Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with firstly installation of three crowns and secondly a follow-up with the hygienist. Very friendly people to deal with and high tech equipment used.

Fantastic experience: ER Dental, what an experience, I have always had a fear of dentist relating back to childhood experiences and to be honest some bad experiences in adulthood as well but decided to try ER as it local and honestly so glad i did, from reception to dentist all were amazing, Liam is a chatterbox but in a great way he made me feel so at ease and the experience so pretty painless(except in the pocket ) I would highly recommend ER Dental for all your dental needs and you get a nice coffee as well, thanks guys for making it easy.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into the office, I loved my experience today at ER Dental at Omokoroa. I was kindly greeted and taken care of upon arriving. My time filling out my initial questions with the receptionist was easy and quick. My teeth cleaning with Yvonne was beyond anything I have experienced in the past. She took her time teaching me specific cleaning techniques customized for my needs, she answered my questions and throughly cleaned my teeth incredibly well. I give the full experience 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist! But going to ER Dental in Omokoroa is not the experience I'm used to. The initial greeting by the reception staff, the cosy waiting area, the offer of tea or coffee at the door. Not at all what I was expecting. Then there's the actual dental service! And service is an understatement! Professional. Diligent. Curious. Efficient. Just to name a few ways that James and the team run their operation. I have now recommended my family to join the ER Dental list. The hour long drive is nothing when the platinum service is guaranteed .

Fantastic experience: My experience yesterday was amazing. I am a dental assistant myself and I was so amazed at the high standard of care and also how modern the equipment was. It was totally different to the standard old dentistry that puts people off from having treatment done. I had an appointment with their lovely hygienist, and it was extremely comfortable and different to every hygiene treatment I have ever had during the 9 years I have been an assistant. Impressive, state of the art practice and I would highly recommend ER dental. I like in Auckland and will be making the trip down to get further treatment done when and if needed. Thank you! Can’t wait to meet their Dentists in the future. Thank you! Also, I’ll add that reception was so comforting and helpful, and gave her time to talk to me and make me feel like a client as opposed to a number. Thank you lovely ladies. My teeth feel wonderful!

One was difficult, the least amount of trauma to my jaw and gums and most speedy recovery I have ever had or expected. I had a normal meal the same night and took no additional pain relief. 5 star experience with this. Thankyou!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be happier, ER Dental Omokoroa were so friendly and helpful, I needed 26 teeth removed nerve issues, huge job, sedation (I'm so glad I was asleep), hospital n dental nurses just in case and confident surgical dentist, the works, they organized to open on a Saturday just to fit me since it was a long procedure, I felt so special, the receptionist is an amazing lady rings to cheak in on me and put up with me walking in in horrible pain, helping me work the best solution to get me though till the surgery. Fantastic experience: We had nothing but perfect service from ER Dental Omokoroa! My wife cracked a crown shortly after we moved back to NZ, and Kari did a wonderful job of fitting a new one. We needed a lot of paperwork for making an insurance claim for our overseas medical insurance, and Caron was very patient and understanding with everything we needed. We would happily make them our permanent dentists if we were staying long term in NZ. They were always flexible, kind, and professional!

Fantastic experience: I visited ER Dental Omokoroa for a hygienist appointment late last year, this was my first appointment at this surgery since relocating from Auckland. Dominique the hygienist was incredible, aided by the leading edge tech, this was the best hygienist appointment I have had, I was expecting my gums to bleed as they had with previous appointments , especially as I was long over due. I would highly recommend. In Dec 2021 I had a couple of Crowns completed by James, he gave a very good explanation of what was going on and the experience was pain free. Again the technology was amazing the crowns were made while I waited, I actually sat next to machine and watched them being made, this was great as I did not have to return to have the crowns fitted in a couple of weeks as I had with previous crowns at other surgeries. I have a very sensitive gag reflex, the dental assistant was amazing and I didn't gag once.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist at Omokoroa Dental is the best I have ever been to. Dominique was so gentle it didn’t hurt at all. The latest airflow machine she uses is like a mini water blaster. Dominique first coats your teeth in purple dye to highlight the plaque. She then asks if you are curious to see - no blame game here, no ‘oh look what you missed’ just are you curious which of course is very helpful in adjusting your brushing routine so you can do a more thorough job. Absolutely brilliant job thank you. Not scary at all :-) no bleeding gums and no pain.

The surgery is always welcoming, clean, smells nice and the Caron and Danielle are also friendly, efficient and welcoming and personal. Jordan is a real professional. Personal, friendly and an expert in his field, he gives a full explanation of the whole process and options so you can make an informed decision. His dentistry work is a carried out in the same manner.

Fantastic experience: After two Root canals, 4 crowns and 4 composite restorations over the last few months I would like to say a huge thank you to Dr Jordon Walsh for his excellent advice,pain free dentistry, patience working with me to get my teeth sorted in a short space of time . Fantastic experience: Thank you to James Eastcott at Omokoroa Dental. I haven't had the best year when it comes to dental as i have had to have two root canals and a couple fillings. I had tried dentists in Tauranga, Bali and South Africa.. Not one of the dentists could numb my mouth as apparently i was 1 in 1000 with this problem.. I was told to see a specialist which would have cost me a ridiculous amount of money. A friend recommended James and i can honestly say that i had no pain at all. He took his time numbing me and was extremely gentle and cautious asking if i was okay and surprisingly got through both root canals pain free with a good few laughs along the way. I highly recommend seeing James for any dental work and can't thank him enough for the awesome service i received. All the staff are super friendly and just want to thank everyone again for the great work they do. :)

Fantastic experience: I decided that 20 years between dental appointments might be too infrequent and went down to the dental surgery in Omokoroa. I just want to give a big thank you to James and Anna down there. You couldn’t ask for more enthusiasm in two people and a desire make you feel at easy. I was obviously a bit nervous at what 20 years of neglect might cost me. They were straight forward, explained everything clearly and with no unnecessary up selling of services or products which is really important to me. Nice one. PS teeth were fine… Just need a clean!

Fantastic experience: This dental surgery is over an hour away from where I live, but it is well worth the journey. The prices are very reasonable and the treatment is definitely high quality.
