Fantastic experience: Dr. Wendy is very attentive and will patiently explain the patient's dental condition. She will also give different opinions based on the patient's different conditions. She is also very considerate during the treatment process and keeps asking the patient if they have any discomfort. Finally, she will ask the patient if they have any questions, and they are welcome to ask at any time. Before leaving the clinic, the dentist also very considerately provided products suitable for the patient's current use. The dental assistant was also very polite and professional in answering questions at checkout. This is my first experience seeing a dentist in New Zealand, and I highly recommend Dr. Wendy.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Northmed Dental and dealt with doc Georgy. Really nice, caring, kind and professional. Negative experience: Chinese dentist, no smile, no good service. Doesn't look very professional. That's why I didn't choose them to do my orthodontic treatment.

Fantastic experience: One of the best of the best dentist in Auckland I have seen so far by Dr Jay, I am afraid of dentist because of my past experiences but with Dr Jay it is different he is gentle & always pay attention to my problems eg. Fillings & Polishing also making sure I am alright. I highly recommended & for those of you who need to see a Korean dentist he is the one & the best I recommended. Clean, nice & tidy premises with excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience: Like many people I don't like dentists. I had a bad experience when I was younger and that put me right off going to any dentist for a long time. About two months ago I needed a sudden Root Canal. Using good old Google I found the team at Northmed Dental. I read a fair few of the reviews and noticed how each person had their own bad experiences in the past and how great the staff are at Northmed Dental so I decided to give them a go. I am so happy I did. When I called, Rachel was able to get me in later that day for an exam and then get a second appointment the day after to take care of the pain I was in. I am sure all of the team at Northmed are amazing but I can say with all honesty I am really grateful that I got Dr Michael Georgy as my dentist. Most of the time Michael had Sophie helping out (Sophie is automatically a favourite in my book as a fellow lefty!). They addressed any concerns I had and were always up for some chit chat which for me helped calm my nerves. The pricing is really transparent and the plan created provides the exact cost up front for all the recommended work. I know Michael took extra time when needed to make sure the job was done right even on those late Friday night appointments, which I really appreciate! I also came across a first at Northmed with roof mounted TVs! I wondered how effective something like that would be when I started and trust me when I say it's a really good distraction even if your like me and a bit of a chicken! I have had a bit of work done to get my teeth back up to scratch with my root canal, the fillings and the advanced hygiene clean. Through the help of Dr Michael Georgy and the team I am on the other side much happier than when I first walked in. I ALMOST look forward to seeing you for my next hygiene clean. I would also like to also say that through seeing how well I was treated at Northmed by Michael over the last few months my mum who is petrified of the dentist has started to use the team as well and she has had nothing but positive things to say. That makes me more happy than my own experience so thanks to AJ and Michael Georgy for making her feel so at ease, I can't wait to see her smile.

Fantastic experience: The team at Northmed Dental provide wonderful dental care at a fair price. I recently required a complex filling in a rear molar and a couple of minor fillings. I was able to get an appointment at short notice with Dr Georgy. As a part of the work, I visited both the Northcote and East Coast road branches, both are excellent, modern dental facilities with a relaxed feel. I found the team, ranging from the folks taking phone bookings (on a public holiday), receptionists at the front desk, and the dental team to be friendly and highly professional. Throughout my experience, I always felt I was receiving the best possible dental care. I highly recommend Dr Georgy and the team at both branches of Northmed Dental.

Fantastic experience: I am nervous about dentist due to trauma around Needles and some bad experiences with other Dentists. Dr. Michael Georgy at Northmed Dental put me instantly at ease. I was struggling to open my mouth and though it was due to tooth pain. Dr. Michael Georg was gental and adaptive and very kind and supportive during my check up. I like Northmed because of how clean both their facilities are, how kind and professional thier dental teams are and that they take photos to help you understand the treatments you need not just showing confusing xrays. I also like that I don't feel like I am being told I need fillings if I don't need them and that they are supportive around booking times that work best for my busy schedual.

Fantastic experience: Today i Had my (horizontal) wisdom tooth extracted today. I Can honestly say i had an amazing experience . Ive had friends tell me their experiece was traumatic at other dentists.... And i use to be afraid of the dentist.... This wasnt the case with Northmed. Thank you to Dr Aj Salman for such a quick, smooth and painless wisdom tooth extraction. I Couldnt feel a thing throughout the procedure. He even had netflix playing for me on a flat screen above me. . Dr Michael Georgy and Dr wendy Wang, you two were fabulous with your assisting/stitching. Also Thank you to the wonderful assistant Nicole, you were so warm and bubbly☺️ Highly recommended! Such A great team! Ill Definately be back as a regular.
