X-ray by my existing dental practise as they don’t currently have an OPG machine. The receptionist at Southern Care Dental was lovely. I was seen by Dr Park & he was absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. I’m fortunately happy with my existing dental practice otherwise I would of transferred clinic. Thank you Southern Care Dental for your great service. Fantastic experience: I am always at ease when I have been at this practise to receive treatment either for myself or my children. I personally have had many traumatic experiences with other dentists, but always trust Lorraine's judgement, and ability to look after me and my children in which she gives the best and highest possible standard of care and most excellent bed side manner. The reception staff are very helpful and caring always, and often check in after procedures to make sure everything is ok. Fantastic experience: As someone who finds a trip to the dentist super anxiety provoking, the team at Southern Care Dental made it so comfortable for me. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. It took like 20 minutes…before I could have any kind of anxiety, it was over. I didn’t feel any pain. Dr Park and the team were so gentle and very sensitive to my fear of blood. I would highly recommend them! It’s now the next day and I’ve had no trouble sleeping or eating. I’m now excited to go back to the dentist ☺️

Negative experience: I came to this dentist after a bad experience so was hoping for a better one. The staff were lovely but the dentist completely misunderstood my concerns and sent me to a different practice. This would have been fine if she had of mentioned it was a specialised practice and there additional cost. We only have only just found this out after going. Again, this would have been fine but her letting us know would have been a huge help. Just my experience but the practice there was still clean and nice.

Fantastic experience: Family member recommended this practice for wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Park was gentle and thorough. He explained everything I had to know before the teeth were extracted. The actual extraction only took a couple of mins for 2 teeth and it was done without any pain. I'd highly recommend this practice to anyone

My 81 year old mother needed an urgent tooth extraction done and the staff at Southern Care Dental made time to see her during a fully booked day! The staff are awesome and go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and well looked after! So warm and friendly! The receptionist Christine makes you feel like you are at home. So accomodating with the best service ever! Dr Carin Berger is very experienced and so gentle, very informative and was just all round the best dentist I have come across! Mum was so impressed with the service! Every little detail! The dental assistant was incredible, holding mums hand during her procedure, comforting her and encouraging her for being so brave. A visit to the dentist has never been so delightful! Thank you team at Southern Care Dental!!

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience! Our 5 y.o had to have the tooth removed (unfortunately) and Lorraine was recommended by another dentist as the one to deal with kids, using sedation if necessary. The whole process starting from initial consultation and till the end of procedure was amazing, Lorraine was so professional while super friendly so our daughter did not even thing there was something wrong or scary. Can recommend this practice 100%

Negative experience: Gosh what a nightmare, referred by my dentist for an extraction and then an implant. The tooth was removed terribly and they had no idea about an implant! I tried talking with them the next day but the conversation became so confusing I felt completely uneasy and have gone somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: The whole team at Southern Care Dental are awesome they took great care of my wife and I when she had an extraction. Jungin was very thorough in explaining the procedure to us and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Christine was also very helpful making sure I understood how to take care of my wife during the healing process and kept checking up on us. There was a complication a few days later and Lorraine called to talk us through getting another appointment the same day and some tips to help. Jungin was very quick at figuring out what happened and made sure my wife was taken care of before it got any worse. This was all during the Covid19 situation so this must have been very stressful for the team but we are very grateful to the team at Southern Care Dental. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. The team will look after you!!!

Fantastic experience: I've made a couple unwanted visits to the dentist, firstly for my wisdom teeth. Jungin was amazing, he was empathetic, kind, honest & understood my fear, so amazing that I went back for another extraction! Recently I saw Jason for another extraction - he definitely is a mini Jungin as the reception team calls him. He talked me through everything, asked me if I was ok and if he could carry on, I really felt as in control as possible while lying in a dentist chair! Everybody including the receptionist Christine is lovely, welcoming & understanding. Highly highly recommend the team here.

Fantastic experience: I had the unexpected pleasure of finding this place online after another practice failed to get back to me. I would like to thank all the staff at this here for making me feel at ease as I must admit I am a grown man that still dreads the dentist. I was lucky enough to have been treated by Amar who was very understanding and extremely professional in dealing with me and I was pleasantly surprised at how well I felt afterwards to the point that I booked another that afternoon with the hygienist who was also great and to top it off I felt the charge for my two visits were completely reasonable. I actually came home and called my son to tell him about Southern Care Dental, he went in a few days later and also had very good feedback. I believe that all the staff at this practice treat their patients as they would like to be treated themselves and would highly recommend a visit. Thanks again Nick

Fantastic experience: I'm not one to be willing to visit the dentist, so for me coming to South Care Dental and having Dr Carin Burger as my Dentist and her assistant Holly made my visit very pleasant. They are very helpful and friendly, but most of all they made me feel comfortable. I could tell that this dentist would be great from my very first contact i had over the phone with Christine, who was also very helpful, friendly and also inviting. Pricing is what it is, but your also paying for the experience and the after care is great as well. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best place for the dentist went there on Saturday morning and the only thing that they need to do is to show the customer's where they are like I thought they were not in the shopping mall but they were in the shopping mall because I thought they were outside somewhere but no they were inside the whole time

Fantastic experience: I took my ten year old daughter in to have three teeth pulled, I was unsure how it would all go as she is petrified of needles. We went in for a consult with Lorraine and she was brilliant, put both my daughter and I at ease straight away, answered all my daughters questions patiently and with a smile. She showed us how the gas would work and even put my daughter on it for 20 seconds so she could see what it would feel like too. On the morning of the actual teeth pulling my daughter was feeling very nervous (so was I ;)) as we went in and once again Lorraine and the rest of the staff from the receptionist's to the nurse's were brilliant, it took about twenty minutes for it all to happen (my daughter decided to just go with injections instead of the gas as well) and at the end my daughter was a little stunned it only took that long and it wasn't a big deal. It was a great job and my daughter had very little pain and has healed very nicely. Thank you very much for a great experience that has not put my daughter off going to the dentist at all :)

A friendly and caring staff who actually have me looking forward to my next visit. They take time to explain exactly what they are doing, and work hard to make your visit a pleasant one.

Fantastic experience: From the sweet ladies in Reception, to the friendly and amazingly talented dentists, this practice is where you should go for high quality dental work and a brilliant smile. There are lots of dentists closer to where I live and work, but I have no "dental fear" when I go to Southern Care!

Fantastic experience: I can't praise Jungan and all the staff at Southern Care Dental highly enough!! I had my wisdom tooth removed, and I'm the biggest chicken ever, they made me feel so relaxed and at home I would go back tomorrow :) Post removal I wasn't sore or swollen at all and only took 2 panadol for pain relief. I'm recommending them to everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic dentist, Jungin Park. I feel completely safe with him and I trust his analysis of my teeth. a great chairside manner too and he is quick with the work as well as thorough. so no stressing as he works as everything is explained. Never loved the dentist since memories of the murder house as a child, however Jungin and Lorraine have restored my faith in caring dentists. Also prices are very reasonable.

Negative experience: I was asked to change my appointment to an earlier time and ended up waiting and could have come at the original booking time. Then found that the dentist did not want to provide the service I had asked for without pumping me full of antibiotics. Very poor. I will be finding another dentist.

Fantastic experience: This husband and wife team are amazing. I see Lorraine primarily - she's so gentle and considerate and always looking out for the best option for you. I hate needles, I hate fillings (like probably 99% of the general population) BUT the first filling I got done with Lorraine I nearly nodded off, that's how comfortable and relaxed her care and procedure was. Prices are no different to anywhere else, and plenty of undercover parking. Highly recommended.
