Fantastic experience: Awesome experience. Believe me I am not a fan of ANY dentist. However Grace and her team were professional and very efficient. Very little pain for the extraction. Grace goes the extra mile in making sure the total dental including the implants are OK before signing off. Would highly recommend her and her team. Very reasonably priced too.

Fantastic experience: Definitely made the right decision for going with a female practice as in my personal experiences male dentists were quite rough and hardly communicated of what they're doing in my mouth. On the contrary my experience with Haley was so positive that im determined to keep my dental visit regularly. Gentle, caring and professional is how I would describe their service.

Negative experience: I went to get this checked yesterday. The checkup took 1-2 minutes from what I remember. They just checked with my mouth open. The treatment cost was $78. It was $65 for the camplain. It seems too expensive by common sense. I will never come back again. Also I asked regarding implant cost. She said it cost $6500. I think it's too expensive when I think about it commonsensically.

Fantastic experience: This is one professional, organised and patient-focussed Dental Clinic. We were welcomed by a friendly reception and wait time was minimal. I had a gentle and thorough hygiene session with Hailee, and appreciate the care taken in working around my retaining wires (behind front top and front bottom teeth). What impressed me most was seeing Dr Grace handle my elderly dad’s fillings. He displayed some shaking, but Dr Grace’s patience and reassurance really eased him in. It was the first time I have ever heard my dad leave a dental procedure complimenting a Dentist’s expertise and skillset. In all, this is a very recommendable Dental Clinic for regular check-up/treatment, including those who may have some degree of dental anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Grace and her team are very lovely and friendly – she takes time to talk through what procedure you’re about to have and makes sure to minimise any pain/discomfort which is always a plus!

Fantastic experience: Came in this arvo to remove my upper-right wisdom tooth, not knowing what to expect. Dr Grace Chong was brilliant from start to finish. I felt very comfortable throughout anaesthetising & extraction as she was knowledgeable and gentle at each step. I cannot recommend this dental clinic enough thanks!

Fantastic experience: Botany South Dental is the only place I visit. The clinic is very tidy and you’re greeted with a smile. Grace Chong is the best Dentist in Auckland. She is concise, offers practical advice, the price is cheap relative to the quality of treatment/service you receive. The best thing I like about Grace at Botany South Dental is that she’s great at administering the Lidocaine with minimal discomfort. 5 stars!

Negative experience: My crown bridge cracked and currently feeling sensitivity on the tooth. I was inquiring about the price of a crown reconstruction or replacement. I was given a price of $1,300 per tooth for replacement as they do not reconstruct. Receptionist (Jen) seemed very irritated answering questions about insurance coverage, mode of payment and the earliest booking I can get. No telephone etiquette whatsoever, very rude and disappointing! It is far different when I last visited 6 months ago and the guy I spoke with was beyond best! Hopefully, next time it’ll be better experience

Fantastic experience: I have been going here a few years now. Dr Grace and nurse jenny are excellent in what they do. I was unsure of the next steps for my treatment and they were very patient and took the time to reply my “many” questions- thank you so much!

Negative experience: Despite being listed on Google for Emergency dental care, they failed to call back within an acceptable time period. I called on a Saturday evening regarding Emergency care and it took until lunch time Monday for them to call back.

Fantastic experience: Over 10 years ago I was desperate to find a dentist that could care for my oral health, a person with extensive expertise, compassion as I had been so traumatized by previous dental work and poor care. I walked into Botany south dental afraid and apprehensive. Grace and her team immediately put me at ease. Extensive work was done on my mouth, and I felt no pain for the first time in 30 yrs of dental care. Grace has worked miracles for me and my family . Yes 3 generations now see Grace. Fantastic experience: Botany South Dental is a beautiful clean practice. The dentists Grace and Amna are both friendly,honest and very competent clinicians! The dental nurses Jenny and Gina are very kind and skilled as well. You can tell the nurses are truly dedicated in keeping patients comfortable and supporting the two dentists in every way in the day to day running of the clinic. Dental treatment makes most of us anxious but you will always feel at ease with this friendly team at Botany South Dental.

Fantastic experience: i have always been scared of dentist till i went to Botany South Dental, the team provided the right kind of care to their patients. they try to understand and makes it less scary experience (by telling some stories during the procedure really helped). i have been recommending this clinic to my friends. and all of them got the same feedback as well. Negative experience: It was a total waste I made an appointment and they gave me a appointment after 1 week with doctor Grace hence I had a severe tooth ache but I didn't mind because I know there were other patients before me so I waited patiently. The day I had my appointment one day earlier they called me saying that sorry we can't take you in as doctor grace has gone for a covid test I mean wouldn't they knew before that she had a covid test and now they said your next appointment will be after 5 days i waited so long I could have gone to some other dentist I was in such a pain it really wasn't appropriate total waste .

Positive experience: Had an appointment here a few weeks ago thought I was booked with Dr. Grace Chong as that is the only dentist listed on the website but was booked with Dr Amna Ghazali which wasn't an issue (please note most of the reviews for this dental clinic are for Grace). The concerns I had were confirmed in the appointment I had with Amna however her manner came off a little rude and very condescending. Chose to get a second opinion elsewhere due to this attitude and the clinic I ended up going to had a much better manner and was was unexpectedly cheaper by $600+ which was a major bonus (cheaper isn't always better but it was a nice bonus).

Fantastic experience: I was so happy & greatful with Grace and her team, I was that person who never liked going to the dentist, I was so nervous all the way up to siiting in the chair, Grace assured me I would be fine and you know what I was, I left smiling and even my brother booked him an appointment, so I too recomend this clinic THANK YOU SO MUCH
