Fantastic experience: Te Atatu Smile Dental we're amazing Ivan and his assistant helped me feel calm I haven't been to the dentist for over 25 yrs had a broken tooth for 7yrs it decayed but Ivan saved my tooth I've been in pain for 7yrs and today I feel like a new man no headache my vision got better instantly recommend Smile anyday

Fantastic experience: Dr Iven Wu was kind, gentle and thorough. I had an exam, xrays and clean. $260 all up. My teeth looked and felt very clean. Happy with the service which took about 30 min and was well worth the money spent.

Really impressed and especially with the aftercare, they managed to fit me in within an hour with an appointment to assess and clean the wound.

Negative experience: My root canal treatment there was done in 1 session instead of standard 3 sessions. Because of that the infection in the canal was not properly cleaned, and was sealed instead. I ended up with an oral surgery, removing lots of inflamed tissues and redoing the root canal at a root canal specialist. Fixing health damage that I received at Smile Dental costed me 7000 nzd on top of what I spent initially at Smile Dental. Not to mention months of strong pain and weeks of sick leaves because of it.

Negative experience: Bad memory and awful experience here. I would never be there again. The assisant's attitude was very rough and impatient. I am very upset and dispointed with my sick tooth even I have visited them 5 times and paid twice. I think I have wastered the best time to save the tooth because I spent over 1 month on them. Smile dental definitely won't make you smile at all .

Negative experience: Warning! Their GrabOne vouchers are only valid 2 weeks from purchase. Bought one on the 20th of March, by 3 April it was useless (they won't honor it). Waste of money if you have a busy schedule.

I explained this to Celina and she took great care to be gentle and reassuring, and make sure I was as comfortable as possible at every stage of the procedure. If you are scared or nervous about getting your teeth checked out or any dental work done, I strongly recommend seeing Celina. She helped me overcome my fear of dental work and my teeth now feel a lot better. I will be back for regular check ups.

Fantastic experience: Selina is so gentle and kind and I'm the worst patient...she made going to the dentist finally a pleasant experience! I usually hate getting my teeth scaled but they were starting to look so bad... i have extremely sensitive teeth so she used lots of topical anaesthetic and I didn't feel a thing! Brilliant, clean and shiny result thank you Selina!!

Last night I thought daylight would not come soon enough as I was in excruciating pain and knew my toothache is not going to subside. I came to New Zealand just few days before and it is my first time here. Just the next day when I arrived, I got pain in my left jaw and when I visited Dr. Manish, he instantly understood the issue that its paining because of wisdom tooth and so firmly extracted the tooth. Negative experience: Went to there yesterday，told me the teeth got infectioninfection and suggest to remove that teeth，after that I got fever right away，then I google it mostly should never remove the teeth before doing any treatment about the infection.

Positive experience: They were great the dentist was awesome and gentle he even played music to help distract me which i think was very mindfull of him.. all though i wasnt happy with one of the ladys shoving the xray plastic things in my mouth at the henderson smile dentist as she was in a rush and it hurted and the last xray getting those put in didnt hurt as it was put in gentally...but i give big ups for the dentist that extracted my tooth as he took his time and care..thankyou
