Fantastic experience: Can not say to much on how good these guys are. Incredible two communication, often going the extra mile to explain things to my Neurodivers daughter. We have had some very poor experiences, outcomes and workmanship from other Napier Dentist, the team from Dentiq have restored my faith in the profession. I highly recommended them for the whole family.

Fantastic experience: Amazing friendly experience every time one of the family goes there.Always explanes what going on and why things need to be done ...the team are lovely. Never nice having to go the dentist but team their make it the best anyone could hope for. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Was originally a higher review but the last visits I had to wait for close to an hour. Nobody was respectful enough to inform me of this when I arrived, it was only when I asked I was told they were running late and wouldn’t be long. Everyone has commitments and it would be the decent thing to inform your patients on arrival. Disappointing but have found another dentist

Fantastic experience: Debbie orthodontist managed to rescue my teeth due to bone loss and previous substandard cleaning in dental clinic in Waikato. In 3 visits through thoughtful 2 way communication ,encouragement,the best effective cleaning in last 40 years. Thank you Debbie you are SENSATIONAL!

I had to have emergency care over a public holiday and even though the team was extremely busy, Dr Sundar took the time to explain all my options (including risks/benefits), with fully informed consent, and allowed time for me to make the right decision. I didn’t feel rushed & was extremely well cared for. The highest standard of care!

Fantastic experience: I have recently had implants done by Sundar which was more complicated than the average but he persevered at no extra cost to me and everyone has commented on how good they have turned out I first took a older person to him when he first opened in the Christmas of 2018 and I liked the way he helped her So I thought I would give him a go I then liked his honesty when thinking of getting a crown done on a back molar he advised me it would be too expensive for that tooth as the tooth is cracked and it probably wouldn't last I would gladly recommend him to anyone

Negative experience: Worst dentist experience I have had in years. The assistant was over baring, loud and seemed very inexperienced even though she was mid 40s. After having to repeatedly take xrays of the same place because they couldn't get them right they handed me a bill for over $700 just for the consultation. Never was this price spoken about before hand. When I questioned this price, the dentist became very annoyed and condescending, saying things like "my rate is more than $500 per hour". The whole place was a scam, they told me I needed 4 teeth removed as well as many fillings. Total cost to fix was over $20,000 according to them, and they wanted to get me back for another consult and to work out a payment plan. I have since spent $2100 and had everything fixed at an awesome havelock dentist with no issues. Seriously scammy place run by a bunch of CROOKS. Steer clear!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Paula was so very professional and efficient, and did an incredible job with my mother in law who was very nervous for her procedure! It was worth the journey from Auckland to see her!

Fantastic experience: I had to get 2 of my teeth removed for my braces and Paula was my dentist. Paula was an absolute angel and was very nice and supporting. She kept checking up if I was doing well and explained everything clearly, I had no questions to ask. She took care of me very well and was supporting me when I had to get my injections before the teeth removal. Personally, I think Paula was the best dentist I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: After many hours searching the internet to find a holistic dentist to undertake the restorative dental work I needed, I was intuitively led to Paola Fenton at Dentiq in Hawke’s Bay. The long drive to get there was well worth it, as Paola’s careful attention to detail and high standard of work is evident in the result – my teeth have been beautifully restored to their former glory – exceeding my expectations. I’m most thankful to Paola and her experienced dental assistant Aly for their great team work and warm friendliness. Average dentists are everywhere but exceptional dentists who take great pride in their work are rare. I strongly recommend Paola to anyone to seeks ‘excellence’ in dental work.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dentiq with chopped front teeth, something I've never had before so I was a bit worried at the beginning but the reception team, specially Anu, were very welcoming and they made feel comfortable right away. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run clinic. At first, I met Aly. Her professionalism and friendliness is outstanding. I was done with the initial check and X-ray within no time. Then I met Dr. Paola. She is a highly compassionate, heartful and professional dentist with unique and special approach that immediately puts me at ease. The treatment was done perfectly. I'm sure it wasn't an easy job as I have an overlapped teeth but the result was perfect. Positive experience: Awesome to be able to get an appointment as I was struggling to find a practice that were taking new patients. Very nice dental practice. The only problem was I felt like I was getting a lecture about my teeth rather than advice and felt a little uneasy by the time I left.

