Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr Ali. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. He worked on one of my teeth that had previously been declined by several other dentists. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia, and he was mindful of my condition. Because dental work prices are not regulated, it can be hard to find a dentist/dental practice that cares about their patients and empathises with them and any financial constraints they may face. I feel assured that this practice is fair and the prices are reasonable. The receptionists are warm and friendly, the reception area is beautiful, and the facilities are clean. Dr Ali played music during the session which felt comforting and less sterile and bleak. As I suffer from a chronic nerve condition that causes extreme pain around my facial area (teeth included), I usually dread dentist appointments, but this appointment was much more easygoing. Overall, the service was excellent. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Ali (unsure of surname)

Negative experience: Worst dentist ever. When I check up they told me a lot of fillings required but I only did one which I know off and the other I didn't wanted to as I feel it wasn't needed. However, in a year and a half the filing is like almost broken. It not in the tooth that you will bite food. I told them it shouldn't be that bad quality as other fillings I have last more than 10 years. They say will call me back, but never did. Email and call a number of times to follow up but never response. Avoid this place where you can.

Positive experience: Nice clean surgery, nice friendly staff

Negative experience: Bishop Dental was great a first but sceptical enough, I noticed a lot of the good dentists started leaving. The last time I visited, a dentist told me I had to get 4 fillings. This alarmed me as I coincidently had my teeth checked around the same time and I was totally aware that it was not necessary. I consulted another dentist and he confirmed there was nothing wrong with my teeth. The cost is one thing, but to give me false information is shocking and unacceptable. I do not recommend this place.

Negative experience: I had a dental exam about two years ago and got told that I needed 4 tooth fillings. I’ve always had good teeth and never had any fillings done before. I was hesitant so I declined treatment. Since then I have seen 2 other dentists. They both said that I don’t need any fillings at all and that my teeth are in good health. This place lures you in on special offers and then claims you need treatment even though they are not needed. Can’t believe they would do fillings on a perfectly healthy tooth. Would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Negative experience: It says here on Google you close at 8. That's a lie. I'm sitting here at 7pm and you're closed. I'm ready to pull my own teeth out, I'm in so much pain. FIX YOUR HOURS

Negative experience: I do not recommend sending your children unless you are present. My daughter had a filling, and a clean. Her gums are sore and mouth is still hurting from the dentist not numbing the nerve properly. Apart from the lovely nature of the assistant, her experience of the dentist was traumatizing. Will not be going back there. Maybe that was her intention

Fantastic experience: I did my clean up and assessment 2 years ago, and I do need to go back to them. The staff were very friendly and so awesome. It was affordable back then, don't know now, however, it depends what needs to be service on your teeth. Anywayz. I give Bishop dentals and big thumbs up. I reckoned my friend to see visit them.

Fantastic experience: Great team

Negative experience: Booked in a clean which took the dentist 15mins and I question why was it so quick and his reply was I don't need any cleaner and my teeth were clean enough. After leaving I check my teeth and notice plague and discolouration. Really annoys me how can dentist get away with this! After a call back to them they rebook me for the next day and when I called them the following morning they book someone else in and told me they will call me back if they have anything else the following week. I don't recommend and very disappointed

Fantastic experience: Quick and easy teeth cleaning done. Dr Sam was very informative and knowledgeable. Fantastic personality too. Wonderful dental assistant. Highly recommend them especially with the new patients discount ($60). Will be coming here for many many years I’m sure.

Fantastic experience: I had my bad tooth surgically removed. It was tough because the tooth was fused to the jaw bones. But Sam made did it skilfully and successfully. He was just amazing through and through. A real pro. Thanks, Sam.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend! Such a comfortable and pain free experience. The whole team is very friendly and makes sure you are feeling at ease through any procedure. Easy to communicate with, I had a appointment that I had to reschedule and they were very understanding about it. They also explain procedures very thoroughly before and afterwards to make sure that you understand everything , which was very helpful. Will definitely be going back

He is informed and operates in a very friendly and professional manner. The reception staff are very warm and accomodating. Would highly recommend their services to everyone.

Anna explained me everything before and after very well and treatment was very smooth and painless she is so sweet felt me very comfortable and nervousless. Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY recommend Bishop dental Friendly & professional staff (from receptionist, assistant to Dr) they're amazing! Me being a person that's scared of going to the dentist. They made me feel welcomed and didnt make me feel bad about the bad decisions I've made like not going to see a dentist sooner. Was seen by Dr Sanjaya he had given me a quote at first and gave me a time frame to come up with money aswell as a discount which was even better. Had 14 extractions which is alott but they did it all at once at an affordable price and within 2hours They explained what was happening at the time and procedures which was great I can't thank them enough! The receptionist and Dr Sanjaya are wonderful people! I couldn't really talk after extractions but they helped me alot made sure I got to the car safely and advised driver to get prescriptions. Also made time when I had questions or was worried over nothing lol Thank yous soooo much Bishop Dental!

Fantastic experience: Initially I had a full exam done, and I could not have asked for better service. Then a month later, I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted. I was really anxious and nearly decided not to do it. The staff are so friendly and professional, my extractions went relatively fast, and they were painless. I highly recommend this dentist and will certainly be going back in the future.

Fantastic experience: I got 3 impacted wisdom teeth removed and I was super worried about it! But it was surprisingly fine! Once the injections were done it was completely painless and all the dentists had great chat. Most of all- great price, easily the cheapest place I've seen in Auckland!

Fantastic experience: The dental clinic was a quick and easy drive to get to. Once arrived, I was promptly greeted with a smile and simple form to fill in by a lovely lady at the reception. I met with Dr. Sanjaya for a quick and easy clean and X-ray with minimal discomfort or pain. I could not have asked for a better experience as a first timer to this clinic. Dr. Sanjaya was very informative and was able to answer all of my questions with confidence and understanding. Dr. Sanjaya’s assistant was also very helpful, with no discomfort felt due to the perfect amount of pressure applied with the vacuum. It was clear to me that the clinic takes care of their patients well while providing them with suggestions to consider for the future without being too assertive. I would highly recommend Bishop Dental for their amazing customer service, experience, expertise and proficiency.

Fantastic experience: I found Bishop Dental's service (from receptionist to Dr and assistant) to be friendly, professional. Dr Dorothy explained fully the procedure which made the major filling process quite bearable. She proposed that I return for a scaling session so that she would have more time to devote to do it thoroughly. Dr also gave me post upkeep tips after my scaling session. Although I had to make two trips, the service and competitive rates was well worth it. Thanks Nancy Would recommend Bishop Dental.

Fantastic experience: We have visited Bishop Dental a number of times and every time the staff has been very helpful and friendly. My four year old daughter loves going to the dentist and I think it's all due to what a friendly chap Sanjaya is. The service is excellent and it takes a lot of worry out of my to know that my daughter's teeth are in good hands.