Fantastic experience: My teeth have gradually become more crooked over the past 20 years, despite having worn braces as a teenager. When Dr Paola Fenton told me about a product called Invisalign, (invisible teeth aligners), it all sounded too good to be true. Some many months into the treatment I'm absolutely amazed at how much straighter my teeth look. Paola is one of the best dentists I've seen, she's very calm, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I found Dr Sundar to be a caring, informative and qualified Dentist. At my initial consultation he explained two possible options for my consideration regarding an infected molar at the back of my mouth. After reviewing the results of my xrays and his thorough examination of my jaw, we agreed on an extraction followed by an implant with a crown once my gums had healed. His dentistry was timely and meticulous. Dr Sundar and his Team were very friendly and professional and I strongly recommend Dentique in Greenmeadows if you have any dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Sundar and his team are absolutely amazing, I am so lucky to have had a dental emergency and needing to be seen urgently only to be seen by an incredible dentist. The whole experience was so easy and everyone was so supportive. I was in such a dark place as I am incredibly conscious about my teeth. He saw me as soon as he could which was pretty much the same day and he and his team even offered to drive me home as I wasn't feeling well. Fantastic experience: I was on holiday in Napier and had a severe tooth ache. Dr. Sundar Jagadeesan called me back personally and accommodated me immediately even though it was a public holiday. He was extremely precise in his diagnosis and was able to isolate the problem. The medication he prescribed meant I was able to still continue with my holiday with less pain. He also arrange for me to see a dentist when I was back in Auckland making all the arrangements sending a detail report and x-ray sent within the same day. Fantastic experience: Despite regular dental examinations my previous dentist avoided revealing the gravity of my oral health. For two years I experienced infections that I now associate with multiple mouth infections. Following a first thorough examination Dr. Sundar Jagadeesan explained the situation. I was desperate for help, and along with concerns about appearance I hated the prospect of false teeth. After many hours in the chair, following almost every step along the way I appreciate the huge challenges my dentists, Doctor Sundar Jagadeesan and Doctor Lisa Butler faced in dealing with my small mouth, and big expectations. I have always been nervous about dental treatment and they helped me tolerate the discomfort in ways I could never have believed possible. From the start my dentists always explained the treatment and where that figured in a long term objective. Their outstanding dental treatment has shown me an example of expertise, compassion and patience that will remain in my memory. Negative experience: Went to them and they worngly dinosed me i went to another dentist who done tests xrays and found i have abcess and need 1-2 teeth removed urgenty due abcess

Negative experience: Shocked when I was charged total $720.00 for a deep clean and xrays. Other dentists that I have been to don't charge these exorbitant prices. Will not be back, nor will I recommend.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend these guys enough. I went to Dr. Sundar for root canal therapy and he was amazing. Initially thinking I would need to travel to Wellington to have the procedure done with a bit of research I discovered he could do it. As someone who hasn’t always had the greatest dentist experience I couldn’t recommend him enough. The assistants were also very friendly and supportive! Dr. Sundar took his time to explain the procedure to me and genuinely cared about fixing my tooth. My tooth is miles better because of his work and I can’t thank him enough!! Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Sundar and his team, I had the misfortune to lose my 4 front teeth while passing through hawkes bay and was about to head to wellington to catch the ferry to the south island. It was not a good look when embarking on a months holiday and not a quick fix especially on a saturday, but Dr Sundar relieved my anxiety very quickly and came up with a solution. He was extremely caring and obliging. He was the BEST DENTIST.
